Andrew subcontracted my company back in June of 21 to weld to one of thier handrail jobs on short notice becuase his other contractor backed out. After we completed the work, he ghosted us and is avoiding paying his bill. We are able to put a lien on the property where the work was completed but that doesnt affect him, just his client.Im surprised to see that he has so many 5 star reviews while he burns his subcontractors who are actually the people doing the work for his company and making his clients happy.Pay your bill, Andrew. I have a family to feed, employees to pay and a reputation to uphold.

We needed water and electric run to an open second floor room to help us convert that space into a kitchen and dining area for my parents who live with us. Andrew did the main part of the job while some of his workers assisted in the finish and clean-up aspect of the job. We felt his price was more than competitive and a good value.

I would definitely recommend Andrew and his team. They pay attention to the little details, Andrew and Drew were onsite everyday ensuring everything was done properly. They demo-ed an existing covered patio and rebuilt an awesome pergola on top of the existing structure after taking out some of the old concrete, re-poured concrete and ensured everything was level before tiling. They also put up and stained a new fence and stained the existing wood deck as well.

Andrew has been doing work for me for a long time. I would recommend him any time. He completes the jobs in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Also his swimming pool knowledge is first class.

Andrew and his team were true craftsmen in installing our deck. He was also available to troubleshoot some issues with our pool and saved us a lot of headache in solving the problems. Andrew Seins did a great job on our pool remodel project! He is VERY knowledgeable and creative with designs and ideas to make the pool more useable and accessible by adding seats, steps, lights and railings. He made the system automated so we can run equipment from our cell phones. He is a great problem solver and can install or fix any electrical or equipment problem. Andrew stands by his work and even came back for a minor issue (that another sub did) well after the job was complete. He is very friendly and honest and I would definitely recommend him for future jobs.

Andrew is one of the few contractors in Texas who will say what he will and do what he says. His pricing is at or below market, and you are not satisfied with any part of the job, he will return and make it right. And, hes a pretty good guy.

URC did a fantastic job installing a pool in our yard. It came out looking beautiful and the quality is great! We are 5 years into enjoying it now and it still looks like the day we got it. We have had a few small maintenance things that came up over the years and the company was super quick to respond and resolve the problem. We definitely recco this company.

Ive used United Republic crew and their owner Andrew Seins on several jobs. I had my house exterior painted and rotten trim replaced. I also had them install a 6 foot high privacy fence around my yard. One of his new crews had installed most of the fence posts after a full day of work. Andrew showed up and saw that it was not done to his quality standard. He brought in a more experienced crew, pulled all the posts and completely re-did the job. I trust his quality and will definitely will call him again.

I have used URC for quite a few jobs. Andrew has flown out to the Caribbean a number of times to work on a pool, installed a generator in Dallas and worked on a computer and lighting for a pool in Dallas. In all these jobs, the company and Andrew did a great job. However, the last job that URC bid on never materialized because Andrew went totally silent. After leaving many texts and voice messages, I gave up and hired someone else. I would have given the company more stars if it wasnt for the disappearing act!

They did a great job on remodeling my bathroom and replaced an old bathtub with a walk-in shower. Thanks for a well-done job!

They were always on time, if there was a problem they would call, in fact very often they were there early and just sitting outside. I was always comfortable about leaving them in my home and never had to worry about anything. I was so impressed with them, that I also had them come out and bid on projects for my condo association, which he won, and they did a fantastic job for us as well.I’ve recently AGAIN reached out to United Republic to do some work In my new home.
