The company is not easy to deal with. The phone number is answered, but he lady on the end can not help. The individuals that work on your paper work are rude and no help When requesting mangement to escalate or resolve an ongoing issue, no one knows their managers name and or refuse to give it. I would not use this service ever again.

So I first heard about FCSA from Angelo State University. The school requested my evaluated transcript and made preference to FCSA. So I went to their website, read through and contacted them.I love their promptness in responding to my emails — good communication.At some point the card details I filled for payment didnt go through, they contacted me, and everything was resolved over the phone.Their professionalism also is on point. They delivered exactly in 10business days as specified in their form.Above all their patience to attend to my questions and answered me in details without getting offended.Thank you FCSA

The only thing that they care about is money! You only need to call them to find out how unprofessional the personnel of a company can be! For me, working with them was a nightmare, which I would never ever forget!When you call them, they just say we cant answer you right now and send us an email as we are very busy!! After sending an email, you should wait for 24 hours to be answered!When I asked them to correct their own mistake, they said you should either pay $75 more or wait for 5 business days till it gets done! and as I had a deadline, I was forced to pay!I dont suggest this company to anyone else and if it was possible, I would certainly gave them zero star!

If it werent for FCSAs quick evaluation of my foreign degree, I would have forfeited my Fall 2020 admissions. I was sure that other agencies would take time besides FCSA had already evaluated one of my other degrees, so I gave it a shot and requested FCSA to evaluate my post graduate degree. FCSA didnt disappoint me, within 2 weeks I got my transcripts in the peek of COVID-19 pandemic. FCSAs customer care team is awesome as well with respect to guiding you on the forms to submit to coordinating with you in case the evaluator needs further details. I got my evaluation done in June 2020. Thank you, FCSA. (My school had listed FCSA as on the evaluating agencies it accepts transcripts from.)

This is the best service you can get during pandemic! I really appreciate the convenience they provide to get the credential evaluation done in a short time frame! They pick up your phone call, they reply your email as soon as they can. I am so lucky to find them after I was stuck with this worst firm (WES) for more than a month. WES did not do a thing for me, and they refused to issue me a full refund.They ignore your email asking for help, they put you on hold forever, they never respond!

I had a very bad experience working with FCSA that I would never ever forget!.At first I made a phone call and talk to a woman who was very rude I asked her some questions related to the evaluation process she did not even bother herself to answer my questions and with a angry tone she told me that I just need to check the website and fill out the form and mail it to the provided email address .After filling the form.I sent my undergrad and graduate documents to be evaluated.Based on the form, they promised the evaluation will be completed and mailed within approximately 10 business days,but after15days I did not receive anything I called them again several times and they told me that we have very busy schedules and couldnt do that for you(It was their responsibility to their job on time, It doesnt make sense at all).an also they told me I should pay extra $75 for Rush service that we can do your evaluation within 3days.As the deadline was approaching, I was forced to pay more (the only thing they care is money)guess what?!!they considered my master degree as a bachelor degree and calculated my GPA in a wrong way.I asked them why that happened they did not even explain to me why it is equivalent to a bachelor degree!!!! In one word,I just wasted my time and money ($150)by choosing FCSA.If it was possible, I would certainly gave them Zero star!!!I dont recommend FCSA at all.

Great service and timing. Did not have to send them more docs, make sure you read instructions of documents. I would suggest scanning everything before sending them.Have ready original official translations. I did not wait even 2 weeks, they respond emails fast. So satisfied.

Terrible! All they care about is the money. I sent the my wife transcripts for a US equivalency all they did what to retype the same transcripts and send them back as is just with a general statement, no course description or equivalency! And to correct a simple mistake, you have fork out more money.The only positive thing going for them is that the service is fairly fast.

If I was reviewing this solely based on the evaluation and timing I would give it 5 stars. They said it’ll take 10 business days but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email saying my evaluation was ready early.I wish I could say the same about the customer service though :/ the employees who answer the phone basically don’t want to answer your questions and sometimes cut you off before finishing the sentence. It’s pretty disappointing and can cause people to turn away from this place even though the evaluation service itself is great.Also, I suggest having an online payment portal (i.e. paypal, zelle, etc. ) to make it easier for the customers to pay while keeping the payment info discreet.

Now I dont know if that is a diploma, associate degree, bachelors degree or masters degree degree equivalent since these are the options in USA.If you an HND holder from Nigeria please avoid them.

I found this company from a list of evaluators given by my employer. I looked at the recent reviews in here and decided to give a chance. I prepared the necessary documentation and mailed with the payment but I was a little bit suspicious since there was no user accounts or any connections beforehand. However, everything was just on time and very very professional.Before and during the service, I was very glad to contact with the customer representatives and evaluators via e-mails and phone calls. Each time I could reach up to them easily and got satisfying responses in short periods of time. Especially during the COVID period, I am glad that FCSA made things easy for the customers and accept the scanned documents as well.I got e-mails to inform and update me for all the steps of the process (arrival of the documents, missing document information, PDF version of the report to be overviewed and approved, mailing and tracking information).My evaluator was Estella, and she was very helpful and quick during the whole process. She answered all my questions and explained every bit of information Ive needed. She made the necessary corrections and guided me to find solutions to my requests.Overall, I am so glad to get this service from FCSA. The work was meticulous and just on time. DO NOT use this company for academic evaluations. When doing GPA conversions they do not utilize decimals. So for example, anything within a B range is rounded down to a 3.0. This methodology is extremely unprofessional and inaccurate.

Also no online storefront to speak of, just a PDF they expect you to ‘fill out’ and then email to them. What, print it, write on it, scan it, and then send it? Ha!

Avoid at all cost!!!! This service is the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The evaluation was inaccurate; they don’t answer emails or the phone. I got to a point when I thought it was a scam and I lost $300.00. Believe me; you want to pay the extra $100.00 for a decent evaluation service.

The worst of the worst!!! Dont even think about using this company. The compay is just interested in your money and never listens to you. I called asking if a special evaluation can be done, the receptionist was so rude and told me to send the paperwork, then they will tell me if it was possible, without seeing the paperwork they can not tell me, which is understanfable, but how ever, once they have the paperwork and the Check! They never pay attention to my special request and instead of asking and telling me they were not able to do it, they cashed the check and play the game of they did what they were supposed to do. (Which was totally a job that was dine before and i submitted, they just copied it). They never listen to the client!! I will take this case further on, because they totally took advantage of me. Never a phone call, never personal, always thru emails that nobody signed. The worst service ever. On the other hand Global Education Group, Inc. took the time to hear my needs and before cashing my check they took the time to talk to me and see if my evaluation was possible.
