Great to have a local supplier of quality networking and other IT gear! You get fantastic customer service you will never find at the big box stores while getting competitive pricing and local inventory. Glad I was introduced to them!

Twice now I have had trouble logging in to my account with these folks. Just over a year ago I was told I had to fill out new account info forms because I didnt have any recent purchases. I did that. Now, I’m was just told my login doesnt work for the same reason and I will need to fill out the same forms again. No, I can take the hint, ECD doesn’t want my money. Fine, there are better, less expensive audio/automation suppliers out there, namely Worthington Dist., which is why I don’t have enough ECD account activity in the first place. The only reason I even messed with them is because they are in town and I can walk in for something I need without waiting for shipping from Worthington. (I don’t buy from them that often either, but they still treat me like family when I do need something.) So screw it. Now how do I leave no stars?
