Be Aware ! Royalty Clearinghouse wanted to buy two of my sections of mineral right and told me they would send me a draft to put in the bank to be held for 15 days while the process of paper work took place. I went to the bank to deposit my draft and it was just a peace of paper saying Pay to the order of (my name) and wasnt a draft check . they laughed at me. So after having the contract noterized and not being able to deposit the draft, I got home that evening and went over the contract and discover they listed 4 differant sections and was fixin to clean me out of my minerals and put the srews to me. I voided the contract scratched out my signiture and the notery stamp and faxed it back to them. Be careful of what you sign. It almost cost me . I cant even give them one star of rating but I had to just to get this published
