Always a great experience. I make my reservation and pay online. When I pull in, I can barely get out of my truck before the bus is right behind me. The drivers always are friendly and helpful. Im quickly whisked to the airport and dropped off at my terminal. The drivers always help me with my bags there as well. When I return, I dont have to wait very long for the bus. The drivers are friendly and helpful (even at 1am!!) and drop me off right at my truck. Leaving is just as easy and there are always cold water at the exit in the fridge. Cant tell you how great that cold water tastes after a long flight. This is the only parking spot I use.

They are so consistent, I can plan my airport departure schedule by parking here, and am never disappointed. Within 5 minutes of pulling into the gate, I am parked and on a shuttle to my departure airline. Cold water when you exit, even at the automated gate. Parking Spot West is awesome!

It was fast, easy, convenient, and I got a bottle of water when I was leaving! What a thoughtful touch :) I was so thirsty after my flight. Not only that, but I didnt have to wait forever for the shuttle to and from the parking location. Huge bonus!

This service is impeccable! The drivers are always friendly and the buses are always plentiful. The ease of the digital bar code make it very easy to gain entry to the facility and makes it just as easy to exit. I have used this site twice now and feel comfortable that my vehicle is cared for and secured. I really like having the drivers hand customers a parking spot number card which really helps speed up the return process! I will use The Parking Spot for all out of state travel needs.

Ive used The Parking Spot West more than a few times and they are always on the ball dropping off at the airport as well as picking up.They also have a nice rewards program that adds up quick towards free parking.

Easy to find, right off the highway. The shuttle picked me up right at my vehicle. The drive to the airport was very short. Shuttle dropped me off right at the airline I was traveling with. When I returned, I was a little confused whether I would have to let them know I arrived or, just wait. I looked down at the card they give me when the shuttle picked me up at the lot. I looked up, and the shuttle was stopping to take me back to my vehicle. It was convenient. Fast. No stress pickup and drop off. Totally will be using The Parking Spot for all my travels. They have a rewards club too. You can pay to have your car detailed while you’re on your trip. 10/10 would recommend!

Jesse and his team at the car wash do an amazing job and provide outstanding customer service.The manager, Chad at the parking garage is an upstanding guy and took care of a small hiccup no questions asked.I have never waited for a shuttle (unlike another place I used many times) both times I’ve been here.This is only my second time here after using another parking garage for years but I am a loyal and happy customer!

Absolutely fantastic service! Ease of pre-purchasing a spot, clear directions on how to enter the facility even when I incorrectly arrived at a different location than I had originally booked. I really appreciated the gate agent who quickly took care of my error! Upon arrival from our return, there was the shuttle waiting for us! SUPER easy and cost efficient. Wouldnt park anywhere else!

Beware of parking here! You will be overcharged and charged an additional day and not warned about it. I was quoted the rate over the phone to park there on my way to the airport to figure which place I would park. I had my exact times and was given a price. At check out the rate was more than double the amount for the exact times quoted and when contacting them they were at no help and rude about it. Emailing customer service is worthless!! When calling the parking spot they said emailing them my receipt and letting them know the situation they assured I would be refunded the overpaid amount. They was not the case, customer service was no help at all!! I would of been much closer and it would of been a lot cheaper by parking at the blue garage at the airport! Beware when parking at the parking spot west, just don’t do it!!!

The Parking Spot really makes going to the airport easy. You can reserve a spot online for a discount, and if you have AAA you get another discount! All you have to do is scan a QR code when you arrive, park your car, and a shuttle takes you to the airport and drops you off. When you return, you simply call them, and get back on the shuttle to go back to your car. Also, they give you a business card with their number for you to call on your return and they write your parking space number on the card. Very thoughtful! Every employee that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My husband had used the parking spot previously with a positive experience so we decided to go with them again this time. The check in process and the app were really smooth. Also the driver Adrian happened to drive us for both of our rides and he had excellent customer service, you could tell he was doing his best and he still was in a good mood the whole time. However when we arrived back to Austin from our trip and checked in on the app, there were so many flights that arrived at the same time that there was a huge line waiting for shuttles. This provided much confusion for us as there was no designated spot for the parking spot as there is designated spots for each shuttle company at other airports. Once we figured out the general area that we would be picked up we ended up waiting over 30 minutes to actually make it on the only bus that was running for the night. We even watched as multiple busses started arriving for other businesses and were even waiting empty for passengers to get on and hoped we would make the next bus for our lot. We were disappointed that with so many flights arriving and people waiting the parking spot was only running one shuttle for each lot for the night while other companies had multiple shuttles at once. I’m not sure if maybe the company is short staffed and Adrian is currently their only driver or if there’s been such an uptick in travel that they weren’t prepared. However, unfortunately we will be using one of the services that we noticed had an adequate amount of shuttles running next time so it doesn’t take so much extra time to get home after a long flight so late at night. (We arrived at 11p on a Saturday)

My credit card was offering 2 years of platinum status so I figured why not and decided to enroll at the Parking Spot. We had an upcoming trip so I signed up and immediately booked a reservation with a car wash. Both locations are conveniently situated but the west location is closer to us. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman working the entrance booth. My confirmation was in the very back and not readily accessible so she helped us get in and explained where to park, what to keep, etc. After we parked in our spot, the shuttle was there before we even turned the car off! Both drivers we had going to/leaving the airport were very nice. When we got back, I couldnt find my ticket, but the driver was very patient and helped us find our car - eventually I found the ticket and we got to the car. The outside and inside of our car were super clean and looked awesome! For some reason, I had an issue getting out of the parking lot (I think its because I didnt scan my QR when we initially got there), but a lady quickly saw and came over to assist us. Overall, I think the cost was reasonable and the service excellent. I am extremely satisfied with our first visit and cant wait to use the Parking Spot again on our next trip!

First its easy and quick and everyone is extremely courteous, but one thing thats huge - I never Uber to the airport, because I ALWAYS take advantage of car wash, and many times the detail package on my Porsche. Consistent, exceptional performance on all fronts. Whomever is doing the detail and wash work on cars, is the BEST in Austin and gives me an enormous, and the absolute best value. I never thought Id do this - but the only place that details my Cayenne is Parking Spot West! Keep that up, Im a customer for life.

The whole process was simple! I recommend the app and booking a reservation before hand for a discounted rate! It was kinda tricky to find the turn I have to go back around but super simple check in and the buses meet you at your car and help with luggage. Didn’t have any issues! Will use every time I travel.

USED to be great and deserve 4.7 stars. I’m here with my family at 4:45am and they don’t even have a shuttle driver scheduled currently. Are we supposed to walk to the airport? I prepaid to be here and had a reservation. There are currently 40 people waiting on the row I’m on, and more people on other aisles waiting. The last time I flew and got home it took about an hour to get back to my car. I’ve been a weekly business traveler using the parkingspot for more than 10 years. Changing to another service provider immediately

Super convenient and staff readily available for pick up and drop off. You dont want to mess with parking in the airport; there is too much traffic. They offer a discount too if you pay up front. Highly recommend them!

From the of booking and parking, to the shuttle. Everything with the park spot was super easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers are amazing. They offer a discount if you pay ahead while booking and send you a QR code to use for entry and exit so most of everything is contactless.I used the detailing service while my car was parked here. And it was fantastic. Seriously, I don’t think my car has ever been this clean. They got all the dog fur out of the carpets, my seats were shiny and it smelled clean.I’ll most definitely be using the detailing services again next time I park here.

The Parking Spot is always our go-to for parking while were flying. They have reasonable rates and a great rewards program. Best of all, their system is super easy to use/follow, so dropping the car off, getting shuttled to/from the airport, etc. is all smooth and easy. We have used the Parking Spot dozens of times in multiple cities and will continue to use them in the future.

All shuttle drivers and parking attendants were very helpful and very friendly! The parking is literally 2 minutes away from the airport so you get to and from the airport super fast. Great experience and will definitely use this location again when I fly through Austin!

We had questions about some charges upon returning to pickup our car and a manager was supposed to call us but never did. Also we paid over 100 dollars for a detail. The outside of the car was dirty as well as the inside had mud and dirt everywhere. Parking spot lost my business for good.Update-A week since someone said they would contact me and nothing........very poor management.

Download the App. Its easy to use and you can save the QR Code in your Apple Wallet, too. Bring cash to tip the driver as they help you with your bags and are patient as well. The gal at the gate is nice and helpful, too.

I love the parking spot at AUS, usually friendly people, timely and clean buses, and convenient location. Ive parked there for 7 years whenever I travel and need to park - always pleasant experience. This time was different. I did arrive in later hours, it was 11:15pm or so when i caught the bus, just me and the driver, all good. Got my car, bus left, drove to the gate, all good. I swiped my phone QR code, gate opened then pulled forward, no gate agent handing me a bottle of water like normal and i was really thirsty. hmm, there is a cooler full of cold bottled water 5 feet back by the QR code scanner but i cannot open my door to run back and grab it, so i reverse. and the gate closed :( oops. no gate attendent, no bus driver, so i try to re-scan, no reservation found. hm. check the lit up building, no one there. no one. try to scan again, still not working. So now what? reverse go out the in and drive over the curb. that is what i had to do to exit! i had a reservation, they new i was coming. why not have 1 human posted just in case? ugh. get your bottled water first people.

It was great! They made everything so easy for us. From dropping off the car, the shuttle ride to the airport and back to the parking spot, and picking up the car. We will definitely use their services again.

Very efficient. Love the ability to know in advance I’ll have a spot. Be advised, when you are waiting for a pickup at the AUS terminal, and see (on your app) the location of the van--but dont see it yourself--they are probably dropping off departing pax on the upper level. They should make another loop to pick you up from arrivals (lower) level.

As usual, The Parking Spot West was our choice to park when flying out of ABIA recently. They promptly picked us up and the driver was very friendly. Upon our return, the van was there (no waiting!) and promptly returned us to our vehicle. I appreciate their friendly service and ease of online reservation services.

It is close to the airport and a good price. What I didnt like was the lack of shuttles going to the west side on my return. The first West shuttle I got to was full. Then 3 east shuttles came after it in a period of 30 minutes and finally one of the east shuttles said that they would take people to the west side.

Pricey but great customer service.

No physical contact with money exchange. If you book online you are sent a scan code to use upon entering and using the same code to leave. You don’t even have to remember where you parked. Oncer you enter the shuttle you are given a card with your parking information on it. When you return to get your car you give them the card. The shuttle was clean and the drivers were friendly and informative. They even offer a car wash. The price was cheap to park. Great service! I’ll be back.

Sadly going downhill. Hard to enter the West lot when entering near the 183/71 merge. The people are great but they are way under staffed on the shuttle service. We waited for 2 busses on our arrival and we waited for 2 busses on our return due to them being full. The other parking lot shuttles had 3 to 4 more busses running. I am a long term user of Parking Spot but if I have the same problems next time I will switch to a different lot.

We arrived this morning for our flight and have been waiting for a shuttle for 35 mins to be taken to the departure terminal. There were 15 other people also waiting and we had to order a Lyft to take us the short distance since we do not want to miss our flight. Do NOT give these people your business. They had 3 drivers and no busses circling to pick anyone up. After a while everyone had walked down their aisles and then walked up to the front to figure out what was going on. Poor management, there are plenty of other options. The only saving grace was Sabrina at the front who was trying to get the situation resolved. The couple in front of us got a Lyft which gave us the idea.

This was my first trip to use Avail. They were great!! So pleased w my rental car and every staff member that I came into contact with, from pick up to drop off. Shuttles were fast and drivers were friendly and professional! Definitely will use Avail again!

We just landed back home from San Diego. There are two different lots for The Parking Spot: East and West. In the past we have traditionally parked in the West lot. After we received our bags we awaited approximately 30 minutes for a shuttle to show to take us back. None did. However, during that time two shuttles from the East lot came and went. I attempted to call the West lot for pickup but no one answered. However, Michelle at the East lot did and told me to call the West lot. The redundancy was frustrating enough but here is why I elected to leave a review. When the person that eventually picked us up from the West lot arrived he had an absolutely poor attitude. It reflected the most in his overly aggressive driving. I’d love to give The Parking Spot and that driver the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it’s Post COVID workforce challenges or logistics but honestly there wasn’t any excuse to drive or behave that way. I gave two stars because of past experiences and we hope it will return that way soon. If not there are PLENTY of other parking options at ABIA if you do some minimal research.

I appreciate the speed of The Parking Spot Wests shuttles. They are almost always right there when I park. And they run plenty of shuttles that the wait to be picked up from the terminal is small.

Avoid avoid avoid.Very dimmly lit. Half the lights dont work, and the ones that do are dimm. The covered parking are torn and falling down. If i would of had time i would of gone elsewhere!

Very efficient system. You pay beforehand to get the best pricing. They send you a QR code that you can save in your Apple wallet. You use that QR CODE to sign in and sign out of the parking lot. No touch policy. No credit card required. Straight in and out like its your own parking garage.

The parking experience was great will likely use again.The detail I paid over $100 for was not good. parts of the car were still dirty and all of the windows were streaky, will not use that service again.

Very friendly staff. I parked in their Austin lot for about 2 months and when I came back I expected my car battery to be dead. On the shuttle ride back, a very kind driver named Jackie offered to help me jump my car if it needed it. It turned out that my car started fine, but I really appreciated that Jackie was so considerate to offer!

No one has gotten back to me even after this locations Representative assured me that the company would. And in their words “are extremely good at handling the refund within 24 hours”. It has been a week and no word from them.

The team went above and beyond when my car battery died while we were away on vacation, which they learned of when trying to move my car for a wash/detail. Jose called me immediately so I could plan what to do and Lydia helped out when my friend tried to see if my extra key would work (it didnt). Its never fun to come back to a car that wont start, but both Jose and Lydia were awesome and helped us through the process!

Spent 30 minutes in the parking lot and had to run around to finally get on a shuttle. Worst airport parking!

It took 25 minutes to get a shuttle after the employees told me to park on a row that was full, and then on a row that was for rental cars, and then the shuttle drove past me.

Easy access, one exit from airport.The shuttle meets you at your car to load you and your luggage then returns you to your car and unloads you and your luggage.This was our first time using off site and we will definitely use in the future.

Don’t use West, use East. West pickup shuttles are regularly slow, few and far between. 3 bus loads waiting here now. Called, told there is only one bus.

The process was easy. The staff is excellent! The price was reasonable. From the valet, shuttle driver, attendants, to the gentleman who completed my car detail, I really felt cared for. My car detail made me feel like I was stepping into a brand new car. My tire was really low and they ensured that it was full and warned me of how quickly the air was escaping. I had misplaced my claim ticket and the shuttle driver did not shame me and made sure that they had my information to have my car ready! AND IT WAS! I will not park anywhere else and I would recommend The Parking Spot to anyone who needs that service.

Shuttle takes you right to your car

The shuttle service was great. And being picked up at my car and not a centralized bus stop was good too. They were quick at getting me to the airport and back to my car after my trip also. The folks were friendly and helpful during both the start and end of my stay. Having the car under a canopy was good too to protect it from any possible weather stuff and if I opted to have it cleaned was a great option.
