I highly recommend these guys. I broke down at 3am on the way home from the airport and this was the only Company that answered me quickly. The driver was super nice and ahead of schedule. It was also a very reasonable price and his truck was super nice. Thanks again!

These are straight up phenomenal people. Im in a huge bind during one of our 1st Winter storms... school is out and my alternator or starter go out on my truck. I cant get the truck into neutral I am at a lost and Im not an individual who isnt handy. The double R representative shows up, teaches me a new trick I never knew about my truck to get it into neutral, gets me on a flat bed, and delivers my car safely to Larry H Miller where Im going to get my work done. Just a huge thumbs up and gratitude to double R towing. You guys are the real MVPs

Terrible service! Call roadside assistance who entered notes that said keys were not available and cannot get into the vehicle. Original call was answered and they came quickly but guys says he doesnt have the proper equipment to tow the car and says we will have to call back, leaves, does not even try to help resolve the issue. Should have read notes. Call RA a second time, submit another request with this same company, 2 hrs later nothing, call RA who says company will be there in 30 min. Nothing, no texts or calls. Another 2 hrs later, call RA back, company cancels because of not having proper equipment with no record of calling RA back to cancel. More than 4 hrs after original call. Wasted our time. Should have said you didnt have proper equipment after the second request for towing. Incredibly frustrating.

How is this possible? How can you run a business like this? I called and scheduled a pick up 5 days in advance. Spoke with Fadie - very pleasant guy. Scheduled a pick up for 9am Saturday morning, everything was great. I had my Lotus mechanic specifically open his shop on Saturday to this the Lotus off. Come Saturday morning no-show, called politely, no response. In the afternoon Fadie sends a text that he was experiencing problems with the right truck, no problem. Lets reschedule for Monday (I will just take a day off) - Monday comes around, apparently truck was repaired, he never shows. Found another company to tow my car, I just dont understand how you can treat people in this manner, especially with high end cars.

Progressive Roadside assistance said Double R Towing Aurora LLC would be at my location in an hour to tow my car. Over two hours of waiting and they never showed up or answered the phone. Awful service.Edit: Attached is a screenshot of the confirmation. I was told by Progressive that a different tow company was originally going to be dispatched; however, your company was selected because someone at your company promised a faster response time.And if youre actually telling the truth then you should figure out the communication disconnect with Progressive because its making your company look bad.

If I could give O stars I would do so!!!!! I’m not sure how you run a business like this! Our car would not start, so we called for a tow truck. We were quoted 90 minutes. At 2 hours we tried to call to see the location of our truck, no one answered and the mailbox was full. At almost 2.5 hours we called our roadside assistance back and were told he was 15 min away. At 3 hours we called roadside again and they tried to call and also received no answer. We are now quoted with a new carrier another 60min! Thanks for wasting over 4 hours of our day to not even have the decency of answering the phone!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE service and business practices!!!!!

This company was professional from start to finish! The driver was very nice as well and the price was also very reasonable thanks again guys! I would definitely recommend Double R and use them again.

My insurance dispatched Double R Towing. I waited for nearly 3 hours and they never did show up. They would not respond to my calls/texts when trying to get an idea of their ETA. DO NOT USE THEM! They couldve at least responded that they were unavailable.

Waited 4 hours. Never showed up. Told 90 minutes and called but Voicemail was full. When I did get a hold of them they Wouldn’t do a three way call with State Farm and myself. Terrible service!

Broke down by Parker, they arrived quickly and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Waited over 3 hours for a tow truck after being told it would come within 90 minutes. Called twice and was sent to voicemail both times. Had to contact a different tow service! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
