This company is dishonest and disorganized. Daniel Panek, dispatcher for the office located in the Dallas area, does not respond to contractor inquiries or requests. She is unprofessional and inefficient. Rick York, the VP of Operations and Sales over North Texas, is also non responsive to contractor needs. I worked for the office located in the Dallas area and I was not paid for a service that I provided per the contract between Principle Distribution and myself. Throughout my time with the company, Daniel Panek consistently ignored my questions or did not respond until well after business hours. I have several vendors that I transport loads for and have not had these types of issues. If you have a business to run you cannot work with an organization such as this who has inept, detached, and ill-mannered individuals within their team. And who also does not pay their contractors. Please steer clear from this company.
