Tina was really friendly, efficient, and helpful when she helped me set up my storage unit over the phone and walked me through all the steps. She then helped me finish the paperwork the next day and walked me to my storage unit, explaining everything I would need to know. The units are indoors, climate-controlled, and with good security. Ive seen some sketchy storage places in the past but this seems like a far better company than most.

Tina was very helpful! I reserved my unit on Sunday, went in Monday and had all the paper work signed and taken care of within minutes. Very efficient and friendly service! Would recommend to anyone!

I just started renting here on 1st of February. Katrina is very helpful & generous she was patient with all the questions I had. She wasnt pushy which was a big plus!It was very easy to sign up at ATX OTHER places I have looked into was complicated & they demand too much.This is a very nice facility, ONE of the nicest ones I have ever rented from. It has security, air conditioning, cameras, very clean & looks like it is a NEW place. Plus, its is CLOSE to many restaurants Dennys, Burger king, Chilis, Academy sporting goods.Even close to Capital Plaza shopping! I have rented from OTHER places in past, But they were basic. ATX is also an indoor facility & very accessible for handicapped.Another good thing katrina is GOOD at remembering her clients & acknowledging them! Great positive attitude! I like it here! 👍👍👍🙂

I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. Originally, I rented a 10x10 storage unit and realized soon-after that the unit was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. I called the office and spoke with Chris who kindly helped me switch my storage unit to a 5x10. Chris and Frances are both very kind and understanding, and truly want to help you. The storage units are very very clean and AC is strong inside. Locks are also sold here as well if you need one. Overall, made my moving process much smoother!

Regardless, you will continue to scam other new clients and my comment stands - youre running a fake promotional first month rate. Also of note, when you try and purchase the first month, there is no fine print explaining that the first month equals until the first of next month. Either make it clear to your customers what theyre purchasing or stop ripping people off.This storage unit first month promotional rate is a SCAM - We moved in August 30th for the promotional rate of first month free - which is STANDARD PRACTICE FOR STORAGE COMPANIES (actually $25 for administrative fee), now theyre charging us $90 starting September 1st, saying the first month free MEANT from AUGUST 30TH-SEPTEMBER 1ST.DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT THEY SCAM YOU.

It was a very clean and the employees were nice. Only thing is they had my picture frozen on one of their monitors for a month. I am fusion center targeted and I know that’s why they did it. They kept on telling me that camera was broken. When people’s posessions are worth money and it’s your job to protect them that camera was working for insurance purposes. It made me extremely sad to know everyone, even if it’s illegal, against the constitution, or human rights, bends to our corrupt government. I’m an Mk ultra survivor and non consensual human test subject of Bill and Melinda Gates for nano I.T. . I am, a huge human rights activist, along with a big group of other survivors and illegal testing subjects. They not only endangered my life, my welfare, my safety, and my posessions, but also affected my mental well being and it hurt me.

I worked with Chris to transfer ownership of the storage unit we rented from this location. He was very timely in answering all of my questions and was willing to fully accommodate my needs around COVID-19. Management is great and will take the time to warn you if you forgot to lock your unit. On top of that, the building is clean, air conditioned, and well equipped to help you move your items.

We have used this facility for two years now. Great, new and clean place. Climate controlled, so our stuff is not stored in a pressure cooker. Access is very secure and all the units are readily accessible. Very affordable, too!

This place is fantastic. We showed up with a 26 truck and a 6 x 12 trailer. Both were full. We wanted to kind of separate our items, so they got us two 10 x 15 climate controlled units side by side. The managers (Chris and Frances) were fantastic. They allowed us to get our movers going on the unloading, then we did our paperwork. This place has security cameras everywhere. It seems very secure. Chris is always walking the property keeping things clean and secure. Francis keeps the office running like a clock. We would highly suggest this property for your storage needs. Thank You ATX

I had the best experience getting a unit with ATX Self Storage! I called their call center to reserve a unit and got a call back from Chris within about thirty minutes. He was super welcoming and, together with his wife Frances, got me all set up in a unit right there on the phone, with a little back and forth over email. Super friendly and helpful!

This is better than public storage.

The facility is super clean and well-maintained. You can tell that they take great care of this place. I love that this place has A/C and the storage units are kept cool. The best part of ATX Storage were Chris and Frances! Chris showed me how to navigate around the facility and offered to lock up the storage unit for me as I got some paper work done. Frances is extremely welcoming and sweet. They were both so fun to talk to and made sure that I was happy with my unit! Thank you guys both!

Never thought that renting a storage unit could be so easy and to have managers Mr. and Mrs. Young make me feel like family was welcoming! Prices are great. I opted for the 5x10 which is plenty of space. HIGHLY recommend ATX Storage to anyone!

I had to store some things for 6 months while I was out of town. I found ATX self storage online and felt their pricing to be very affordable. I visited the facility and it was very CLEAN and SECURE (the two main things I was looking for). I stored my belongings while I traveled and didn’t worry about them once. The facility is run by a couple and they are very helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely store with them again.

Downsizing and looked for a last minute storage unit. This place had the best price so I booked online. I am so very happy that I did. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and well cared for. Finding ATX Storage has given me a sense of peace that my belongings are safe. The service is amazing and very welcoming. As an out-of-state college student I feel confident leaving my stuff in their storage units for the entire summer. I just moved to Austin from Vegas and needed extra space ASAP. I was able to rent and use my storage the same evening that I got in town. Staff was a bit aggressive but friendly. Very clean, awesome accessibility hours and convenient location though a bit pricy for a 5x5 cost 85$$ to start.Although not the 24hour access im used to coming from vegas

They are close to my apartment, And they seem to have good security. A bit pricey. I have to use them because my apartment complex villas of la costa is forcing me because they are very strict about having anything in your apartment even though you have to pay rent to this greedy complex

I’ve been with them there for 3 months now & they have great customer service & good pricing for storages to. There building is very sercure. They have sercurity there all the time plus it’s indoor storage. & it’s easy to cancel or change the size of your storage at anytime.

Nerio and Cassidy Gamez run a classy facility for sure. This place is always clean, well lit, and comfortable, summer and winter alike. Prices are good, too, and they were very accommodating when we got rid of a lot of stuff and wanted to downsize. A total recommend.

When I moved to Austin the first place I saw as I drove in was the Atx building . It was not only beautiful at night, but after contacting them on the phone I had to go see inside. Warmly Greated by the managers and looking at this clean and EXTREAMLY secure property I realizedI had no guestion about my choice to entrust my property to these professionals. TO leave my property in the care of people who where more than friendly and caring. The building is clean and has easy access for anyone to load and unload. I could not be more comfortable with this location . STOP in and SEE what its like to not wory about your charished items and be treated to this wonderful, clean, and safe storage. Its perfect, Truly.

We made the move to ATX Self Storage, and we are so glad we did. Nerio & Cassidy are courteous, professional, and very helpful. This is a new facility and VERY clean. It is also very secure, and this was the main factor in our deciding to move our storage unit. There is something about storage facilities that just makes them depressing, but that isnt the case at ATX Storage. It is bright, clean, and a lot of natural light. Nerio and Cassidy also live on site, which adds to the security, but also the pleasantness of the experience. I highly recommend.
