When I first went I got a lot out of my meetings with my case manager, However, yesterday I had a 1:30 appointment, and got a call at 1:20 that they needed to move me to another case manager. I drive 30 minutes to get to these appointments and left another meeting. I think the lack of common courtesy was uncalled for. As a business professional if i need to cancel I certainly would not wait until ten minutes before the appointment,
