They let my husband go for no reason. He was miserable when he worked there. They acknowledged how well of an employee he was and gave him all these accolades and then suddenly let him go. 0 stars if possible
They say they care about their employees, but in reality its only some that do depending on where you are in the company. I was very disappointed with they way they would let my project manger verbally abuse myself along with many others and do nothing about it. Its. their way or no way, and pick favorites. High and fast turnover rate, as they prefer people who will only know their process. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to clients or people looking for a sales role.
0 stars if possible. The company is great at their own contracts, follow up meetings, standard meetings. At the end of the day, we invested $25k for sales and marketing that generated a single $40.00 sale. EBQ does not care if they actually sell or perform, as long as they get their money. No accountability, no effs given. Same green salesman noted in another review cant close. Sales manager is quick to boast EBQ does $25 mil in revenue every year. The revenue is from burning through clients- plenty of fish in the sea. EBQ never understood our product and continued to work erroneously on nonsense projects. Contract at your own risk.
This place is awesome and fast paced. Work 4 - 10s with a three day weekend every week. Get a solid salary with options to move up. Benefits and a great, new office space. I really like the trails you can get out and walk. At EBQ you will boost your business acumen in weeks not years. The staff is amazing. Leadership is good. I really like where I work and I like who I work with. And referral bonuses so if youre looking for a change, or a job tell them I sent ya! 😉

We used the EBQ sales service for four months before terminating for lack of performance. ROI was poor as we paid $5000 per month for a green half time caller. Communication was poir as we werent able to collaborate or train virtual caller properly so pitch was never accurate. Recieved 1 to 2 decent leads on average per month. EBQ delivered 4 to 5 leads per month but most of those were unresponsive. Staff was professional and organized but the high cost per converted lead simply could not be justified. We subsequently invested in other areas and sales took off.
