I work for a very large company that leases trucks through Idealease. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The worst service period. They never keep any parts for common repairs on hand so when your truck goes in for minor repair they keep it a week. You pull up the the location to have something fixed, get an inspection, or even a PM done bring someone with you with another vehicle because they will have it for HOURS if not days. Nothing it quick with this place. No one will even tell you your truck is ready. You have to call them everyday to ask if it’s ready. Their usual response is “yeah it should be ready later.” Hint: It won’t be.I’m not sure how much my company pays for this service but whatever it is it’s to much. The down time this place creates on our fleet is astronomical. Do yourself a favor and never ever bring a truck to longhorn idealease.
