I sold an SUV that did not run anymore and a truck that did. I got $2,200 more from Peddle than the next best offer. They picked up my truck within 24 hours, paid on the spot and there were no hassles. It is so easy to use their site to enter in all of your info and the offers are very good considering that they take vehicles that do not even run anymore. Great company to work with if you need to sell fast and eliminate headaches.
I am very satisfied with my Peddle experience and transaction. There was some confusion between the original offer for my vehicle and what the first pick up company said Id be paid. After talking with a GREAT phone rep at Peddle they made good on the original offer which we thought was very fair. The whole process went smoothly from that point on.
No problem at all. Gave a very fair offer and I accepted. Carrier was on time, checked out the car and gave me the check. Smooth transaction.
I honestly can’t believe the bad service that I got with this place. Today I sold my car to them. It was a great experience until the driver got to my house to pick up my car. I gave him my title and everything and he told me that he thought my title was fake. He spoke to his boss and I guess they told him to give me the check anyways? Have no idea. When he gave me the check he told me that he wouldn’t take the title or the car if it was him. He then went on to say it was bigger than his pay grade. Pretty awesome right? Never had service like this in my entire life. I called customer service and they were super nice and understanding with me. That’s why I gave it 2 stars. If it wasn’t for that I would have only given it one star.I will state that that Jonathan contacted me. I truly appreciate the leadership of this company taking care of the issue in not only reasonable time, but also being so nice and apologetic.Thank you.
I contacted a scrap car place on Google that supposedly will pick up your car within an hour and give you cash with or without a title, etc., etc. I called the number and set the deal up to get rid of the car and then started getting texts and emails from Peddle. Well let me tell you they didn’t disappoint. The guy who was a local guy, showed up in less than an hour and gave me the cash that was quoted. He took the car without any issues. Good company to deal with.
These guys troll through the internet and blast unsolicited emails to sellers of vehicles. I’ve never heard of them until I literally had to close an email account because of their harassing emails. This group is a perfect example of why our world is so messed up.
Whoever this “company” is (never heard of them), they are a joke. Posted a vehicle for sale on Autotrader and they sent me an unsolicited email with an “offer”…which was easily $20,000 below market value. Insulting does not even begin to describe it.
I decided to sell my car through Peddle because I thought it would be extremely simple. You describe your car, they quote you a price, then they come and pick it up from your home. Easy peasy, right?Absolutely not. First of all, their response time to customer inquiries is within 24 hours. For an online business, I would expect a representative to reply in the chat box within 15 minutes at most. When they finally got in touch with me, their response was clearly canned and they put very little effort into understanding my question.Secondly, despite texting me nearly every day reminders to get my title ready, they never reminded me to take the plates off my car. They dont say that anywhere on the website, nor did they include that in their emails. Now I will acknowledge this is definitely my fault—I should have done my research and known I had to do that. Thats definitely my fault. But considering the daily reminders to prepare my title, youd think theyd have had the decency to remind me to prepare my car as well, like take off the plates and be sure to remove all personal belongings, etc.All in all, the process of selling the car, scheduling the pickup, getting in touch with the business that would actually be picking the car up, was easy and intuitive (and entirely automated), but the customer-facing side was extremely lacking. I would not sell a car through them again.
It was an easy user experience. The initial quote they gave me online was more than what they offered at the impound lot, but was still the best offer I found after shopping around. Would recommend
I will never contact them again. They stood me up twice. The first time their excuse was they had the wrong phone number so they rescheduled for days later at 7am. 7am came and went and I couldnt get ahold of them because the recording said their closed and didnt state when the open. Horrible company and the driver I talked to was rude. Dont use them. Its a waste of your time
I had a really impressive experience with Peddle. In about 15 minutes I got what I thought to be a fair price on my vehicle—and it got picked up the very next morning! Super easy. Behold the power of digital…
Everything seemed legit on the website and they sent emails but they left me high and dry on a 4 hour window to pick up my car, I called peddle I waited 10 mins on the phone then their automated system said leave a message goodbye….. they gave me no contact information what so ever for pickup besides the date and time frame 4pm-8pm I drove 2hrs round trip to be there for pickup, for a no call no show definitely don’t trust this company I’ll be finding someone else to buy my car.
I have sold 2 cars through them and was very pleased. Not so much now though. I have a van to sell but you cant add extras that would make a huge difference. My van is handicapped accessible with a ramp and the doors that slide open. Also the tie downs. I am sure that would add a huge amount to the price but not allowed. Sad! Ill have to find somewhere else
Fast and honest service. Gave me a fair price for my old Chevrolet K10 pickup, which I no longer needed. Towing Service Worker was polite, knowledgeable and RESPONSIVE to texts and calls, which made everything easy. Paid me on the spot.
This was such an easy way to get a fair price on our older vehicle! They came to get the car and wrote a check right then and there! Would use again and highly reccomend to others! Thank you for making our move that much easier!
Using Peddle was an absolute dream. I didnt think I could get anyone to even tow my car away, even if they could have it for free, but Peddle gave me a generous offer on top of free towing. The day after I called them, they sent Ahmed, a very friendly towing guy, and he was on-time and made the whole towing experience and cash exchange very hassle-free. I highly recommend Peddle.
I Am So Happy with this Service! Super easy process and had no issues what so ever. My car was picked up and a check was made once the car was inspected. The person who came to pick up the car was very professional and took his time to answer some questions i had. Would recommend to Friends and Family.
I saw a local ad that guaranteed me $450 for my car, which is a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with over 219,000 miles on it. They came to get the car and claimed my catalytic converter wasnt stock and lowered their offer to only $200. I wasnt about to get ripped off, so the 20 something kid they sent called his boss and they upped the offer to $300. Its obvious they have done this scam with others, so I sent him on his way.I searched the Internet for a better deal. PEDDLE offered me $570 and had a local guy named Bob pick it up. Bob was cool and we chatted about cars for a bit. Thank you PEDDLE for the best offer on my car and a hassle-free experience! If you have an old car that you need to get rid of, PEDDLE should be your first choice!!!
We had a sedan that had some issues that we were no longer willing to pay to fix. We put its info in and got an offer, and someone came to pick it up and gave us a check the next day. The guy who came to tow the car was nice and we have no complaints.
Received an unsolicited email from peddle informing me they would have an offer for my vehicle after posting my car for sale on Autotrader, Im not certain how they obtained my personal email. After doing a quick search since I had never heard about peddle before I decided out of curiosity to check their offer even so I have multiple potential buyers lined up, they insultingly low-balled with an offer for $18000 for a vehicle with KBB value between $37000-$41000.
They are scammers that sell and take your information and the tow guy that came to pick up the car watched my husband sign the title but then made a report he saw someone else sign the title because he was mad I told him I wanted to ask for an higher offer not to take our car yet I dodged a bullet. I got a better offer elsewhere!
Peddle was great! Everything went smoothly until they left things to their partner copart! I would highly suggest you get rid of your partnership with them. They suck!
Had an offer for $565 for my 2000 blazer but when they arrived they only paid $350 since the catalytic converter was not an oem converter. What a con game, there is nothing on their questionair about the catalytic converter. Quick pickup once I called them.
I was surprised how easy the process was. Once I accepted the offer they called a local tow company they have a contract with in the area to pickup next day. Driver verified the car ran, drove it on the bed and wrote me a check on the spot which cleared. Easier then using CL or trying to sell myself. Honestly was sketched out but driver showed me other pickups scheduled and let his card. Recommended and I am in Maine.
If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible company that scheduled a pick up and didn’t show up. They called me and told me the available days and we scheduled. I took a day off from work for the pick up that never happened. When I called customer service they were nonchalant about it and said they could try again tomorrow. Ahh, NO! Don’t use this company. They are very unreliable.
Yesterday marks the 4th time in two weeks Peddle either didn’t show up, or showed up and the courier claimed to not know my car wasn’t going to have tires on it and said they would send someone else to get it the next day. It’s in the questionnaire and they should have known it didn’t have tires. Because I live in a different time zone, Peddle can’t answer their own courier’s phone calls to answer questions in what would be normal business hours where the courier works. It’s been nothing but a hassle to deal with them and their couriers.
Don’t waste your time. Everything will go smoothly and they will communicate until the day of the sale then they will not show up or take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. I spoke to Bryan over the phone and he was rude and not willing to help.
Great experience with pebble, from the time i got the quote i was ok with it. The 1st carrier did not offer a good day for pickup so i decided to call Pebble direct and everyone was so nice/professional. I got a date for pick up. The driver called he was outside so nice and professional he look over my paperwork paid me loaded car and it was done. Very happy with my experience with Pebble.
Never show up make u wait for no reason or under cut the price on arivale disgusting never do buisness withe them
I sold my car to Copart via Peddle yesterday, everything goes really smooth. The biggest thing is Peddle offer around 4k for my car and local salvage car company only offered $400, which is about 1/10 peddle offered. Really appreciate the offer price, that solves me many problems.I was mainly working with Copart on selling my car, their customer service is really good, I called like more than 10 times (there were some misunderstandings which were my fault), the experience was fantastic, really recommend selling cars to Peddle rather than your local salvage car companies.
I had a pretty unpleasant experience.Their driver arrived over three hours late, which was really inconvenient because I had to meet them at a location far from my home. When he got there, they refused to pay me the amount that was agreed. I had answered all of the questions accurately and was very clear about the condition of the vehicle. Apparently that wasnt good enough because they kept talking about how they were going to lose money if they paid me what they owed me. It was getting late so eventually I took a lower amount so we could get out of there. I was really disappointed in this behavior.
These people don’t show up when they say they will and don’t even contact you if they miss the pickup time. I took off work 2 days and still haven’t had my car picked up nor have I been contacted about the most recent missed pick up time. This is a horrible way to do business!
This company gave me the best offer on my car. It was also pretty convenient. The tow was 1 hour late but all things considered it was a great experience and saved me money compared to other options.
I was given a window of 8am-noon pickup. That did not happen. I called no fewer than 4 different phone numbers trying to figure out why. The answer I was given was basically “sorry! Tee hee!”I rescheduled pick up for the next day. Then the towing company (Top Shelf, how funny is that) called and said they’d be here in an hour and a half. So who knows when they’re coming?? I sure don’t.I will edit this review if I ever get rid of this truck and the check I may or may not get doesnt bounce
Tried to get a quote to sell my car and the offer was ridiculously low compared to carvana, vroom, autonation etc. Please do not waste your time with this company.
Well as I learn all of you guys are so happy to get 200-700 for your cars when ever this company buys the cars and sale them back in auction like Copart for a couple thousand
Gave me a ridiculously low estimate on my vehicle, which was less than half of what other similar websites are offering.
The process was easy and smooth in Dallas.I went on their site, entered the correct information about my vehicles. Next day set up the appointment for pickup. The person who came to pickup paid us and that’s all. It’s convenient than I thought. Online services has made our lives easier.
Horrible experience, nothing but low offers and refusal of a valid title. Stay away
It was incredibly easy to sell my car through Peddle. Very happy with this service and would recommend them to friends and family!
The reason you will have problems with this company is because its not a real company.. its a middle-man company like, airbnb, uber, lyft etc. They link up with junk yards all over the country and get a cut on the deal. This means you are at the mercy of the junk yard if theyre reputable you get a good experience if not, youre out of luck. Its a roll of the dice. They have no control or interest in how the junk yard behaves. Just a middle-man getting his cut. My car was never picked up. no call back or anything...I donated the car to someone else.
I really do not understand why so many low ratings and so many complaints. I was buying a new car that would value 200 dollars as a trade-in with the dealership. But Paddle gave me almost 400 bucks, in less than 24 hours there was a nice and friendly man picking up my car and immediately I received my check. I could not believe what a great service! My service was in Cambridge MA.
Everything went smoothly except the pickup. I was promised a pickup on Monday, waited all day and heard nothing from both parties. I had to personally reach out to Peddle and ask what the issue was. They ended up rescheduling due to an issue with the towing company....again I waited all day Tuesday, all day Wednesday and all day Thursday until they finally came to get it. I had to reach out to Peddle several times asking what the issue was and each day they would reschedule it to the following day. The towing company gave a different excuse each time as to why they couldnt come. My whole week was wasted waiting around for them.
Very professional. They provided a favorable offer for my vehicle and arrived within the scheduled window to pick it up. Would definitely recommend.
The staff are very helpful they have a great selection for work ready jobs.
The process of my car pick up was convenient FOR THEM, I signed my title over and my car but this company issued a check with a bank that had insufficient funds. Therefore leaving me to wait up to three weeks to receive funds that were promised the day of. If your looking for convenient cash I would ensure that they have sufficient funds in the bank before handing your car over. This was very unprofessional to me and I don’t recommend this company to anyone. There are other services in the DFW area that can properly keep their word.
I owned a 2008 Lexus ES 350 that completely broke down from overheating when I moved to Texas. It would need a new engine and radiator, but my car was only worth 5k at that point, so I decided to pay it off, get the title, and just sell it.I reached out to numerous companies and was low balled anywhere from $175 to $900. I went with Peddle because they had the best reviews and had the highest offer - nearly $2k! The online process was really quick and easy, and I was able to schedule a specific date within a specific time frame. On the day, my time frame was 11am-3pm, and the driver, Ivan, called me at 10:45am letting me know he was 20 minutes away. So convenient that he was early so I could go about the rest of my day!I met Ivan at the location of the shop my car was stored at, and he was really nice and conversational. I handed over my title, he handed me my check, and he removed my plates for me. We were done in under 10 minutes. I immediately cashed my check at Wells Fargo and everything cleared just fine. So glad I didn’t go with the low baller companies - Peddle is truly the gem for selling cars!
This process was so quick and easy. They offered more than I was expecting and had the car picked up within a day of me turning in my documents. I would definitely recommend this service!!
So easy it couldn’t be true...or could it? I went online and did the easy steps of giving true information about my car I would like to sell and have picked up. The process was easier than filling out a Facebook survey haha. On Friday evening I filled out online questionnaire. In two minutes I received an offer price which I accepted. In only a couple of hours I received an email giving me instructions on how to have title ready and vehicle set to be picked up. On Monday morning I was contacted by local carrier to tell me they would come the next day with a time frame that worked for me. Tuesday morning the nice gentleman called and said he would be there in thirty minutes. He arrived on time. Started the car and surprisingly drove it up on truck...Dang! I told them it would start but not drive, guess I lost out on some extra bucks. Oh well, it couldn’t have been easier. I was given $300 MORE than any Cash For Car places in our area. Thank you Peddle!
Fast, easy, trustworthy. I definitely would use again. The whole process was so simple.
This place was great to work with. Not only did they give me an offer but after I didnt accept it a few days later the offered me a little more. We had originally decided to go with another company. However, that company had issues and after giving us one price & a lying driver they offered me a fraction. So, we went back to PEDDLE in conjunction with AZ Auto & they took great care of us. The picked up within 24 hours & was hassle free!!
Do not use! After accepting the offer no one ever showed up to pick up the vehicle. Multiple calls to find out what was going on and no one was able to give me direct answer. One time soemone told to call me back later. Terrible customer service and the car was never picked up!
I had an excellent experience with peddle! From the website to the pickup to cashing the check! Made me a fair offer. Driver showed up on time and called before he arrived. I was a little worried at first but everything worked out perfectly!
Offered us a great price (compared to a couple other places we called) and everything was super simple. After answering the questions (to get the offer) they set up the towing company, towing company called for next day pickup, gave us the cash, we gave the title, that was it. So simple couldnt have been easier. Very pleased overall with the service!
I tried calling other companies that would buy my car with a broken transmission. Out of all of them Peddle is the one that offered the most. The representatives on the phone were nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was very friendly and kind too. I am so glad I was able to make business with Peddle.
I was selling my junk car but as soon as they saw it didnt have a catalytic converter they didnt even take it I thought they bought junk cars obviously not just want pricey parts very disappointed
Peddle was a really quick and easy way to sell my car! Unfortunately the contracted towing company was 4 hours late to pick up the car (which was broken down 45min from my house), but I dont blame Peddle for that. The drive gave me a check and I misplaced it. I called Peddle almost a week after the sale took place and they were able to transfer the money to my account and void the lost check.Would use again/ recommend!
Peddle Is truly Amazing I didn’t know how I was going to get my broke down 2009 Saturn aura out of the shop without having to pay the dealership $800 to fix my old car....that had been causing a lot of problems. I called peddle to see if they could buy my car and they are miracle workers. They had the highest offer to crush my car for $205, while others were saying they could only do it for $75. They basically paid for the expense for the dealership tow and the testing on the car, while I was able to get my new car with the money Peddle saved me for a down payment and I still pocket $60 extra. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!! Amazing customer service and a Great and Caring staff.
We literally accepted an offer at 12pm. The carrier was at our house within 6 hours and we had money in hand! After receiving several low quotes from other companies, Peddle offered us a great offer. Will definitely use them again!
Sold my truck quick and easy! I would recommend Peddle to everyone looking to get rid of a vehicle.
Low ball offer!!! They offered $85 for my Buick LeSabre 2004. I declined it and several days later sold that car for $175 to a local salvage yard. Another junkyard offered me $225 but it was a bit too far for them to tow the car. Just for fun I offered peddle another car I drive, which is worth ~$7,000 according to kbb. Well, their offer was $1,825. What a joke!!! I hope you get the point!
Super convenient to get a quote online, but very frustrating in terms of scheduling pickup. My first pickup no-showed on me, and then Peddle sent me through another company (Vehicle Purchasing Solutions) to schedule a pickup, but then that company seemed surprised when I contacted them. After many phone calls and a couple of days being given the runaround by several towing companies, I was finally able to get the car picked up, but even that was awkward because I was told that the tow would give me a call 20 mins to an hour before arrival, which they did not do. Peddle is a good option if you’re patient and don’t mind a little bit of a runaround, but it was always in the back of my mind that I was potentially getting scammed. I have a feeling some internal community manager will comment on this post saying something like Peddle has no control over tow company scheduling blah blah, but having to make 10+ phone calls to handle logistics shouldn’t be a part of the process. The people I spoke to at Peddle were always very nice and respectful.
For the most part, things went smoothly. Except that the tow company didnt show up on the scheduled day within the 4-hour window they provided. I heard nothing until their window was over, then they called and said maybe theyd be there in another 2 hours. They never showed. I wasted an entire day waiting for them. They finally showed up the next day.
They offer good prices for cars. The customer service was very good. And they picked up the car in a quick timely manner
Three stars. The offer process was easy. Scheduling was easy. Pick up was a disaster. Scheduled for a specific time for pick up, with an expectation of a phone call ahead of time. 30 minutes later and nothing. Call the dispatcher, and he says theyre running late but will be there within the hour. Nope. Another 90 minutes and nothing. I leave and finally get a call from the tow truck that theyll be there in an hour. I called dispatch half a dozen times in that two hour window, and no one picked up. Selling the car was easy, but the pick up was three hours late. Very frustrating.
Due to their poor instructions on preparing a title, my offer was rejected as the tow truck was getting ready to pull away. What followed was a nightmarish whirlwind of chaos as I drove around town to print and notarize a new title by the end of the day. The following morning consisted of me sitting in my car for 5 hours waiting for the same truck to show up again.Terrible experience. I can’t wait for this to be over. So much headache to work with this company. Never again. Thanks for the apology, Lauren C.However, I don’t care. I reject it.Do better in the future.
Professional, clear on intention, very fair offer, timely, and legit. We talked on the phone, arranged the deal, setup the transport, the driver arrived, was very professional, wrote out check and we on their way
Offered me a great price for my 1986 BMW and I accepted. Was offered far lower by other places/individuals I contacted. All in all a pleasure to deal with.
I called in to get an offer for my 2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring. I got the quote, they said they would send out someone from Benchmark Towing (which by the way Benchmark Towing can’t be found on Google). I am assigned a driver and time frame of 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. I spend my entire day waiting for the driver to arrive. When he finally arrives, he is not only rude, but clearly over his job and could careless about professionalism. He inspects the vehicle, hops in his truck, makes a call, and says sorry but looks like we can’t get ahold of peddle to confirm this sale, and leaves. I honestly thought this was a joke. I attempt to call peddle and their office hours are closed. Why would peddle set up a time frame during hours their call center is closed?? This was completely unacceptable, and a waste of my time!!! I will be selling my vehicle elsewhere.
I just tried calling my carrier A.A.C Wrecker Service to confirm my pickup tomorrow, and he yelled at me over the phone for calling him on a Sunday. I am requesting for a new carrier to pick up my car.
It works. I received 1,400 from Peddle and the check cleared. The process was quick and easy. I submitted my info and a few days later they took the car and gave me the check the same day. Peddle was also willing to give me the most money for my car.
As promised, I said I would edit my review. Everything was easy from start to finish. If you know you can’t be around or off work when they are able to pick it up, that’s on you, not them. They called us well in advance to when they would be there and it was over and done with in 10 minutes. If I need to sell another vehicle, I’ll use peddle. So far, so good. I went online to try and find a place to sell my husbands 4Runner after we bought another car. The process was easy, and in doing research, found that they would be offering me the most for the vehicle. Other places were only offering me $300 or less and while it is old, it still runs well and has a lot of good parts that can be salvaged. They havent scheduled a time for it to be picked up as of yet, (I did this on a Sunday) but I dont expect them to call until Monday. I will update my review after everything is said and done and add those other 2 stars. Definitely 3 stars right away however for the ease of processing.
These jokers are scam artists and liars. We were honest about the condition of our vehicle and sent pictures to verify the cars condition. The day they are supposed to pick it up, some strange guy with a foreign accent calls to add new conditions to the pick up. We tell him that we had to jump start the car because it had been sitting and he says that affects the offer and then tries to lower the offer by $300. Scam artists. BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTISTS.
Easy and fast online process. I got what I was offered on the website. They picked up my car the next day, and the driver was professional.
They quoted me $240, tow truck driver offered $200- car was beat up and i just wanted to get rid of it, no complaints. Peddle deals with many different towing, salvage and used car companies and theyre all different. My experience was great, called them and had my car picked up in a parking lot, paid me and taken away within 3-4 hours. I live in a big city- Dallas- not far from their headquarters and tons of salvage and towing places here, so I probably had it about as good as it gets.Great service, very happy.
This was going to be a five-star review. It was super easy, the offer was fair, I accepted it, everything was set up and ready for the carrier to come pick up my car...and then nobody showed. I called the carrier, it went to voicemail, so I called Peddles support line and was told that my offer had been canceled. Apparently somebody at Peddle thought I hadnt uploaded my tachometer images when I actually had, and took it upon themselves to cancel my offer. So somebody else got their car picked up that day. I arranged my entire weekend around getting that car sold; the inconvenience was not mild. UPDATE: They just called me back and told me that the carrier is able to do a special Saturday pickup, so well see how that goes.
Horrible phone experience. I called to get a quote and during the questioning process he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the customer service rep and he hung up on me again.Edit- Responding to the company below. The phone did Not hang up- the customer service rep responding to my call did! When the connection broke the first time I immediately called back and when he asked me in a clearly irritated tone if I was the same person he just spoke to he hung up once again. I called up 7 different auto junk dealers and all were far more pleasant to deal with. Also to readers out there. The online questionnaire is exactly the same one as the customer service rep reads to you.
I thought this was too good to be true. First, the customer service was awesome and got back to me immediately with the questions I had after we hung up. They offered way more for my totaled 2005 Honda than local companies. Two days later a local tow company picked up the car and gave me a check, I mobile deposited the check and the funds were available the next day! They also emailed me a bill of sale. Great experience!
By far the fastest and most professional car junkers I have ever dealt with! I filled out their online estimate and within an hour they contacted me! Other companies took DAYS just for an estimate, some I still havent even heard back from. They called to set up a time, they were available same day, called when they were on their way, met me on time, it was quick and painless! I didnt have my title, but I had my registration, ID, and a note from my bank showing I paid it off. Couldnt have been easier! HIGHLY recommend these guys!
SO HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WEBSITE MADE EVERYTHING EASY JUST A FEW SHORT CLICKS I HAD A CASH OFFER. THEN THEY SENT ME THE INFO TO THE TOWING COMPANY WHO WOULD BE PICKING UP MY VEHICLE. I WAS ABLE TO REACH THEM AND DISCUSS THE PICK UP. EVERYTHING HAPPENED SO FAST THIS IS REALLY THE EASIEST WAY TO GET RID OF AN OLD JUNKER. THEN WHEN THE GUYS CAME TO GET THE CAR HANDED ME CASH. SERVICE WAS SO FAST I EXPECTED TO HAVE TO WAIT BUT I WENT TO THE WEBSITE FILLED OUT THE INFO AND THEY HAD SOMEONE HERE THE NEXT DAY TO GET IT. EXCELLENT I WILL RECOMMEND PEDDLE TO ALL MY ASSOCIATES AND FRIENDS.
Awesome experience! Used this service in Pittsburgh PA and they sent out Campbell’s Salvage. Very impressed with how they do business. Great job to your team and thank you!
Awesome quick service... the dispatcher that came out was very humorous n kind!!! Great company... checked cleared immediately!!!
Quick, easy, hassle free. Got more $ than I thought. Tower was understanding when I gave him incorrect address.
These people should be called swindlers. We negotiated a price of $400 after I provided the requested additional documentation for authorization to sign the title. This was after a scheduled pickup time had already been arranged. As a result, the pick up time had to be scheduled. On the day of pickup, I had 3 calls still stating the need for approval of authorization to sign the title. Once the driver finally arrived, he said the deal would be for $280. Unaccepatable. Terrible way of doing business. All the while, Im uncertain if the check that the company is making payment with is even any good. Do not use this company. Certainly not the one connected with Dallas and surrounding cities.
I had an amazing experience dealing with Peddle! I went to the website and a few simple clicks later, I had an offer that was above and beyond the competitors. Within a few days, they picked up my old car and I had a check in my hand. Highly recommend! ⭐🏆⭐
I got offered $150 by someone else and decided to go online and see if I could find a place to sell. They offered me $515 for my 2010 Hyundai Sonata with a blown head gasket and thats exactly what they gave me. Would totally recommend.
Please do not trust this company . I sold my vehicle to them, they gave me a bad check with is not fundable . I am glad I called the bank to verify first before I deposited to my bank . Otherwise I would be charge extra $50 for depositing the bad check . Guys, please be careful when doing bussiness with this company
Super great experience, they’ve gave me a decent deal on my car, they picked it up on time, and money was deposited electronically within a minute. Thank you Peddle
I had a good experience with peddle they utilize local tow to pick up your vehicle. Depending on your vehicle status is where issues arise from what I can see. Be sure to check there are no liens on your title they will check and will cancel the check. Other than that quick and painless process you sign over your title they give you a check you go cash it I would recommend.
Sold my car to them through their website at 2am yesterday and my car was picked up at 5pm yesterday. I was paid on the spot, literally 15 hours after I first clicked on their website. Cashed the check today with absolutely no problems. Ridiculously quick and efficient. Easy to work with them. Highly recommended.Want to add that I was paid 1400$ roughly for my car, the junkyards around my area offered 500-600. Dont bother with local tow yards/salvage yards. Go right to Peddle.Being able to pick the day and the specific time you want it picked up is great also. The tow truck driver they sent was the most professional anyone could be.
They gave me the exact amount they said they were going to give me and they gave me a 8 to 12 window but was there at 7:30 I have no complaints what so ever
Peddle was a really easy process. All I had to do was answer some questions online and they gave me a quote immediately. Within 24 hours, the quote improved by over $100. Once I accepted the quote, I set-up a time for a tow truck to pick up my car. The tow truck came to the destination of my choosing; in my case the dealership. During the exchange process, I handed over my keys and (signed over) vehicle title. I was given an electronic check and walked away! The electronic check seemed somewhat shady in that to deposit, the bank teller has to call and number and receive an authorization code, but it worked! The money will be in my account in five business days. Throughout the process, I opted-in to text messages and was given a play-by-play of all the action steps. It was really easy and I was given about $1,000 more than what the dealer quoted me. I highly recommend!
Warning, If you sell these people your vehicle, make sure you document the sale with your states DMV. These people will take your vehicle and sell it to another party and you are still liable if you dont transfer the title yourself. They will tell you they cant legally change the title and that is a lie. They choose not to incur the expense of doing so. Beware and cover your own butt
Gave them my email after being contacted by them as I had an ad out for my car for sale. 3:15am they tried to log into my email account as I got notified by google. Luckily Google blocked their access and I changed my email password. Very sneaky and unethical company. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Was very very scared to use this site because I saw some reviews that it might be a scam, but I talked to their team who was very helpful and also some friends who had used this service before and it chilled me out. They were very good at communicating and the tow truck was quick and kind. My check went through with no problems. Would highly recommend.
I got an offer through Cash Auto Salvage but they partner with Peddle so almost all of my interactions were with peddle. It went super smoothly. No issues cashing the check (had it deposited before the carrier drive away). The only hiccups were I had to call and reschedule my pick up time because I was out of the area of the first place they scheduled me with. No biggie - that went smoothly. And the carrier didnt give me a heads up before they showed up, but did come within the pick up window I was told. But no haggling or questioning about the vehicle when he showed up. I had to car an title ready like they recommended and it was a fast, easy process! Happy with my experience!
Using Peddle was one of the worst decisions I made. When I went through with accepting an offer and was contacted by Peddle to set up a pickup date/time, they specifically told me what days and times I could have because my vehicle was very far from the final destination. Because the pickup time window HAD to be between 8am-12pm, I had to take a day off work. I waited around all morning, waiting for a call from the towing company because Peddle said they would give me a call at least 30 mins before arrival. When 11:40am rolled around with no call, I gave Peddle a call to find out what was going on. I was given the towing companys dispatchers number because Peddle didnt know why they hadnt contacted me yet. I called the towing company and they said oh we are too busy and definitely wont be making it there today...Was anyone planning on telling me this after Ive waited all morning for a pickup?! I called Peddle back and they apologized for the inconvenience and the fact that they cant control when the towing company can come even though Peddle had told me I had to be there at that time!! The towing company even told me there would be no way they could ever come to my location before noon because of their distance from me...why would Peddle have told me I had no other choice for a pickup time frame than before noon?! The system is all wrong, with too many companies involved and no communication. If you have days on end to sit at the pickup location and wait for no call, then be my guest. Would highly recommend NOT using Peddle!
Setup was fast and easy. They came when scheduled, and gave me cash on the spot for my car. More than I was expecting Id get too. Im incredibly pleased with this company and will definitely recommend them to friends! Thank you.
Trying to sell our totaled car. Spent 2 weeks going back and forth with them to make sure all the paperwork was in order because owner is out of country and we wanted to make sure we had everything so we just mail the paperwork once for them to sign. Then paperwork comes back and it turns out theres another crucial form they didnt tell me about for 2 whole weeks. Not once was it mentioned. Now I have to waste 3 more weeks and another $60 (now total $120) to send this paperwork for the owner to sign. All that for $300 for a totaled car.
