Absolutely wonderful and fantastic experience. This team did an exceptional remodel of my master bathroom that involved a lot of moving parts. Everything looks beautiful and we couldnt be happier. We have used Pro-Service twice and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time was when a car drove into our living room. Pro-Service worked with our insurance company and completely fixed everything. The exterior brick was replaced and the interior walls had to be redone along with the floor. After they were finished, I could never tell that anything had ever happened. The blending of the new brick with the old brick was seamless and the inside drywall can not be seen where the damage occurred. The floor was also replaced and the floor looks better than the original. The second time we used Pro-Service was when we had a water leak in our second floor toilet while we were away. After having a plumber come out and repair the leak (a flange needing replacing under the toilet) a hole in the ceiling in our dining room needed to be mended from the plumbing repair and damage to the ceiling due to the leak. Again we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Again you can not tell where the repair took place. In addition, we had a number of other repairs done at the same time and all were accomplished within the time frame we were told and all exceeded our expectations. I can not recommend Pro-Service enough. They treated our house with respect (covered anywhere they worked with paper or plastic and cleaned up after words everything to the best of their ability). They will continue to have all our business when it comes to home repair.

Phil was GREAT to work with. Any issue that came up, he was quick to take care of it. I was comfortable with him and his workers in my house, and they finished quickly. We LOVE our new bathroom!

Before having a new roof put on my house, I needed to have a sagging eave fixed and some fascia replaced. Pro-Service was highly recommended to me by J-Conn Roofing. Everyone from Phil to Shannon to the onsite work crew was responsive and professional. I could not be more pleased with the project. The workers were professional. After years of working with various contractors on projects at our home, we were pleasantly pleased when friends of ours recommended ProServices Remodeling. Not only was the work exceptional, but Phil and Shannon make you feel like one of their family with follow up beyond compare. We have found our “go to” company for additional work now and in the future .

I never write reviews...but I had to write this one for Pro-Service! They took on a major remodel project for us, including new floors, demo and a complete redesign and rebuild of our fireplace, painting of the entire house, new ceiling fans, new TVs installed, new granite kitchen countertops, new backsplash and painting of the kitchen cabinets... plus a lot of other extras! The service from day one was impressive! From coming out multiple times to take measurements to helping me endlessly to pick out all the new materials. They offered great advice and didnt just do whatever. If Phil didnt think my choice was the correct one, he brought me other samples to look at before I decided. He also helped greatly in helping me to design the look of the new fireplace. As it is floor to ceiling, it is a huge focal point and had to be just right! The hard workers were always on time, worked tirelessly and even worked on Saturdays to ensure they met the deadline we had set! Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly showed! When we are ready to remodel our master bathroom, we will ONLY be calling Phil & Shannon Stewart and Pro-Service!!

I recently requested a bid for a multi-part project from Pro-Service. Part of the project was outdoors and we were in the middle of a period of frequent rains, so the project start was delayed. Before it started, we added another part to the project.Once the weather cleared, the job was scheduled and all except the painting was finished in one day. The painting was done a couple days later.The work was completed professionally and to our satisfaction. The workmen were polite and efficient. I was most impressed with the thorough cleanup at the end of the project. You could eat off the driveway.

Ive remodeled two houses, and I can say through experience that its very difficult to find good contractors. Im looking for someone to come out, give you a reasonable quote, and follow through in a reasonable amount of time. Thats exactly what Phil did for us rebuilding a custom fiberglass shower pan, tiling, and installing some new drywall with texture. Another guy I got a quote from claimed that he was the only person in town with the knowledge to do the job I needed. Stay away from those jokers and go with these guys!

Pro-Service Painting and Remodeling did a superb job on our project. We had all the carpeting in our house replaced with wood flooring (four bedrooms, family room, living room and dining room) and a large kitchen and hallway area replaced with tile. Additionally, we had granite countertops placed in three bathrooms and our powder room upgraded. This was a large project! The Pro-Service team worked together to coordinate the completion in a very short time frame and the result was absolutely beautiful. Philip, Shannon and the entire construction team worked closely with us to insure that our expectations were met -- and they were exceeded! We highly recommend Pro-Service for any and all of your remodeling projects.

This was the least painful contracting experience ever! So refreshing to deal with Phillip who obviously knows his business so well and Shannon who makes sure the plans made are executed as agreed. My son and I got his house repaired and painted without a single hitch and at a reasonable price. We are already planning a carpet removal and replacement project with this company next winter when I am back in Austin. These two are the pro in Pro-Service! Not to mention that they have expert and friendly folks doing the work. I highly recommend these folks for your contracting needs.

I gave Phil a list of many repairs including add recess lights in my living room and kitchen which also entailed removing pop corn ceilings and repainting. I then went on vacation in Mexico. He called to give me updates while I was gone and when I returned home the job was complete. He did everything I asked and more. This was a great experience. The job was well done, exactly as we had discussed, and in a timely manner.

We were pleased with the work done by Pro-Service Painting & Remodeling. Their bid was reasonable and they did what they said they would do. Phil and Shannon form a good husband and wife team. After a while, it all becomes like family. It is a little different than dealing with other contractors. We would recommend them and in fact are using them on other work.

Last summer I was in need of a handyman who could redo the roof on a gazebo like structure that was over my hot tub. Everyone was busy with large projects, but Phil agreed to do the job. Although I still had to wait a few weeks for his master carpenter to be available, the roof was redone and painted to look as if it was original. When we finally got some rain Phil came back promptly to reseal some leaks in the sealant. After a year, the roof still looks and functions just fine.

We hired Phil to completely renovate a 1930s bungalow in Hyde Park. He has a respectful crew and he handled everything professionally during the 3 month renovation. We are very happy with the renovation, the craftsmanship of his talented crew, and most importantly with the way Phil treated us and our concerns throughout the renovation. We have just hired Phil again to renovate a detached garage in the backyard, and will definitely hire Pro Services for anything we need down the road.

Philip and his crew replaced the fascia board around our home including the chimney. They finished the job by painting. Their estimate was competitive. The home looks great. The job was done on time and there was no trace of any mess left behind. Good work at a good price done by courteous and personable people. I have called them again for other work and would highly recommend them to others.

Phil and Shannon are a great team. They worked with me to help my remodeling plans become a reality. Shannons skills in interior design added to the quality of the remodel.
