BONDS Television & Electronics technicians are Very Civilized and helpful attitude. Try to understand the problem. Got my TV repaired well before the promised date.
These guys are pros and super friendly and went way out of thier way to help me and educate me even when they werent getting a sale. They even screenshoted the item I needed and texted it over to me after spending 20 minutes educating me on what I needed. I wish they could have gotten the sale. Next time I will skip Amazon and try here 1st. Thanks guys! 10 stars!
Mr.Bond the best person & I love him a lot.Best businesses who is serving Texas since 69 years.... highly recommend to everyone
Best in town for television repair and home theatre installation services ....🙋♀️
This shop has a variety of home theater, audio and Home Automation systems. Highly Recommended.
Great quality of products and a great after service surely recommended👍
Awesome staff and service. I had a flat screen repaired there 4 years ago and its still kicking!!
Very pleased with products I bought but even more impressed with the techs especially Felix who was so helpful. I certainly return for any additional purchase of equipment. True customer service.
My TV went out and I decided to look around for TV repair shops in Austin and ended up going with Bonds. The upfront cost was about $75 but it was applied to the overall cost of labor once they identified the problem. The overall price was way cheaper than buying a new TV.Elvis and David were very friendly and helpful and kept me updated through out the process. Bonds is a great local business and I would definitely recommend Bonds if you are looking to repair your TV.
I am sure there are improvements to be made someplace. but I dont see any. Prices similar to Amazon, but you have a face to talk to and a face to get help with. My rule of thumb is on electronics I can self support, I give 10 percent to Best Buy. On big ticket items, or products I cannot self support, Best Buy always and price does not matter.
I went here because the reviews were pretty good- ignoring the fact that BONDS charges a very high assessment fee of approximately $80. After 4 days nobody called me with an update, so I called them and they let me know that they had been meaning to call me. They told me that my television would cost well over a thousand dollars to repair after parts and shipping (this TV brand new was $500). The staff was friendly but this was certainly not a good experience.
Let me just start by saying the gentleman I did business with was so kind. As a 25 year old young woman, it’s hard to find a place that won’t instantly try to nickel and dime me. These guys are very reasonable with their pricing- lowest cost in Austin based on the quotes I received from other repair shops around the city! They have also been around for 60 years so they definitely take pride in their work and satisfaction of their customers. It was so cool getting to see all of the old television sets they have on display. A real piece of Austin history! I got my tv power cord replaced and it was done within a day. Thank you guys again for the quality work, I will definitely recommend you all to anyone. They also sell new TV’s so check them out before going to any big retailer who doesn’t really care about anything but $$! Support small business!!
I would not take my TV repairs anywhere but Bonds. We have had to visit them twice with TVs and both visit exceeded our expectations for customer service. Our second trip was disappointing at first as the TV reverted to its broken state as soon as we got it home. One call to Mr. Bond and another trip with the unit back to the shop and the TV was fixed good as new at no additional charge. It might have been a pain to take the TV back the second time, but worth it just to experience what great customer service is supposed to be! Thank you Bonds for not ignoring service in this impersonal, fast-paced world we live in.
Needed to replace a lamp in our older rear-projection TV. They handled it all, and when the notice kept coming up on the TV later in the week, one phone call to Bonds was all that it took to solve. We no longer had the manual for the TV...they took the time to look it up, get it, research the solution, and email it to us--with a follow up phone call. Solved it! Cant ask for better service than that. Plus we found out that they will meet or beat any big box store price on electronics!!! And they are LOCAL.
Mr. Bond was awesome. He took care of us on a Saturday and his staff fixed our TV in a matter of minutes. Service like that is hard to find. Thanks!
If google had a 6 star rating, I would give it to Bonds tv. I took my samsung dlp tv in because the previous bulb burned out and cracked. Bonds tv quickly addressed the problem and gave me an amazing deal on a new dlp bulb. I was able to watch a movie in their custom theatre while I waited. The service was quick and they allowed me to test my tv out before I left. I would recommend Bonds tv to anybody with tv/entertainment needs. Repair and Sales.
Took care of a broken remote same day. Super cool family business!
Always helpful. Prices are fair too.
Very kind people,
