This company is a scam and incredibly unprofessional for anyone looking for a serious career. The call centers are disgusting and management sleeps around with each other and threatens entry level workers when their advances are turned down. I worked at a site in Vegas pre-COVID and the offices were disgusting. Management did not care about the ongoing situation with COVID and didnt engage any precautions. There was also a bedbug infestation. Work ANYWHERE else.

I would avoid this place. The company has lost a few contracts over the last year and maintaining operations in Austin and in the US is not cost effective so even the contracts they still have will eventually be moved over to their Ireland or potential future Mexico offices. The company lacks competent leadership. Sure theyre at the whim of the companies that employ them, which is more of the fault of outsourced technical support, but things are known in advance but they only let the employees know so little ahead of the changes. Several people were let go in early 2017 and management was aware for a few months in advance and they even let a few select employees on the floor know so they could prepare by boosting up their stats but didnt let the whole floor know until 4 weeks before the cut off date leaving most without much time to try to improve as only the top percentage were kept. Beyond that theres so much preferential treatment here. If youre not white, young (18-26), male, and skinny then good luck because youll have to work way harder than everyone else as those who do fit that criteria get easy promotions and much quicker than anyone else. Most of the diversity hirings left for other pastures as they realized they hit a limit or werent going to program. In summation I would say avoid this place as it continually moved towards lower pay and layoffs.

I got sick and had to miss some time while in training. The HR boss told me that I could resigned and that I could start training with the next class. Almost two years later I’m still being told that I’m not rehire-able.

This is heartbreaking to post...This used to be my favorite job, when it was Trusource labs. Since Everise has taken over the job has gone from uncomfortable to horrendous. The QAs are absolutely impossible to pass and are judged by people who do not understand our culture. Then the expectations are constantly changing and the managers and supervisors do not take responsibility for the tech issues that effect the sales. The pays good though and people are generally friendly.

After spending more time at this company, Ive decided to lower my rating to 2 stars. As many other reviews have noted, this is a good job but it is not a career, as there is no clear defined trajectory for one to climb. You are essentially rotated between different clients as they are phased in and out. Its a good place to get some experience, but thats about it.

I really enjoyed working with my team, my supervisors were friendly and supportive and did a good job with the little resources it seemed were provided. That being said, there isnt much of a ladder to climb. Your job can be dropped at anytime if the client you work for drops the support team, meaning you could go from maybe being a tier 2 agent to tier 1. The atmosphere is friendly, however most people dont really try to look like they are showing up for work.Due to a migration in health insurance the company was going through when I was hired on, my paperwork was lost and I wasnt covered for health insurance. HR did nothing to assist, but informed me if I payed $500 they could get me on a health insurance plan. The product I supported was mediocre in its field, often causing conflicting issues that we couldnt fix, resulting in very awkward or stressful calls. The job was a good stepping stone for me, but ultimately the company needs a reform on work ethic. Its dark and depressing, most people are very unmotivated. Some even go to sleep at their cubicles. Show up in pyjamas, or otherwise inappropriate work clothing. (Bringing a blanket to work?).I really enjoyed my team, they were a good bunch and we we did a good job with what we had. In my honest opinion, I hope they all leave and go somewhere where their time and efforts can be professionally and monetarily appreciated.Pros:Easy interviews, somewhat professional experience tools, good for a first job or stepping stone.Cons:Depressing environment, training is almost non existent (more of a morale seminar for two weeks), unhealthy lifestyle (lunch room is caked with junk food) no internal growth, micro management, low pay, list goes on unfortunately.

Everise automatic dialer for their recruiting department keeps texting several people on my business line. Over 22 different people were noted in the text from 3 different computer generated personalities. No, I dont want to sell life insurance for Everise. Why would I want to do business with a company that does not value personal communication? YOU CANT TALK TO A REAL PERSON.

This place started off great, worked on the Indeed side once management switch everything went down hill. Over the course of 2 months half of the Indeed African American population was gone because of “Quality” they put you on some made up plans just to fire you . Don’t know about the best side. You have to be a robot if you have any kind of personality FIRED! You go tell HR they play dumb and expedite the process to fire you. If you go to this job apply at the south location and not for the Indeed client.

I was contacted by this place about a job for indeed, landed an interview and once I got to the interview they changed the job to something completely different. Interviewed and spoke about 3 different jobs and experiences i had there. The person who interviewed me didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. Even when smiling and shaking the interviewers hand he still just looked. Very uncomfortable. I spoke about 3 COMPLETELY different jobs and got feedback that I spoke on one experience which is a complete lie. If attempting to get a job working here I recommend you request to interview with someone more interactive and welcoming!!!!

WARNING!! this is a very LONG review, this should technically be considered an article for top worst employment horror stories, but I am here to share a complete review based on working here for TSL as a tech support agent, and I will be entirely anonymous for my safety due to the experience and unprofessional attitude from this company.Upon arriving at the interview, I was escorted to what looks like a supply closet turned into a very claustrophobic meeting room big enough just for two people. The interview felt very awkward and dull. After the interview, youre soon to be supervisor will take you on a tour of the building and show you another closet which they like to call a lab. In reality, it is only a collection of all the previous failed products and services they once supported. No, Im not kidding you.Fast forward, when I first arrive, I was then escorted to a smaller yet a little bit bigger room to fit at least 3-4 people. The training was mediocre and lifeless due to only reading from a PowerPoint for 8 hours for almost two weeks before doing hands-on training. The trainer appeared to be one of those guys who still pretend to be in there early 20s or fresh out of high school with a punk rock style but who is actually 41. Btw this dude will answer you back with repeating vocabulary words after each of his sentences that will end in tight, tight or ride on, Lol.An example is one of the trainees told me that this 40-year-old man called out their entire training class on a practice exam over a problem that they all missed due to him not going over it and getting offended over it. Let me tell you something; there is something seriously wrong with you if youre going to call out their training class of literally only three people.Over something, you did not go over and not take responsibility for that and call the department manager to have him involved that they are in the wrong. Simply pathetic. After training is over, you will be on the phones, email, chats all at once. The trainer and supervisor will not help you EVER. Your only source for help is the online customer resource center open to the public and the private one for employees only, which do not help one bit. The training you receive will help you solve maybe four problems that happen sometimes. You will be grilled for small grammar and your calls and whether you provided the right information to the customer. Let me remind you that your trainer will only cover four problems and the proper procedures and responses. They will force you to purchase Grammarly. for the one-year subscription, which is not supplied by TSL or provided discounts at all.Even if your grammar is spot on, they will roast you on a missing period or lack of enthusiasm; they are a bunch of micromanaging grammar Nazis to deal with daily. I copied and paste from one of the highest agents with perfect QA scores who is also favored by my supervisor and manager for responses to customers and still got grilled on. Also, senior tech support is one of the most useless and laziest people to escalate issues, especially when forwarding customers to them.I worked for the company for four years, due to the product we wore supporting failed miserably, at this point my supervisor fled to the Philippines to avoid the fallout from my department and to train the cheaper new replacement tech support department. Stay away from the General manager, technical supervisors, and QA agent. This company tries to thrive on saying, we hire internally, or Share some of apples philosophies.Children run the whole company. Its disgusting how HR will never work with anyone for any risen issue, In conclusion, I recommend staying away from this company, and I also believe they should be investigated due to the unfair and racial treatment against the employees. You will be terminated for the most contemptible excuse if not, your department will be laid off, or they will force you to resign. Only work here as a last resort.

Used to be a great place to work but it changed a lot and the company values are now just lip service. You wont get a carieer here and they will underpay you for the work. Only worth taking for short times if in a pinch. I can say that after years of service for this place.
