Devon’s Self Storage was a life saver for me!! I waited a day before my move(bad idea) to try to rent a uhaul and the two men in the office helped me tremendously(unfortunately didn’t get there names)! There was some confusion with my uhaul reservation & they worked around the issues to still get me a truck for my move to where everything went smoothly!! Super thankful for finding this company and would so recommend them to anyone!

There is an employee name Frank who was helpful in every way. He walked us through the process and made it a breeze. As for storage itself they have some cameras through most of the facility. I was told they were going to get more cameras installed so they can have a better overview of the facility. The only concern is the that path for the parking storage have some holes. Other then that it looks like a place for the price.

I have rented five units here, 2 outdoor for my trucks and 3 indoor, for over six years now. I have tried several other storage places, and none of them compare to this one. Steve and Frank always greet me with a warm welcome, and they always jump at the chance to get me into a new unit when I need one. They also go above and beyond to make sure I have the type of unit I need, in the building I need it.

The management team on site is pretty awesome. How ever the corporate side hike your rates up the longer you lease . Beware....if for some reason you miss payments . (I missed cause i was out of state working) You will be booted from the online payment option and you must pay in person. My storage went into auction and i was told to show in person or forfeit my belongings to the highest bidder days before. On top of your rent . you will have to pay at least $170.00. In late fees insurance and lein fee.

This place is the Best place Ive ever stored anything. I rented a Storage half the Month thru so that was Pro-rated then my next Month was free! That really helped with moving. I will re commend this place!

Buying the storage was easy, then they turned off my auto pay and kept calling me saying a payment was due. Theres a huge sign saying first month free and I never got it. Its sad I have to say that after having such a great experience with them before.See how much my view changed from the original review I left when I first bought the storage:Stephen made sure that all my needs are met. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable storing my belonings here. I wish that he was in the residence there so he could be there watching over all the units all the time. One thing that made me feel very comfortable is that he says hes actually watching the cameras and catches violations of the contracts people make. Perfect! I know my belonings are safe with him.

JT in the office was great. Really enjoyed his high level of customer service. Great to deal with. Unfortunately we were approached by several people explaining the theft, and vandalism at this location. While we happened to be setting things up on a Sunday the police were next door chasing someone thru the connecting property. We did not feel comfortable leaving our items here for storage. It was the best part about the experience.

I had been looking around for a small 5x5 unit and evey where else id call Id get a really good deal then get there and they up the price, add fees, or make me have to buy one of their $20+ locks which $20 for a lock is ridiculous. So i went in and Jt i believe his name is gave me a GREAT price and made it to were i didnt have to pay again til January. Give it I went in Nov still so i was very happy about that since ive been having a hard time with my finances right now. So I recommend this place 10000%. 😀😀😀

Before this was owned by Devon, the facilities were actually maintained. Now, there is a gigantic mudhole in the back that affects everyone driving into the back lot. Smh.

The new management awesome people, there not pushy, the storage units nice and clean, they have on site insurance to purchase for your important items, management has giving Devon a new face lift and it looks good..
