This was my first time to use QuickGifts, and, my, was I delighted! I needed to order a gift card quickly in order to satisfy a commitment. In less than 10 minutes, I was able to make my selection and pay for it. However, somehow, I failed to get the correct email address to the recipient. I texted in response to the affirmation I received and, again, almost immediately, I receive a response! Amazing. Worked smoothly and without any headaches. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience with phenomenal customer service! I accidentally ordered 2 gift cards and all I had to do is send and email asking them to cancel it. The email reply was within hours. Since I ordered 2 cards and one was cancelled, I wasnt sure which gift card was correct. I left a VM and they called back within the hour. Im usually not one to write reviews, but this company is ridiculous. I ordered my gift card three weeks ago. Soon after, they sent me an email shipping confirmation with no tracking number. Over two weeks later, I still hadnt received anything, so they said they would send a replacement and send me an email confirmation. Almost a week later, and I still have not received anything. Dont waste your time with this company.

I purchased a gift card to a nice restaurant in another state, as a gift for my parents. It was quickly delivered electronically to their email. I had a question that was quickly answered by a customer service rep. I will definitely use them again :)

A good way to surprise somebody. My husband even didnt realize that was my gift card for his birthday. Good service. But make sure the restaurant also sells gift card.

I had an old gift certificate for a restaurant and posed a question to Quick Gifts to find out if it was still valid. The request was sent around 7PM and I received a response by 9AM, the next morning! I would call that outstanding customer service!

Recently I purchased a gift card for a friend via Quick gifts. It was a very easy, seamless process. But, after a month, I never heard from my friend that she received the restaurant gift card. So, I emailed QuickGifts and got a very prompt reply. Sam, who was extremely helpful, was able to determine that my friend never opened the e-mail gift link and re-sent it for me. Sam also copied me on the resent email as well as answered other questions I had. THANK YOU SAM for being soooo great to work with! I would absolutely use QUICKGIFTS AGAIN! No Question! I ordered two gift cards through a restaurant website that took me to the QuickGifts website to complete my order. Easy to use site with good options for personalizing the card-but a computer glitch would not let me choose the card template that i wanted and kept automatically reverting to another template. I phoned the company to leave a message about the problem and request the change I wanted made. I got a call back from a very pleasant and helpful representative of QuickGifts who made the changes for me right away. Nice personal service from an online company.

I LOVE them! I won a $50 gift card in one of their weekly (yes, weekly!) contests and I couldnt believe it! I had my choice from the gift card mall so I chose a salon and spa. When I won the contest, I had been feeling so tired and down and overworked and just blah and its like Quickgifts knew that! They also have the kindest people running that company. genuinely good people who want to see others happy. Cant think of anything cooler than that.

My husband and I wanted to send a family member, that lives out of town, a gift card but we didnt know the restaurants near their home. I of coarse googled, and I found a restaurant that was not a chain restaurant but offered gift cards online thats processed thru this company. It was quick, easy and very affordable and it surprised the birthday boy!!

Was given a $100 gift card and did not receive it after trying to redeem. Called customer service and they did a great job at fixing the problem and getting a new card to me.

Bought a $25 islands gift card, supposed to come with a $10 bonus card. The bonus card sent was only $5. Emailed customer service, got no reply, now it’s time to file a complaint with my credit card company.

My gift card got lost in the mail, presented a complaint, was informed that it would take up to 15 business days for them to verify with the merchant and issue a replacement card. Would not recommend.
