My salesperson was Sebastien, he was great to talk to, knowledgeable about the vehicles and went out of his way to ensure I got to take the car home quickly. In such a crazy time with low demand and high prices for used cars, I think I got a good deal on my car and it was not jacked up in any way. I do recommend doing business with this dealership.

My family and I were very impressed with David and how he was focused on making my purchase so easy. I wanted a Ram truck and was very interested on a certain truck, but I didnt want to travel to the dealership. David got all the paperwork and brought the truck to where I was. It is disheartening that the expensive platnium warranty I purchased when I bought my car less than six months ago is not helpful. Platnium is the best but apparently doesnt apply to proximity sensors in keys.😪That second key you promised would come in handy right now since my key has issues.

The parts department was great. Unfortunately, the service department was too busy to help me install the part I just bought - which would take 2-3 minutes to install. I would recommend getting your car serviced elsewhere of at all possible.

Note: This review is for the service department only.5 stars because they dont ever bull**** me, or add anything additional. If I go in with a set thing I need done (recent battery, and battery cable replacement), they quote me a price for parts and services, and do exactly that. They provided me a free lyft/Uber to my home and back as well since I had a really late appointment and the service couldnt be completed that day.As an added bonus they always provide a free wash and carpet vacuuming.

Need to say that Melanie is the service department was a great help today, I turned my car in at 930am, she did her best to keep me informed of the progress and when it was known it was going to take longer then expected she got me a ride to my home, and again to pick up car when it was done. She was very understanding when I had to call my son (it was his car) to find what he wanted to have repaired this was all done while working with many other customers.

I took my little sister to Nyle Maxwell Fiat to check out potential for a first car. Her dream has always been a Fiat 500.Arriving we did not get hassled while in the lot having a browse on our own (this was nice). Once going inside we were properly greeted and helped. Jose H. helped us locate a used Fiat 500 that had exceptionally low miles, impeccable history, and a good price to start. We took the car for a test drive and were pleased with what it offered. My sister was sold already of course.We then talked some preliminary numbers. This was a no pressure situation and was very welcomed. Jose got us numbers within 5 minutes and it helped set the sight that it could work for my sisters situation.We left to discuss as a family and again, no pressure, no gimmicks, just a friendly goodbye and a card to call with updates.We discussed as a family and a week later decided to go and try to seal the deal. Again working with Jose, he gave us another test drive and we got serious on numbers. Heres where Nyle Maxwell shined.My sister has a tight budget and wants to be cautious not stretching herself thin. We proposed a number that would be comfortable for her. Jose took this number with our pledge that if he got it we would sign for the car. Well, he got it. Happy days. He even offered myself a test drive in a used vehicle Im interested while the numbers were sorted. This kept the family calm and gave me some future incentives.After which we did the contracts with Steve C. who made the experience calm and inviting which is odd for a dealer. He also took time out of his schedule not only to stay late but also to help my sister with great advice for her loan.Bottom line, Nyle Maxwell granted my little sister her freedom, a great vehicle, great customer service, worked into the night to accommodate her financial situation, and ultimately got her her dream car at a price she could afford.This is truly ABOVE the call of general service and I applaud it. So much so that my next vehicle purchase will hands down be done at Nyle Maxwell Fiat. Period.

Christian was a great salesperson, very patient and respectful. Brent was exceptionally professional from the first phone text communication I had with him, he never made me feel pressured to come in. Finance guy Drew was also great. This dealership is one of the best experience I have had in most of my auto purchases, which has been a few well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to get your auto from. I own a Fiat 500x and was there to pick up my car after it being there for 3 days. Upon inspection the main vent was not repaired due to the fact I didnt mention it to them. The car is under warranty and I also had the a/c checked. I thought I wouldnt have to mention it since measuring the temperature coming out of the vent is part of the test.The front license plate mount wasnt fixed correctly even though I asked for it to be.The rental, was weird. What happened to the days of loaners? Also I asked for a complimentary wash and vac since its part of the perks of the service dept. Just happened the power washer broke right before my car was washed. The vacuum must have broke too.Hopefully my next visit is better since parts are on order.

Four years ago I bought my first fiat 500 here. I recently got married and plan on starting a family so I needed something more practical. After 3 hours, we traded in my car for an Audi Q5through their pre-owned cars! Loved everyone at the dealership! I was denied service by the agent this morning on the Service side. I have been coming here for years and was rudely told that I needed to make an appt and could come back next Wednesday. Not only is that unacceptable to me but my car was in need of a simple oil change. My light has been on for almost 2 weeks now and I was terrified that my car would die on the road if the oil change wasnt completed today. Also, I am not able to come back soon because this morning was the only morning I was free to bring my car in for service. I waited in the wait room so that I can talk to someone about this matter. No one came over to talk to me and attempt to provide good customer service. And no other customers were present, so they couldve easily serviced my car but chose not to. I urgently needed that oil change and am appalled that the attendant rudely tried to turn me away. Because of the extremely bad customer service I received this morning at the Service Dept, I went to Take 5 instead. They were happy to give me the service I was denied at Nyle Maxwell Fiat. I highly recommend that they get better customer service training to the service desk attendant. In the 10-15 minutes I was in the waiting room, not once did he offer to do something about my predicament. I will NEVER forget my bad treatment there this morning. And will NEVER buy a Fiat or trade in my current one there. They have lost this customer permanently

My daughter bought her first car there last weekend and the sales person that helped us which was Marco was awesome. He went above and beyond with excellent service. We can honestly say we loved our car buying experience. It was definitely worth the hour and a half we drove to buy a car there. They even sent her a nice thank you gift basket which was a first for us no other car dealership has done this for us and we’ve purchased many vehicles over the years. I also didn’t get to mention the financing it was a great process as well sorry that I forgot his name that helped us but many thanks to him as well. Oscar Pulido was the representative that took my initial call about a Fiat 500 that was in stock. Oscar was very helpful with my questions and showed a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle in question as well as what other vehicles were in stock that would meet my budget. We live in San Antonio so were unsure about the long drive. Oscar informed me that I could do an online purchase request and have the vehicle sent to my home at no additional cost. The additional steps he took to assist me and ensure I received the type of car I was in the market for was greatly appreciated. In turn, we took the drive, got a great deal, and were treated with respect, kindness, and common courtesy. The additional sales representatives, administrative assistants, and finance representatives were as kind and personable. Edit:I left a one star review because of some issues that had occurred with a used vehicle I purchased from this dealer.While there were multiple issues, Brent, the General Manager reached out to my wife and I to address them. He treated us with respect and made it clear he wanted to make the situation right.The vehicle was brought into the dealer and my wife was given a loaner car no questions asked. Jakob and Derek were a huge help. Came in looking at one car and ending finding one that was more in my price range that I loved even more. Super easy from trading in to getting paperwork done and walking out the door. Everyone I talked to was super respectful and nice. They were very transparent about the whole process. Absolutely love my Abarth 500. Car drive like a street legal go-kart. And I was actually really impressed with their lifetime warranty on it. Because I was hesitant at first because of the old phrase (Fix It Again Tony) but the warranty sold me on it too. Yes I am a real person and yes I would recommend to anyone to give one of these little cars a test drive and come here to do it! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a recall on my Fiat and due to the pandemic, let the service slide until it became an issue. It did, I had to get towed but the team was well-humored, communicative, and accurate in estimation. They paid for a Lyft to get me to the dealership and I’m happily (although $1000 lighter due to “other up sells” they found) on my way. Not sure if I got sold on the upsells- they’re corporate. But - if I have any problem in the next year - I’m gunna come unglued!Great service, easy communication, fast service

I was there, Brent. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a dealership. The collision center here is unprofessional and slow. They will continue to make excuses on why your car isnt finished. I received a call within minutes of my 1 star review and was told that if I did not take down my review, that they would stop working on my car. They harass those who leave a negative review in order to keep their overall google rating high. Very dishonest people.

What started out as a great buying experience quickly became the worst. I had an easier time buying my house. Horrible communication between the dealership and the lenders. I was receiving calls and texts at least three times a week requesting more and more paperwork after initially being told they didn’t need anything. The dealership would tell me my contract was about to be pulled and they needed something that day and then the lender would tell me something different. Very frustrating experience, won’t be shopping or recommending them.

White smoke, bad gas, no warranty.Filled up on some bad gas and towed the car myself to Fiat dealership (they dont have a tow service) and they charged $760 to clean the fuel system and refill the gas tank. Half a tank later (two days later) the car is smoking again with the same issue. Called service department and talked to service manager and the only excuse I was given was that they dont work for free (duh) and offered zero warranty for the service and gas that they put in my car. For that amount you would think they have some kind of warranty at least for the gas they put in it.

Amazing Service. My FIAT need a few warranties items so I made an appointment online. Once I was in, Nick and Donnie both greeted me with a smile on their. I had to get back to work so they had a service loaner pulled up prior to me getting there. Easy pick up and I paid through their text service. Maxwells dealerships share a common level of respect for the Customer. Weve bought Dodge Caravans twice and had great experience with a fair price for the cars and excellent service.The Fiat store didnt hesitate to honor our USAA discount and also got us out of the store within two hours of driving the car. If you want a Fiat or Alfa, this is the place to go.Revision of July 2018Id rate this dealership much poorer than the Maxwell Dodge shop we bought two cars with. This service department is clueless about the car I bought, a 124. Its had some problems with bogus CEL issues and the service people are cluless. Additionally, I am no longer willing to spend $90 on an oil change. They offer no service specials or coupons for repeat customers.To top it off, I wrote a personal letter to Nyle Maxwell explaining my experience. And I never got a response! THAT tore it. Im done with this place and am now changing the engine oil myself.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.  The Alfa dealership isnt fancy and is very no-frills (it doesnt have a Starbucks in it like Lexus or big leather chairs like BMW), but the staff was outstanding.  Aaron, my sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  Greg, the Sales Manager, was prompt, courteous, fair and transparent.  From the moment I walked on the lot to when I drove my new Alfa off the lot, the whole team at Nyle Maxwell bent over backwards to accommodate me.  Their sales approach, in general, is what sold me on this dealership.  They let the product do the talking, answered my questions, and met every timeline I had.  Because I am from out of town, we did almost all of our negotiations via text, e-mail and phone after my initial visit for a test drive.  Greg kept every promise he made and made every effort to ensure the deal we brokered was in both of our interests.  To top it off,  when I drove to down to the dealership to finalize the deal, every shred of paperwork was prepared and ready to go, just like Greg said it would be.  I completed the transaction, received my delivery from Aaron, and drove off the lot in under 90 minutes.  Since delivery of my vehicle, Aaron has continued to be prompt and professional with all of my follow-on questions and in ensuring everything with the car is exactly as it should be.

Nyle Maxwell may be a good man, but his ethics do not trickle down to his staff. Two vehicles with the same issue: lifetime guarantee but they dont know whats wrong with my vehicle despite taking them in multiple times. I currently drive a Fiat 500X. If youre considering purchasing one, get the extended warranty as there will be problems. Some of their staff are outright liars as they denied I had specified an issue with my vehicle, and therefore couldnt be held liable for not fixing it, when I could clearly see the screen where the issue was documented (not sure why this needed to be lied about). Kasey informed me there were issues in the mechanic department which could explain my trouble. Unfortunately, this happened with my previous vehicle I purchased from Nyle and I got the same treatment at a different facility. When I inquired about getting a different vehicle - I really do want to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt - the New Car Sales Director, Greg, began spouting off something about Texas law. What? I still do not know what he was referring to, I was simply asking about a different vehicle. I have no choice but to conclude all Nyle Maxwell establishments have no qualms selling bad vehicles, being rude nor refusing to work with an unhappy customer. Will this review change anything? No, but I sincerely hope you will consider another dealership from which to purchase.

I had a great experience with Sharon. I wasnt willing to settle and she understood that. The car I was after was hard to find and there are very few in the United States for sale that are brand new. She took her time with me for about 4 straight hours until we found what I was after and was very personable. I have a fairly brand new car (2 years old, ownership wise) that I didnt even need to part with, but was after a newer model/year. The car we found will hopefully be delivered this coming week, as I believe there were other buyers all trying to go for it at once. I actually came across a guy on my Abarth Facebook group that DMd me to ask if it was at a specific dealer and it turns out he had planned to go in in 2 days to buy it for his wife. Small world we live in and dang these cars are always in demand, despite what Fiat USA says.

Aaron Dial is the salesman you want to see! He has revived my hope that there are still car salesmen out there who are very respectful, knowledgeable, and who do not come at you with the normal in your face sales tactics. I highly recommend him to all that want a great car buying experience from someone who is truly passionate about these cars and also knows them inside and out. No BS with Aaron he knows how to treat and keep his customers loyal. I go into a dealer already knowing a huge amount about the car I am looking at before I ever walk in and I have never once felt insulted by him. He picked up quickly that my knowledge base was already very well established. Started as just another salesman to me and now I consider him a friend!!!!

This was one of the very best experiences I have ever had while purchasing a new car, if not the best. Everything from the minute I met my salesperson, Kasey Leaure, to the fact there was no pressure, I was not rushed and all my questions were answered down to my experience with financing department (which was also outstanding), there is nothing I would change about the experience.I highly suggest anybody looking for a new vehicle to give Nyle Maxwell a chance!*******Quick update.... I just purchased my second car from this same dealer, April 20, 2020! I did not think the service and experience could get any better, but it did. Service department is great. The staff and management are very professional. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of the situation or up-selling. They are very informative and never pushy. Yes, they are a little bit more pricier than another maintenance department, however I don’t mind due to their knowledge of Fiat vehicles over another service company. Thank you!!
