Great and very processional service. Submitted a claim for road side assistance. Brian was very helpful and courteous.

SCR helped me out after I broke a lower control arm and got stuck in an alley. They were super prompt, courteous, and careful. The driver wore an N95 mask and I appreciated that they explained everything they were doing to get the car towed.

Bryan went the extra mile. 5 stars!!

They dropped the car off at the wrong location, then mocked her when she had questions about where her car was.

Service was done in August 1st .I was in the middle of responding to a company where I left a very negative review and I remember about this amazing company we used instead and I totally forgot too leave a review.Anyways, at first I’ve never called a towing company so I was quite confused, but they helped me and told me to give them a call back as soon as I knew what type of service I needed . Once I called we spoke for about 10 minutes . He was very polite, very friendly . After the machine was towed . He gave us a price of the amount we had to pay for the service. At first we let him know that it was a bit pricey, but right away he gave us a discount which was so much better ! Thank you a lot for your service! THIS COMPANY IS JUST TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE DO NOT CALL THEM they took hours Almost all day to do a pick up and they overly charged for a simple pick up which wasnt even 9 miles far. they did not communicate correctly with the price they dont even accept credit cards. They did not even have a machine to properly give a reciept. And they left the cars horribly parked in the drive way THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!

So incredibly kind and helpful! Even during an emergency in the area, they got out to us quickly and helped us get back on the road. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you!!!

SCR towing, thank you for picking me and my car up from the side of the road when it was 3 degrees out. I know you had a lot of calls and wait times were high but thank you for prioritizing me because I was stranded. Your driver was courteous, safe, and professional. Any time I am in need of service again SCR will be my first call.
