Navya is a skin and brow goddess! I’ve been her client for over two years for my brows, lashes, and facials. She is so dedicated to her work and takes her time on every service. For brows, she actually designs them in a way so they grow THICKER! I’ve also noticed such a positive difference in my skin since I started seeing her- glowing and plumper complexion, smaller pores, and less acne. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to in this case! Navya was absolutely amazing! I was in Austin for the weekend so this was my first time here. Navya was so friendly and down to earth, I loved how comfortable I was and easy she is to talk to. I felt welcomed right away and the place itself is just so cute. Her wax process was a bit different than the norm, in a GOOD way— I have very sensitive skin and left completely smooth and not irritated at all! I am so excited to try a facial on my next visit. Navya is fabulous! I will trust no one else in my down there regions. I met her when she was in a small shop and south lamar years ago and am happy to see her opening her own place. I have not always been consistent with my waxes but when the time comes there is only one place to go! Navya is not like the 15 minutes brazilian shops. Ive been going to Navya for waxing for years now and I will never, ever go anywhere else. The spa is calm and relaxing and in a convenient part of town, which is great. But Navya herself is the gem of the spa. Her kind, open, positive aura makes the experience as painless as possible.
