Ive used ebay for over 13 years now, and even worked there for a time. Overall, the experience has been good. Im only giving it 4 stars because of the half a**ed approach they made to the loyalty program (ebay bucks). You earn points for purchases during a three month period, at which point you get a certificate you have to redeem. You have 30 days to redeem that certificate before it expires, after that the points/bucks are gone forever. Theyre literally hoping that you forget about it so they dont have to reward their members. Its not like its a huge amount either, most of the points youll earn are 1% of the purchase (sometimes they have promotions to earn 5%+). If you remember to redeem them, you have a year to spend them, which is alright. Not all places have a loyalty program, so that puts them above places that dont, I suppose.

I went to this location to speak with a PayPal employee because PayPal has an office in this building. Very rude staff that works here. I was assaulted, cussed at and lied to the moment I arrived. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, IT HORRIBLE!!! All I asked was can I speak with someone from PayPal? Immediately I was forced off the property and even was spit on by security. eBay is a dangerous place to visit. OMG, your life is at risk if you show up to this property. Im still living in fear for the simple fact, they followed me all the way to my home. Never go there, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!! PLEASE, NEVER!!

The quality of eBay just isnt what it used to be. I like them tough that our long relationship would be enough to stay in business together, but I decided its not, and its very fragile relationship we continue on, so yeah, not that great anymore

Garbage juice customer service for sellers...that’s all that’s needed to be said. Closes accounts stating “potential threat to eBay community”.When asked what was done that violated any policies which triggered an account closer, their only response is “we cannot disclose the reason”.Straight trash 🗑!!

The worst! They do not protect the sellers in any way. My buyer knew the tracking didn’t show delivery so she decided to open a claim to get a refund. She even said I should just use the insurance on it and that she thinks it stolen. The post office stopped tracking the item, but refunded the buyer even though she is probably using it right now. I’ve been selling on eBay for 17 years. No more. What a joke

EBay has decided to not talk to there customers. They direct customers to dead end menu that helps no one.I ordered an item. After I paid I found out its coming from China and will arrive in two months.EBay has turned into wish.com. They are now my last choice for e commerce.

Shopping from ebay was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They sent me wrong item, and they tell me you should send us back and pay shipping yourself which will be so expensive. They are all lier. And they are doing fraud.Do not trust Ebay at all. They are not responsible for their fault. I will tell all my friends to avoid buying fron Ebay.

I am disappointed. My selling rights were revoked and I still cannot get an explanation as to why.As a customer the service I get is revolting. They let sellers manipulate buyers with simple tricks and always put the buyer through hell when trying to rectify the issue.I prefer the amazon services more and have been using amazon more and more. I wish they would change policies to prevent sellers from being deceptive.

EBay has knowingly engaged in illegal trafficking of items unsaleable per State and Federal law, including allowing abusive practices using a computer. As an e-commerce site eBay falls under the governances of internet communications.To include but not limited to deception, of eBay practices by policy and procedures to subscribing members, whether sellers or buyers. eBay has knowingly created an abusive climate of through same practices, with disregard for those FTC, FCC, and other Governances guidelines. Through illegal unauthorized access of accounts by staff, eBay has engaged in the collection of random fees in accounts by having FULL trespass access to via staff, with no recourse by account holders. These violations are a trespass upon computer accounts through staff acknowledgement, having full access to modify seller/buyer accounts. Documentations will be forthcoming to all Governing bodies capable of enforcement and a formal lawful inquiry. Including allowing “ concerted activities” cyber attacks on “seller reviews” on seller platforms.

If I could rate lower I would. Its sad that Ill no longer be doing buisness with ebay. They dont care about customer concerns, or customer issues, and when sellers dont come through on a sale they are not held accountable. This sad way to do buisness, but I guess when they are making money it doesnt matter.

Tub, JacuzziBe wise, if you order a tub jacuzzi from eBay, check it thoroughly. It appeared okay however when I went to install underneath the main pipeline was cracked. The seller Empava, refused a refund, exchange or part. You cant trust eBay or the seller so be wise.China SellersThere seems to be a problem with Ebays sellers in China. I shop USA only because when I order from overseas they dont delivery, but they take my money. Making me believe they are sending the coat, and with Ebay trusted a name, I thought they were legit. However, after 39 days, I notice the tracking number was fake. So I stopped ordering from China. Recently, I thought I was ordering from New York, a coat. However, I found out this company is founded in China. This company claimed they mailed it the next day after I ordered it. However, when the due date of delivery came they later claimed the coat was returned (???) They dont know what happen. They asked if I wanted to resend the coat or a refund. So, I stated resend. However, they sent a email stating that they have no more coats. So, I went to website and there are a lot of the coats the same as I ordered. I brought this to ebay attention how there China vendors were selling high end items at low prices, and not delivering, keeping my money for 30 days plus and a fake tracking notice. However, they still allow such vendors to sell and now some are claiming to do business in the USA. So, when I searched USA vendors only, they are hiding under USA. By the way, I constantly stand demanding, request the coat to be resent and it never was. I wanted Ebay to made them send the coat or remove their store. Unfortunately, Ebay is too easy to misuse. Besides the vendors not being located in New York . They easily refunded the money the same day I could file a complaint with Ebay team so the case was closed without my consent.
