3 months after I got rear-ended, I finally got my car back. The accident was during a series hail storm so all the repair shop was backed up. This place is a certified luxury car repair shop. So I trust their detailed work. Dee was the person of contact, and she was amazing! She often updated me with progression/ estimation, and responded my text with timely manner. It was about 20k worth of damage and recalibration with dealer. I felt My car was definitely in good hands. So I just got my car back and haven’t been driving, hopefully there’s no going back to more “repair/fix” because they are booked up to October…. Phew! I highly recommend this place!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRS. At first it started with Volvo mentioning they are not a repair shop and they recommended caliber collision at this specific location because they are “Volvo certified”. All I can say after this experience is they are the worst repair shop!!! I took my 2016 Volvo XC90 in for hail damage and minor accident on my back bumper. The exterior of the vehicle was completed correctly. The interior was a different story. When I got my vehicle back after an entire month from the hail damage my dome lights were not working. So i of course took it back in and they “fixed” it. They stated the wires were cut on my drivers visor, which caused all the others not to work. Fine…we are humans and we make mistakes. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. The woman that I worked with by the name of Dee, did not communicate that she was going to be out of the office and going to hand my case off to someone else in the building. I had to called every day to get an update and they could never give me a straight answer to when my vehicle would get fixed. I finally got my car back after a week from the light issue. Then come to find out they did not properly place the center control panel back into its place. I got them to fix it right there and then. As I picked my son up from school and placed him into the backseat…I then saw that my air vent was gone. I mean completely gone. Words cannot describe how upset I am with this company. I do not recommend this place and will I never go back there.

5.0 star rating 10/26/2020This has been the most professional and pleasant experience I could have imagined. Especially with Delia (Dee) Speller who lead me by the hand through the entire process. Text updates, calls to confirm, all of it was so professional. I know Ronan, the manager, sets the environment for his team. No other repair shop thought they were able to fix my H3 Hummer, but Ronan assured me one of his team owned a Hummer and would take good care of her. To say the lease, I was impressed!!

Caliber was very professional and their customer service was excellent. I was sent there for an insurance claim and I received excellent service. I was even picked up by the rental car company at Caliber and was able to leave my rental there when I picked up my car. Very convenient! I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair.

Took my car to get fixed and when I got it back some other stuff was worse and wasn’t put together right, had to leave my car for another week. Got my car back and few month later cruise control stop working. Gave them a call and they say they will call back almost to weeks and I’m still waiting for the call!!!

This is not the first time that Ive used Caliber Collision and for good reason. They are absolutely AMAZING! Delia always helps me from beginning to end. I am always more than satisfied with the service provided. I wouldnt think of taking my car anywhere else for repairs!

Ronan, the General Manager, called me to let me know that his company will not work on my vehicle. I have had my car there for over a week and no one called me for an update. I called almost every day for an update since no one called me. My husband asked for an update and we had an associate talk to my husband with attitude. When my husband tried to correct a simple matter on their side of the paperwork about how they have the wrong insurance company, Caliber had told us that they refuse to work on my car. When I called to talk to Ronan, he had an attitude as well. Thankfully, I have an insurance company that has confirmation that they knew it that they were going to fixed it. I tried talking to Ronan but he acted very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was recently hit by a F-250 in a parking garage. His vehicle had no damage and my car was completely smashed. I had never been involved in an accident where I was the driver and had to go through the process of filing a claim, getting an estimate and having repairs done. Dee explained everything very thoroughly to me, and walked me through how the process would go while they had my vehicle. I picked up my car and it looked amazing. I’m very pleased with the work, as well as the amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend

This location and those that work there are nothing short of great! They took care of my car and made sure the repair was with OEM Audi parts which I know other auto body shops don’t regularly do without a bunch of back and forth between the insurance company, the customer and the Repair Shop. I was kept out of those annoying and frustrating communications, thank God!! Thank you for the A++ customer service and being an A++ organization.

Caliber collision did a great job on my Audi A5 Sportback. I didnt have a way to get to my car, so I had to take an Uber. When I got there, a sensor wasnt staying in place inside the new grill. The tech noticed it and pointed it out to me, then took the car back in immediately to try to fix it. I was on a tight deadline and had to get back to work. They needed to remove the grill to fix the sensor, so they drove me home. The next morning they drove my car out to me, and even filled up the tank. All that, and it was still delivered before the original delivery date. Great experience, very professional. And it looks outstanding.

Hands down the worst experience in a body-shop/repair shop in my 30+ years of owing cars. Their focus to me seemed clearly geared to maximise time in the workshop so they can claim the highest charges from the insurance company. Lousy follow up. It took an email to the company CEO to get even a phone call from the Center manager. And then magically, the vehicle was ready in 4 days. I spoke with the Porsche dealership and they had similar experiences to share on timely repairs.

I would give this place a 0 if it was possible! Where do I start?I took my Audi it to have it repaired. While it was in the shop I had rented a car from the enterprise nearby. My car was in the shop for about a week and to my surprise it was done a day early. I get a call from my representative Dee around 4pm saying my car was ready for pickup. I said great I will be over there shortly should I call enterprise and let them know? Dee said you can just bring the rental car here and they will pick it up from here. I thought wow what a great service you offer. I got there about 5:50pm only 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. When I got there Dee greeted me and said we would walk the rental car and may sure there was not damage a quarter size or larger and also walk my car to make sure the repair work was done up to standards. She walked the car and we chatted for a bit and and then she said I was good to go. I was very happy with the repair done on my car and the service that I was provided.The next day around 18hrs later I get a call from enterprise stating that when they went to pickup the car from Caliber the following day that there was a large dent in the back quarter panel of the car on the driver side. I was shocked to receive this call as I knew that there was no damage prior to me dropping the car off. I immediately called Dee over at caliber to ask what had happened. She then stated There was no damage when you dropped the car off yesterday and there was no damage while it was here on our lot. She then proceeded to call Enterprise from photos of the damage. Once receiving the photos she then confirmed again that the damage was not there when it was dropped off.I have now spent over 2.5 weeks disputing this claim against me! I finally had to to file the claim with my insurance it hopes that they would drop the claim. Dee was my saving grace and witness that the car was free of dings when I dropped it off. After all she had confirmed that numerous times. I then had state farm call her for a statement and well she proceeded to blatantly lie about the statement she had made to me and to enterprise. I am now having to pay a deductible for something that happened to a car after it was released into calibers care!THESE PEOPLE ARE HAPPY TO LIE AND SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SAVE THEIR OWN BUTTS!NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DO NOT PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

My advisor Terry was upfront and honest about the time it was going to take to repair my Audi. Gave me a realistic time frame instead of telling me what i wanted to hear. Car looks like it had never been involved in an accident. Everyone all around was very friendly and helpful. The girls up front (Priscilla and Kaylee) were very polite and helpfurl. If i ever need repairs done again i will definitely be returning.

If Yelp allowed negative stars I would give them -5! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They took 4 months to repair my Volvo! All I got were excuses and deflected blame. Not once did they apologize for the delay or did they offer to help us out in any way. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First they blamed our insurance saying they didn’t get back to them in a month (but they couldn’t tell me how often they tried to contact them). Then they blamed Volvo parts suppliers for wrong parts sent or delay in part delivery. Mind you on 2 occasions they ordered parts over a month after they initiated repairs. I can understand a lot of issues but not caring about doing right by a customer is unforgivable! Save yourself months of car payments for a car you can’t use and horrible customer service. Go ANYWHERE ELSE, don’t use Caliber!!!

I came to this Caliber because of their ability to get my car in quickly and because they’re a select service entity with my insurance. But I can promise you I won’t be returning by any means.There was a significant lack of communication throughout the (over) two weeks my vehicle was in Caliber’s possession. At every point, I was having to call for updates. Pieces would be moved to painting by Thursday, I had to call the following Monday for an update. Vehicle was supposed to be done by a Wednesday, I had to call at end of day to find that it wasn’t going to be. Vehicle completion got pushed back to the following business day, with a promise for a phone call before lunch. I called at lunch time to find that my representative had already left the building for lunch...This doesn’t include the fact that my vehicle has been returned back to me with LESS parts than what I dropped it off with. I was told a piece was missing clips for the rear driver side door and that it will be ordered and placed on the car in a week or so. However, I made a claim and had repairs done for specifically the driver side door only... leading me to believe that this part was broken within the Caliber repair shop.

Caliber Collision is like Seinfelds Soup Nazi. The end product is fantastic and I have nothing but rave reviews with how they repaired my car. The car looks brand new as if the accident never happened. The process, however, to get to the end result could be better. But like the Soup Nazi, the soup is worth the wait even in light of their somewhat mediocre customer service.

Run away from this place, especially if you get Isaac. $4600 estimate turned into over $11000 in proposed repairs and exposed gross mark up charges. The tried to charge $3000 for a $690 headlight. Who knows where else they are gouging their customers. They are the only Audi certified shop in town, and they know it and take full advantage. Sad. I could not get a return call from Isaac when I was trying to schedule the work. I should have taken that as a sign. I had to pay about $700 in disassembly fees and get towed elsewhere, all because he was so significantly off from his estimate. If they truly cared about customer satisfaction, they would have at least gotten it drivable (like it was when I brought it there) as a means to make amends for such a poor estimate.

They did a decent job with the major body repairs, but were sloppy with everything else. There were new scratches on the hood and door, long scratches along the tint of one door, scratches in the glass of one window, non-functional lights in the bed of the truck, and a dirty interior. They definitely treat your vehicle like a job and not like it was theirs.

Shop caused an additional $2,000 in damage to my vehicle by cutting my night-vision camera cord and lied saying the issue was unrelated to the repair. They also had the vehicle for 5 weeks when the repair was to be done in 20 days.

I would give a zero star if possible. Worst service of any sort I have ever received. None of the promised deadlines were met.Communication was non-existent once the promised vehicle pick up date was reached. I would travel to Houston or further in the future for any additional work on my vehicle. There are only 2 certified Porsche body shops near me. Unfortunately, I chose the Metric location for convenience. I am so sorry I did.It has been an absolute nightmare from the start.

We had our Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed again, this time the fix was a lot bigger. They did a great job on the fix. They even fixed the few rock chips on the hood. So we paid to have a clear bra put on. Its like a brand new Jeep!

My car had front end damage from a comprehensive claim. This Caliber Collision (not all of them) is a certified Audi body shop which instantly made me choose them for the repairs. I was constantly kept up to date on the stage of my vehicles repairs and the off the cuff estimate of repairs was nearly spot on which was very nice. I do not feel this was worth removing a star for but I was told my car was ready for pickup but due to where my car was parked and the fact the mowing company had just come by, there was some grass on my car that would be washed off by the time I came to pick the vehicle up. I personally wasnt too worried about this but was happy that theyd do me that favor. When I came to pick the car up with an hour of my originally communicated pick-up time the car had not been washed yet. It was acknowledge by staff that it hadnt been done yet and the service was offered at that time but I had plans and couldnt stay for that to be taken care of. Overall the people, service and quality of work was great and I recommend them to anyone who needs Audi work done as they are certified in Audi Aluminum work.

The lady over the phone told me to hold and just hang up on me right away. Then when I go, theyre like.... Oo...we cannot take you without appointment. I had a control arm bolt/nut that loosened from a collision a few years ago and Greg Abbott and his crack team off Metric followed through on the Caliber lifetime guarantee. They fixed this issue and sent me on my way in about an hour. Thanks again!

Awful experience. These guys kept my vehicle in their shop for three weeks and didn’t even begin the repair because they couldn’t cooperate with my insurance. Every time I called for an update they would throw my insurance under the bus. The collision guy even asked me to pay out of pocket for the labor over the insurance quote. Super inappropriate and unprofessional and complete obstructionists! After three weeks of no activity on my vehicle, I finally had to transfer it to a different collision shop that would cooperate with my insurance. Terrible business.

This is the last place I will take my car if I ever have to take it to a shop again. They are supposed to be certified for my car but what should have bee 2 to 3 weeks took 2 months and 8 different completion dates. And now I have problems I didnt before. I will try another location or have to pay to correct the problems out of pocket.

Its quantity over quality for this shop. As they can take a long period of time with your vehicle so expect to have your rental for awhile. Also, I had to take my vehicle back twice. First, dead battery. Second, one of the struts was replaced and I was already having issues with it within months. Took it back which they replaced it and I still hear the noise. They swear its from the other side will take to a real mechanic so they can properly diagnose it.

This is a USAA preferred body shop so I attempted to use them to repair my Tesla. From the get go, the representative was rude and unprofessional. She claimed that my repair would take 6 months when the appraisal said 6 days. Additionally, I was required to place a deposit for more than my deductible for parts to even be ordered. This was all in early November. I called repeatedly in December to try and get the status of my order only to not have my calls retuned. When I was finally able to speak with a manager in the third week of January, I was told my parts had been there since December and that he would call me back the same day to schedule my repair. It’s now been two weeks and with USAA’s help, found out that they are no longer Tesla certified. I still have not received my deposit back and now have to start the process over at another shop. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I assume they pay for reviews/score rating with google, so I wont be surprised if this gets removed. That said, I took my vehicle to this location because State Farms page listed it as a one of their approved/sponsor repair locations. Turns out, this location didnt turn in all their paperwork on time and the very last day they had said status was when I turned my vehicle over to them. Well, the previous shop had great reviews so I figured why not let them continue. 6 months later Im still waiting on my vehicle. Started with Billy (no longer works there) as my service writer. He was, according to the 1st manager (2 managers have gone since I put in my vehicle), a pill popper who no showed. Well my case went untouched for about a month because they didnt bother to contact/reassign it to anyone. Well I call in and ask wth is going on and why havent I heard back. This is when I found this out. I simply asked for rental car reimbursement because this delay was their fault. First manager said yes. One week later a different manager laughed at me. Jason is a dirtbag (the RM) and he promised me 2 weeks, then 1, then nothing for rental reimbursement. OK so fast forward, the part apparently takes a long time to get in, no problem. But they get it (frame) in first part of December and theyre still not done. I dont believe the frame was really necessary to begin with and Ive begun to believe, based on their lack of follow up, that theyre just milking the time for more labor hours and/or dont really care to finish the job. Talking to Terry now and even now he cant provide me an answer with what is actually done on a daily basis. These people are the most incompetent Ive worked with in a long time in regards to vehicle repair. Ill NEVER use them again. Hopefully their paid advertising agreement with Google doesnt remove this ad and youll avoid the heartache I experienced.

Everything was good at this location until I went to pickup my vehicle. They called me on a friday to let me know it was ready and I advised I would be in monday to pick it up. I arrive monday around 1:15pm and the lady that was handling my repair process said it was not ready and I said you called me friday and advised it was, she replied that she thought it was. I asked why I was I not informed of this before I drove all the way over here to pick it up and she advised she was so busy she didnt have a chance to call me. They have two receptionist that take and make calls. It was a huge waste of my time and I was late getting back to work because i had all ready dropped of my rental. All this could have been avoided with just a phone call or text which they do have. If they would have just owned up to the mistake it would have been ok, just a sorry isnt going to cut it. Will not do business here again.
