I love Galaxy Automotive and have come to them with all of my car needs since 2012. They are kind and fair and always take the time to fully explain whatever work needs to be done with my car. Honest dependable and timely service at both locations

This is a great shop that is AAA approved. The serpentine belt on my van went out and Danny had a new one on within an hour. I could tell they are pros so I asked for the free AAA 40 point inspection. They found a few issues that I was already vaguely aware of and provided quotes for each that were more than fair. Upper and lower ball joints on one side, front brakes and shocks. I went with the recommendations Danny provided as I could tell hes got a lot of experience and is a master of his craft. This was a lot of work that took a bit longer but that was expected. I however was surprised again by how quick they got it completed. Im back on the road and my van handling great now.

I took my 2007 delivery van, nearly 250,000 miles in because the air conditioning was not working. I was sure the compressor was shot. They were able to quickly diagnose that it was low on freon. They filled it up and added due since they could not find a leak and I was back in business. It only cost $88. It was done quickly. I highly recommend them for not only their good work but their honesty.

I love this auto shop. As a female on a budget, I trust them completely not to jerk me around. They always fix what needs to be done right away and tell me what I can put off til later. Ive never had to spend more than a couple hundred dollars here. Ill never take my car anywhere else. Thanks Galaxy!

Giving them 5 stars because these guys are some of the most honest mechanics youll find. They may not be the quickest, but that is because of all the business they are getting. Their phone is constantly ringing in their office. Will definitely be using Galaxy for future auto repairs.

Best service I’ve ever received from an auto shop! Danny was beyond helpful and I couldn’t be more appreciative! I work very near the shop and when I arrived to work today one of my tires was completely flat. I called and spoke with Danny who offered to walk over and take a look to see the tire... it wasn’t able to be patched so he took my truck back and offered to put the spare on for me and bring it back until I decided if I would replace the tire/tires etc.Later in the day I ended up deciding to replace two tires and they were nice enough to complete everything by the end of close today and then they drove my truck back to me! Such great service and I won’t be going anywhere else for future car services, etc!

AAA mistakenly brought me here after the shop was closed up for the night, but Pablo and Rick were kind enough to help me out anyway and get me back on the road. They went above and beyond in a situation where they had every right to tell me to take a hike, and Im immensely grateful for that.Ill definitely be returning in the future for any car issues.

Let me start off by saying, I never write reviews. But for this place I had to. Car issues are stressful for everyone and when my car wouldnt start I knew exactly what the problem was and I called up Galaxy and let them know I was going to have my car towed over, and they promptly asked me some questions so that when I came in they could know what to expect. They literally replaced my bad starter within 2 hours and got me a better quality one than the last mechanic I went to. The level of care and respect they have for their customers is unmatched and I will certainly be going back for my future car needs.

Was shopping around for someone to do my pads and rotors, and these guys came in with the lowest bid. Danny seemed competent and amicable on the phone, so I decided to give these guys a shot, and some business (easy brake labor).These guys did a great job, and both Rick and Danny are really great people to deal with. My only complaint is that I wasnt really given a time frame for the job, it took over 6 hours to get my car back, and I was not called when my car was ready. However, I wont dock a star for any of this because these guys did a solid job at a great price. Would recommend.

By far the BEST experience I have ever had. Danny and Rick were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and HONEST! I brought my car in thinking it was an electrical system issue...turns out ot was just a blown fuse. They couldve EASILY charged me hundreds of dollars for repairs, but they didnt. They went above and beyond with their service. Im never taking my car anywhere else!!

Mohammad of galaxy towing was so rude on the phone after our insurance Nation wife call Ed them to tow my daughter’s car back to a repair shop. I mean he was just down right rude my wife actually told him “you are a very nice man” he replied “it’s been a tough day” well too freaking bad. Just do your job.

I was referred here by the AAA serviceman when my car needed towing. I had quite a few issues wrong with my car but the shop was great and saved me quite a bit of money on parts. Manny, was great at breaking down the prices of everything for me and even when the repairs took longer than expected they didnt charge me extra and kept to their word about the price. They also even washed my car off for me. Great experience and will be going back to them for further repairs!

Great experience. Fast service, honest workers, fair price. I didnt really understand what was wrong with my car at first, but they explained everything clearly and even showed me the parts under the hood that needed repair. I will definitely be going back for any other car repair needs.

Worst automative repair experience I have ever had. Went in and they charged me over $900 for a faulty air pump. They informed me that they could use a previously owned one, which I agreed to. On the day of the repair, it took two hours longer than stated and they seemed unsure of what they were doing. The staff did not seem respectful or professional and did not answer my questions throughly, instead they just told me not to worry. They fixed the air pump but a few months later, the check engine light came on again. When I was able to take the car to a new automative shop (I will not return to Galaxy) they stated that I had a faulty air pump, the same thing that I had thought was fixed with Galaxy. Please save yourself time, money and effort and go to a different shop.

I took my car to Galaxy Automotive shop. Which is great place to fix car. Its very fast service with good price rate. People are polite and helpful. You do not need to wait for long time. This company was assigned by my auto insurance road assistance service. After waiting 2.5 hrs and now dark, I recommend walking home before calling them for a tow.And all they can say is they are very sorry!

If I could give negative stars I would. My sister had the breaks go out and she took it here. Of course they see a young dumb girl who knows nothing about cars and take advantage of the situation. Instead of telling her the brake pads needed to be replaced they figured they would just break both the wheel cylinders like I wouldn’t notice. But they thought we were going to get the service from them. We picked the car up and are still trying to fix what they went and attempted to destroy. Very disappointing and very dishonest. If this is how your gettin your business y’all need to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!! If I had proof I would have already been to the police but I don’t have a car camera. That changes today!

I work right next door so its the most convenient. The guys are real nice and will tell you when something, other than what you brought it in for, is wrong. They are very affordable, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend to ANYONE!

I was there through a AAA referral, which also lists this facility as providing free coffee to its customers. There is no free coffee. I called the day before the visit. I was told by the shop Foreman that no appointment is required but just bring vehicle in at 9 am best time. I arrived on time recommended, there were no customers present at facility at that time. Foreman told me they are short handed an told me to leave vehicle and he will call me, so I had to ask, and they provided shuttle home. Six hours later, at 3:20 pm, no call from facility. I called for status. Foreman told me that he had not gotten to my vehicle, but that he checked but could not find parts anywhere, that there will be a week to two weeks for bushing kit part for my vehicle. I returned to pick up vehicle. Foreman was reluctant to give up my vehicle, then was firm on charging me $48 dollars for a diagnostic fee. The diagnosis was what I had told him and pointed out to him what was wrong with my vehicle when I brought it in. Also, the garage was full of customers getting their cars serviced, so there to pick up their repaired cars. I never even got a courtesy noontime call, nothing, to tell me about parts difficult, nothing about them getting to my car, nothing. It was as though they just was going to keep it until the parts arrive?? I do NOT recommend this triple-A recommended facility for vehicle repair, because somehow they targeted me to provide bad service to, and then to charge me $48 for that bad service... I came away with NOTHING...

Friendly. Trustworthy. Affordable. If you dont need to be schmoozed with perks like free coffee or air conditioning, these guys can get your car repair done well for a fair price. There are a couple of restaurants nearby for those who need to wait.

My axle snapped in half while driving (not the best) got it towed to this place which was recommended by AAA. Got there and they told me they couldnt get it fixed til Monday. I asked the guy if he could possibly do it today (Saturday) even though they were closing in 30 minutes. They did it in record time.. I was in and out in about an hour.They were awesome!! Definitely recommend this place.

Galaxy Auto and Tire will be my new home for all auto repair needs. I had issues with all my tires this morning, and Danny inspected and repaired all of them in less than 10 minutes, and I was back on the road to work again. In particular, I appreciated Dannys kindness and authenticity when it came to explain the problem, why it might be the case, and how he will fix it. I would highly recommend them!

I dont have any complaints - they were great! They were a AAA recommended mechanic, and AAA was having a special - $34.99 for preventative maintenance which included an oil change, tire rotation, and 40-point inspection. I let them know a few concerns I had, and at the end I still only owed $35 plus tax. They didnt try to over-sell me, they said my car was working great - which was surprising because it has 138,000 miles!Also - I came early to get it done before work, and they said it would be a couple of hours, so one of the gentlemen drove me to work! I luckily got a ride back, but they offered to pick me up at the end of day as well!Service was great, car is running great. Ill definitely trust these folks with my vehicle again. THANK YOU

Horrible service. They got called by BMW Roadside assistance to come and help me as I am stranded n on the side road and their time in getting here was horrible. They gave two different etas and they showed up late both times they said they were on their way.

Brought a car in for buyers inspection and they couldnt get my rear brake drums off so they used a hammer, I stood and watched them, they said one of them needed to be replaced due to a large crack in the drum. I would up buying he car that same day and got it home to go over it myself and found the cracked brake drum. Brand new shiny metal was exposed, they broke the drum. They inspected the spark plugs too and put them back in too loose and caused my newly bought car to misfire a bunch.

Manager & mechanics were professional, cordial, pleasant, efficient, sensitive to specific needs in a unique car situation as well as affordable pricing. Danny, manager, presented great communications keeping me up to date every step of the way, highly recommend this location.

Had my car towed here when ball joint broke, left it overnight.Basically, the customer service was great. The dude who I talked to and who answered the phone, a young guy, was very friendly, on top of it, and not fake or sketchy like a lot of mechanic places. My car couldnt be driven, so they ended up calling AAA and had it towed 50 ft into their shop.I was a little aggressive when talking (I tend to be pretty skeptical of mechanics) but they never got defensive or condescending or whatever. Just professional and nice.Ive driven on it a few a weeks and the work is solid, no problems, car feels a hundred times better than before the break.The price was about what you expect, very reasonable, didnt feel overpriced at all.Anyways, thats it. I was surprised, seems like a fairly solid place.

My tire and rim had issues and I thought I would need new everything, they went out of their way to fix it and make this bad situation a very stressless one. I visited this mechanic shop after I found them on AAAs website. These gentlemen always do a great job maintaining my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ive been here 4 times for various services since 9/2015.

Went to get my wheels replaced, was told to change all tires immediately. Went to another place and they said it was fine. Service is relatively expensive compared to its competitors.

I had just been laid off and filled up my Jetta Diesel with fuel anticipating my inability to afford fuel later. I drove a block and the car stalled. It turned out the fuel was contaminated. AAA towed me to Galaxy Automotive and I thought for sure I was going to get gouged. Even though the mechanic thought the fuel problem was my doing, the bill was less than $200 and was ready within 32 hours.Three weeks later I had a new job and Chevron reimbursed me the repair cost. I attribute at least some of this good fortune to Galaxy Automotive when they restored my faith in humanity.

Always treats me well and gives me an honest oil change deal without the chain store runaround. New management kept the most seasoned mechanic from the previous regime, and hes a smart, talented, passionate, bonafide gearhead who will take an interest in your vehicle. Glad I found a go-to place after fumbling around with other outfits over the years.

My college sons car broke down and the roadside assistance came and towed the car to this garage. I spoke with a mechanic at the garage they were going to charge 75$ for a diagnosis and let me know what the problem was. I knew the car was an older car and maybe this was its last ride.I came back from vacation and received a certified letter from an impound.I was shocked. I cant figure out why no one called.My husband is going up tomorrow to retrieve the car.

Just went there for the first and will definitely go back there again! I just came from the dealership for warranty work and was told that I needed a new serpentine belt. This belt is not covered under warranty and the dealership wanted almost $200. I called AAA and Galaxy is one of the places they recommend. I brought it in. They asked me what kind of noise it was making. I told the whole situation but since I had the wheel bearing changed I have not heard any noise. While we were test driving the vehicle, the mechanic said that he would double check all of the belts to see what kind of wear they have and see if I have any thing to worry about. When we got back he did just that and said he did not see any problems with my belts. They saved me about $200.

This place is a rip off they told my distrubutor was bad they charged me 469.88 for the distributor they could not provide with a receipt to show thats what they paid for it. And was going charge me more money to find out whats wrong with the car

When we went their for batter down and spark plug change they added all various inspections and filter change up to $300 dollars it’s more expensive than any where we had not option as my wife whent there after towing with AAALater they fixed my car

Had my car towed there when it wouldnt start. It took them a long time to decide the starter was broken, but they replaced it and the car still didnt start. They then decided it was the BCM. They had the car for a week trying to figure it out and didnt own up to their mistakes. I was over charged and without a car for way too long.

Driver asked for money to change a tire after being dispatched by my roadside assistance provider.

These guys let me pay for a state inspection knowing full well that under the new two steps one sticker changes that Id have to be back in 3 months for another inspection to align with my registration renewal. They told me about these new practices when I questioned why they didnt put a new inspection sticker on my car. Not getting my business anymore.
