G & A have slick salesmen that will sell you a fantasy that all of your HR needs will be met. Unfortunately, once they have you signed up, you are placed on cruise control. Trying to get anything done or getting any questions answered, requires hours on hold with a 1-800 number. It gets so frustrating that you end up doing it all yourself. Plus, their billing practices leave much to be desired. Small businesses should look elsewhere.
