SCAM ALERT! I called to make an appointment and a representative said he only has as an office San Diego California. When I asked why he advertises an office in Austin he said he had no idea what I was talking about but kept assuring me that he will still help me. He was very pushy and kept asking me to let him run my credit report. He said it wouldnt hurt my credit report to run it so he give me a quote and save me a bunch of money but and it got to the point I had to hang up. I was not about to let a company that sounds like a scam run my credit! My friend is a lawyer in Round Rock and told me I should check the company out with government office located here in Austin called the Office Of Consumer Credit Commissioner. My instinct was right and this company DOES NOT EXIST. I uploaded the response from the Commissioner office showing it does not exist.
It was trouble-free starting my services and they walked me through everything! After working with this debt consolidation I now make one monthly payment for all of my creditors. Plus I can schedule it on any day I feel comfortable. It’s great to know that everything is done confidentially.
I called the listed number looking for help with my debt and someone in California answered my call. I then asked if I could be transfered to the Austin office and they said they dont have any locations in Texas but that he works with people from my state. I also asked how much the fees were and did not get a straight answer. Buyer beware.
It’s great to work with these professionals! They have really helped me with my debt situation. Highly recommend!
Im very disapointed in myself for not researching this company before signing up. They have done nothing for me and the creditors kept hounding me all day so I decided to file for bankruptcy and I asked for a refund of fees. I was told now so I told my bankruptcy attorney Susan Taylor here in Austin what they did and she recommended filing a complaint with the OCCC which apparently regulates these companies. Come to find out they arent even licensed in Texas and the OCCC is going to help me get a full refund and open an investigation on them. If you have been scammed by this business file a complaint here by typing on OCCC complaint Texas on google.
Called for an appointment and they took my information, left me on hold for a long time then hung up. I asked questions about the company with no one answering anything I asked. No one has called me back since. This place is a scam, AVOID!!!!!
This debt consolidation company is the best in Austin area!
I called and they routed me to somewhere in San Diego California and said they dont have an office in Austin. Sounds like a Scam. Buyer Beware!
