Unfortunately, I was not able to get service with this company. I sent in an email through their website about a service they offer. I didnt hear anything for 3-4 weeks which is odd for a smaller company that can easily respond from home during these times. Finally, Ransom Carroll contacted me to see if I was still interested. I responded yes, and provided him with a sample of the work I wanted completed...it is something they could have completed in 1 day. Five days go by with no response so I email them again inquiring about the work. Another two days go by and Ransom Carroll responds that he is closing the ticket since I didnt respond to the email. Wait, What?!? I responded again to email. Another two days go by and I get an email to leave a review. Cool, here is your review.

Sorry, but have to give this a one star review. I know that times are tight with COVID-19, but 4 months of paying for their service and absolutely no communication as to any progress on my projects. How long does it take to send an e-mail letting a customer know that they are at least attempting to work on a project, but behind due to the virus? No communication is getting to be a recurring theme with this company.

Cart Designers is amazing! They have been a huge asset to our company and built an amazing website for us. Theyre available all the time and are some of the most helpful guys youll meet.

Highly recommend! I used Cart Designers to move my website and couldnt be happier with the results! The website was finished on-time and the team I worked with responsive to my questions and feedback and very professional. What set my experience with Cart Designers apart though was the number of enhancements that were made which even though minor, improved the overall appearance of the site and the customer experience. Wow. Ive never worked with a company that just doesnt reply - they just dont have any customer service at all. Ive had reoccurring issues with some of the apps they installed on my site and they simply dont reply. And their response time was so slow as was their work - it took 6 months to build a site based on their own template!There are millions of developers in the world. Find one that cares about their customers instead.
