As a hiring manager, Ive worked with Jeff at Prestige Staffing for close to three years as a hiring decision-maker at two companies. Throughout my experience, Ive found this to be a mutually beneficial partnership based on customer service and trust. Prestige understands the benefit of building a lasting relationship where the hiring manager can trust that candidates are likely to be a good fit vs wondering and worrying that resumes have been window-dressed and candidates coached on how to tailor answers to breeze through the interview. Whereas some recruiters are taking a shotgun approach, Prestige sends fewer candidates but the ones that are sent tend to be much more likely to be hired. In short, my experience with Prestige and Jeff is that they save me time, understand that Id rather see 10 candidates that are more likely to be hired than 100 that are not likely to fit. Prestige does this with great customer service and low-pressure tactics. When I see a candidate from Prestige I pay close attention because the hire to interview ratio has been really great.

Worst experience for my husband that effects our family, with any company. Was placed at a job for on hire for nursing which has over 6 years including Emergency room experience. We relocated for the job with the family after 13 yrs in our last home. After 2 months he went in and got cut for overstaffing! What? We look at the page on indeed and urgent hiring Then the recruiter promised a job by the end of the week. Made contact with her everyday, now havent received the last paycheck. Being ignored after the first time they were called they said it be mailed Why? I had direct deposit! Still nothing in the mail. Disappointing that the doctor would give him a recommendation and was bummed about him leaving. To this day January 24th there has been no paycheck and no job security haso we had to get the EEOC involved to get payment..not good when you have a family to support and the recruiter also knew we only moved here for this position.. now what we might be homeless on account of them!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Lexi Andriunas to help Talroo fill two specialized engineer roles. It was not an easy task considering how hot the Austin market is, however, Lexi and her team worked hard to present us with high quality candidates.
