Who wants to give these guys anything positive for towing your car because its been impounded? Cant blame them for your mistakes. Its like the colon. Somebody has to do it. My retrieval was quick, no hangups, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous. The tow bill was 2/3 of the $500 I expected Id be charged after 3 days.

We had our truck stolen on the 18th of March. It was recovered on the 20th and towed to M&M. At first it was interesting [they had a newbie of 3 days] but we couldnt be more happy with having our truck there. They are taking care of it and we are just waiting to get the truck towed home. One of the owners has been in touch with us every day letting us know what is going on and if they have to move the truck and so on and so forth. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with under our circumstances. They are holding the truck until insurance can pick up. Thank you guys for being you and taking care of not only our truck, but us as well. We would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Good. Great price! One issue was the person dropping off my car to the dealership was in a hurry to get to another job so the person didn’t get all the details needed so my car was at a dealership for repair but they really didn’t know who it even belonged to. For those that can’t be with your car, they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone (I was on my way back to Iowa where I live) but I was lucky because the dealership was able to Passover the bill to me. I’m not sure if the dealership then adds more but they served its purpose.

We called today to ask some questions and the guy on the phone cussed at us for no reason. I have never experienced more trashy customer service in my life. I am embarrassed for this company.

Dont know much about this place

Was driving across country to pick up my dead mother‘s belongings. My truck and trailer were stolen and they towed my truck. I understand they have to pay their people so I wouldn’t have had a problem paying but they towed my truck less than five minutes away and charge me $170. They knew it was stolen and they knew the circumstance and still offered no help. I truly don’t understand what’s a matter with people.

Really helpful, very nice employees. My car was towed here because I was taken via ambulance to hospital after being rear ended.

Bigol 0 for me, had my car stolen and to recover from this place. Dude behind blue door was rude and douchy, but the guy who actually helped me (behind the red door) was really nice. Overall still not the best place

I think it is horrible practices on behalf of the city of Aurora to impound their vehicles there. Its out in the middle of nowhere. All the employees are salty because theyre tired of irate customers (Im assuming. I know I would be). I tried to speak w/ a manager over the ohine about proving my identity via email or fax. I was told those arent acceptable & Id have to get a notary to cinfirm my identity. All kinds of governmental agencies accept copies of IDs frequently. I guess because theyre in the middle of nowhere, their business practices must remain in the Stone Age. THEY DID NOT ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING!

Come on these guys help the police repo vehicles nobody that does that deserves a five star rating lol

Our truck was stolen. Very disappointed in their service tried to tell us our truck was totaled but my husband went to look at the truck and it started right away so dont trust what they say. Take someone who knows about vehicles

The wait to get car from out of the yard was a little long but the staff on the outside was very understanding and tried to offer as much help as could be offed.

My car was stolen in Denver County. It was found just one block in the Aurora side of city lines. Then towed to M & M tow yard (Non-consensual tow) where it is currently being held for ransom. Stolen from me to be found and then stolen by M & M Towing. Who charges victims for having there car stolen. M & M Towing could steal your car then let Aurora PD find it, then tow it to their yard and charge you for it. Complete trash. Check out who owns this company on the Secretary of State website for a real laugh. Wonder what happens when their employees have their car stolen....

Donald picked up my truck after a shop didn’t tighten a wheel. He managed to sling my truck on the tow with out a wheel and no damage at all. Very impressed. Very responsive.

It was a hassle getting through the chain of command to be able to release my personal vehicle in a timely fashion BUT they did cover all their bases as far as liability goes. Somewhat of a good place for customer service. People just dont understand the systematic approach to things. Thanks for the service.

Was struck by a semi and my car was totaled. Needed to get it off the street and the police officer asked if I needed a tow truck called and I, in my still shocked state after barely dodging death, agreed.This is where problems began.The tow truck driver arrived and was amenable guy, definitely seeming like he was here to help me out. Let me know itd be $120 to go three blocks to my house or itd be free if he took it to the lot he worked for. I did not have change to do that immediately and had him take it to the lot to which he readily agreed, had me sign something and off he went.Later that same day I realized Id forgotten my laptop, wallet, and medication in my car. They charged me $50 to access my car to get these things, and only the next day did I learn what a mistake Id made. My attorney let me know that my job was to keep expenses as low as possible and that no settlement would include the cost of my car being on a lot.I tried to get my car back. They told me it would be $400+ to get it since itd been on property for two days and the tow fee. I was told it would cost me nothing to have it towed here and they told me straight up that was a lie. And I had to get it that day because tomorrow they shipped out certified mail to tell me what fees would be and that it would add another $100 plus the daily storage fee.Two employees sneered at me and when I was near the edge of breaking down I muttered to myself this has to be a joke to which the employee stated No this isnt a joke now if you dont have the money Id like you to leave.I had to pull out a loan to get the money to get my car that day and then have it towed the now 10+ miles to my house.Never let the police call the tow truck for you, just find one thatll be happy to take like $100 if youll wait an hour.

Charged me $235 for only 8 miles towing, which is completely rip off !! my car got completely totaled when somebody came from nowhere and drove into it while it was parked along the road near my complex apartment at 2 am in the morning, making it undriveable and needed to be taken off the sidewalk which it got onto as the result of direct impact it received . How could people get by during this hard time of Covid-19 and they already lost jobs.

Driver was super friendly and quick. Not much else to be said. He got the job done.

There is a camper parked in my companys private parking lot with no license plate. Since it is private property the police cannot tow it. They told us to call M&M Towing and they can tow it for us. I called the company and they were extremely rude on the phone. They did not have good customer service whatsoever. They then proceeded to tell me that they only tow to a repair shop. They really need to get their act together. I cant believe Aurora Police actually use this terrible company.

Google maps and police say, “open til 7pm” but apparently they close the lots at 6pm or whenever they feel like it and don’t disclose this information to you. So upon arriving to get your car out of the tow lot from a winter blizzard storm, they’ll just tell you to pick it up the next day and get to charge you for another night. Also the front desk lady is beyond rude.

Staff was friendly enough but the police towed my stolen/totaled vehicle there and I was falsely told by them that I could take things off my car that I wasnt allowed to by the lot. Super disappointed in both of them. Feel very frustrated and misled.

Did not want to release their fax number which just had me going back and forth from the bank to them, the bank called and referenced Aurora PD and they released the fax # to them. Couldve saved me a lot of time and hassle if they wouldve just gave it to me.

My car was towed here after we were hit the night before. Front desk staff is extremely rude and wouldn’t let me go down to see my own car and help my husband get our stuff out of it.
