We went out with Captain Rob for my birthday with the family. It was the best day ever! We were excited to fish but left our tackle box at the car, so Captain Rob went out of his way to get a friend to loan us a tackle box for the day. We boated out to the perfect cliff diving spot and the kids had a blast balancing on the Lilly Pad. I loved that they wheeled our stuff down to the dock and had a cooler full of ice ready. It saved so much hassle. I HIGHLY recommend renting yourself an experience just like this one when you can.

This was a very enjoyable experience. The driver was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very attentive and offered his help many times.I will definitely be using this boat rental in the future. Absolutely nothing went wrong.(:

Views were great. Pontoon and seats were clean. Tour guide had a pretty good playlist playing. Really wish he wouldve been more interactive with us. I was expecting him to point out the different sites/coves listed. Other than that, pretty cool.

Fabulous boat ride with Float on! We were a party of 8 and enjoyed our captain, Rob’s boat ride. Boat was clean, we were able to bring food and drink onboard stored in the oversized cooler. We stopped to swim in a few different areas. Rob knew the lake and was a wonderful host with local knowledge. I highly recommend this boating company for a great cruise on the lake!

Great experience. Captain Jason was great; we rented the boat for 2 hours with a few adults and kids and had a fun time. Cruised around for a bit before anchoring down and throwing the lilypad out for swimming. Had so much fun we extended an extra hour. Highly recommend!

We rented a Pontoon boat through Float On for my girlfriends birthday and it was the BEST decision we have ever made! This is my second time renting through Float On and they truly are spectacular. Our captain Jason was friendly, laidback, helpful, and pointed out cool houses and landmarks! No issues with the communication or quality of the boat or company at all. Just note that they only pick you up from 3 dock locations: Emma Long Park, 360 Bridge, or one other one that is even further from Austin. Also, you cant rent a boat to take out yourself you have to have a captain. Great experience though!

Wow...what fun we had with our grandchildren from Philly! They had never been on a boat or swam in a lake so it was a special treat. It was especially nice to have the entire boat to ourselves. We spent 2 hours with our great captain (Stewart) cruising from the beautiful Pennybacker Bridge eastward to the dam on Ladybird Lake. We stopped in a cove for a swim & chilling on the lily pad. Then we cruised back through the amazing Venetian Villa with beautiful homes and bridges. We brought sandwiches & ate lunch listening to our playlist that the Captain plugged in to boat speakers.

Super fun day time activity for large groups! We did this on a Saturday for a bachelorette party - it was so hot so being on the water was perfect. All of the party boats on the lake tie up together in the cove and it becomes just one huge party of music, booze, floaties, and tons of people. Our captain Rob was awesome and never let a second go by without us having a drink in our hands. Bring your own food on the boat and I would definitely recommend the Yeti cooler add-on with ice and water; its one less thing you have to think about and the ice/water lasted the whole time. 10/10 would do this again!

I used Float On for a bachelorette party and it was great! Communication with the captain was easy. Getting to the location was smooth, they let us know where to meet and what to have. On the boat we were able to DJ with our own music, the captain served us drinks, we didn’t have to lift a finger! The entire experience was focused on our groups enjoyment, all we had to focus on was having fun.10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a non-hassle boat day on the water.

The perfect weather helped create the perfect afternoon on Lake Austin with our captain Derek. The pontoon boat was very clean and expertly handled by the captain. He made the trip really fun showing us the sites and allowing just the right amount of chill out time with riding time. Our whole experience was incredible! From booking to exiting the boat. We were visiting Austin for 5 days for my sisters Bachelorette and on day 2 we went out on lake Austin with captain Will!Captain Will was the perfect captain! Our family went out on a pontoon boat with Float On this past weekend. Will was our captain. They were extremely accommodating with scheduling (we had a baby and a 3 year old in tow :) The boat was in great shape and came with a big Yeti cooler, though we brought our own. Will took us to a quiet cove where we could relax and get comfortable on the lake - our two girls hadnt been on the lake before so we wanted a good, low-intensity experience for them. And he was terrific with our girls. Definitely hire these guys if you get the chance, you wont regret it.

Ive used several different Austin boat companies over the years and FloatOn has easily been the easiest to work with, was most flexible and has offered the strongest customer service! Booking with FloatOn is also a step above the rest. I decided to do a spontaneous Lake Austin boat day with some friends who were visiting on the day (Friday) before we wanted to be on the water (Saturday). I was able to reserve a 4HR slot on the mobile browser in under 10 minutes and was shocked that my reservation was immediately confirmed and ready to rock at our preferred time the next day. I was sure they would call to tell us it was too short notice or that their fleet was booked up - but the only call I received was from my captain confirming pickup time and guiding us to the right parking location. We were actually running about 20m late for our reservation and our Captain let us know that he could be flexible because there werent any rezzys for the boat immediately after our reservation...so he let us adjust the timing of our reservation without penalty (really fantastic customer service). We got our full 4 hours despite starting later than we had booked. Captain (Jason - he was great!) offered to help unload cars and welcomed us to a spotless boat with plenty of empty storage space for our things. The cooler was stocked with some water bottles and a surprise bag of ice too. Our Captain let us plan our route/timing, encouraged us to connect our own playlists, pulled the bimini up and down as we needed for shade and even had a few bathroom stops planned right when we needed them! I especially loved how attentive he was to refilling our beverages from the cooler and suggesting different things to see or do around the lake. He pointed out some celeb homes and made sure we got in everything we wanted to do. Seriously, so impressed. Thank you FloatOn cant wait to book again this Summer!

They have exceptional customer service attitude. There were possible storms around and they just kept in contact with me on the best time to take the boat out. They would have refunded the entire amount if we did not think it was going to be a good time due to any weather situation. Many other companies would have just said you have been charged and the boat is yours during the reserved time slot. The captain was excellent and was very informative.

The BYOB cruise on Lake Travis was amazing. Jason was a great captain, telling us interesting facts about some of the houses that we passed, providing access to an aux cord so we could play our own music, and supplying ice, cups, and even sleeping bags for if we got chilly! If Im ever in the area again, this is definitely something Id love to do again, I would absolutely recommend it to visitors and locals alike.

What an absolute blast me a group of my friends went on with these guys. Its first class service from the minute the pontoons pull up till the second you leave. We had a blast on our boat rental with Float On. Vince was our tour guide and he showed us around Lake Austin. Gave us a tour of the fancy houses and then parked in Party Cove We went on a weekday so it was pretty mellow there. But we partied enough for several boats. Tipped $120 to Vince because he was so cool. Every aspect of the process was smooth and easy.

We were on a pontoon boat all afternoon with 4 adults and 4 kids. The boat was equipped with enough life vests for all the children which was nice. We also were able to use a Lily pad (the kids LOVED it!) and a very nice ice chest for the food a drinks we brought. Since we were on the boat most of the day, the boat driver had terrific recommendations for a lunch spot when we got hungry which was very helpful. The boat staff/owners were extremely friendly and helpful and definitely made our day a success.The boat itself was very clean and well kept. I can definitely see myself doing this again!

We had a blast on our Sunset cruise! It’s a perfect thing to do with friends to see fireworks in the lake or make your own in devils cove! You ride out, hook up to other boats and leave all of the boat cleaning and gas buying yo them! BYOB! They have lily pads and captains so you don’t even have to drive! It’s a legit 5 diamond limo deal ;). It was super easy to make reservations and the customer service shines almost as bright as their boats!
