I started the process with this lawyer in 2016. At the beginning of the process the lawyer was well aware my husband had a criminal record. She told us that they’re would be no issues because all the offenses were dismissed. My husband was hesitant and asked her again if she was sure that something could be done in his case and her response was and I quote “ I don’t take on a case, that I can’t handle.” Last week I called in to get some updates and turns out our case was closed an year ago without even being notified. According to the person I spoke to the case was closed because of the priors he had. So all this time, 4 hrs later, in which we only saw the lawyer 3 times, dealt with different staff every single time cause you never see a familiar face, they had us believe that we had hope that my husbands criminal record would not be an impediment and it turns out we were lied to. Now I’ve been asking to speak with the lawyer for over a week now and not only is the staff rude and they don’t even allow me to speak, I also have to pay a consultation fee after being with them 4 years and paying them a large sum of money I still have to pay a consultation fee. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

They charge you the 150 dollars of the consultation after that you interview with the lawyer and then you never have contact with her again because she is busy and they tell you that she is busy that you better find another lawyer but to receive the 150 dollars very quickly, they, Bad attention! The vogue says in a Univision commercial call us for a consultation$ 150 dollars for a FIRST CONSULTATION.After the consultation, I recommend looking for a criminal lawyer.I dont know where the lawyer gets those prices.Obviously I did not consult with her, I went to another lawyer who charged me for the FIRST CONSULTATION $ 100 and ended up charging me $ 50.-

She convinced him to provide her with more than 6,000.00 to solve his case. She managed to provide my father with a pardon and sent it to Juárez México. We asked her many times if this was safe and she kept telling my family that everything would be fine, that this case has a positive result rate of 98%. Towards the end of the case, once we paid her fees, she and her employees started treating us HORRIBLE. They were yelling at us and at one point they told my dad that he was exaggerating! ..my father left and due to his LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! Now hes out of the country for 10 years!
