The employees are friendly and courteous. All I have to do is call and place my order and they will call me back to let me know when its ready and when I can pick it up. The guys arent always in the office so its always best to call ahead. I purchase the Taste of TX and Columbian. Coffee is great tasting and smooth. I recommend buying from this vendor.

The product is great. The customer service is terrible. There is rarely anyone at the store. Ive made several trips from two towns south just to find no one there during business hours.. Calling is not a real option either. You get a recording and no one returns your call.

The work environment is very bad for a technician and the management is severely cheap and disorganized.
