Honestly Im actually really upset I got up got to work ten minutes late and I thank god I did because once I got there I was call my Recruiter letting her know that I was going to be a little late there was a crash on 225! She was very responsive at first, but then once I got there trying to figure out where the location was I had no response It was to point she gave me the persons number that I was supposed to be working with. And he wasnt answering call quite a few times then after he was not answering, I had jumped back over to calling Juliana after the 3rd or 4th time I called her the phone said that it was disconnected and there was no number. So at that point I got very scared and I ended up leaving because I felt like this was very odd had plenty of temp job and this was the very first time going through this so after I hear the message I ran out to my car and never looked back. About 3 hours after Julianna said she was gonna call me right back I finally got a call back from them I just ignore them because it seems very odd when my gut is telling me something is wrong its never wrong when my intuition Is telling me that something is incorrect Usually its incorrect and to run. Never have I ever felt that feeling before just by the way Julianna was talking to me at first I thought it would be great nice new job hired on the spot job interview Friday worked by Monday I needed the extra income everything was perfect until I got to General Shale Brick, 3001 S. I went to a Rollinc event on a Friday and by that Tuesday I had an interview. And then the same week on that Friday I found out that an employer wanted to extend an offer to me. I was hesitant because in the ad it didn’t say anything about a staffing agency but the girl was so nice on the phone I said fine. She sends me to a $15.00 an hour Second Chance felon asbestos related job that I had to find out through research they had several lawsuits pending due to unsafe conditions resulting in people getting cancer. I have a wife and 4 children I wasn’t going to bring that home on my clothes every night. She did a 180 on me went from a sweet lovely woman to talk to, to a ugly sounding how dare you attitude. Linsey Reynolds . Said that’s all she had for me and good luck. 2 hours later I got an email from Win Nelson 22 an hour and no hassles

I got a job from you guys a few months ago. I was told I would be hired on so I quit my full time job that was paying well. Then out of the blue the job tells me they want to promote within the company. So I called you guys to see if I can get into another job anywhere else. I was told I would get a call back in 15 mins and I never heard from you guys again. Unprofessional. I was highly disappointed. I was told even if the job didn’t work out you guys would still help me. Here I am 3 months later and still haven’t even gotten a call or an email. Will be telling my friends about you guys. I don’t recommend using you and will never return to your office again. I have a friend who is in contact with you guys because of me. The company was great until Courtney left...she found me the perfect job but the location was too far from my house so I called the office to let them know (before I left the job) and I got news that Courtney had left and a rude woman named crystal would be taking her place..so I let crystal know and she said if if i can stay at the job for the rest of the week and I agreed and she would give me a call that Friday so I waited for the call all day but never received a call from anyone. I called the office on Monday and they said she was out of the office. So I called back on tuesday and she still wasnt in & when I called on Wednesday (mind you I was already upset) I asked her why she didnt call me back and she said I needed to lose my attitude so I calmed down and proceeded to tell her my situation and she started being rude to me so I told her the same thing I said you need to lose the attitude as well from there she said I cant help you and this conversation is over and hung up on me. Now when I call for a job they tell me they dont have any work for me

I was placed on a job almost 2 years ago. The job became permanent which was awesome! It ended over a year later at no fault of Rolincs. I was injured on the job ultimately resulting in my termination. I healed fairly quickly and Ive been trying to get a job through your company ever since.I initally was very happy with Rolinc and looked forward to working through the company again. Until it was obviously made known Crystal Reyes is practicing discrimination. When I first started working through Rolinc everything was ok until my background info came in. Then it would take weeks to hear back. And once I lost my job the communication got worse.Crystal kept telling me she has nothing for me. How is that though when I go online and see all kinds of jobs that I am highly qualified for? I Just got off the phone with another recruiter who told me Theres a note in the system that we cant place you on any job. I asked her why and she said Communication issues.Whos the one with communication issues here Crystal? Why dont you just say it like it is. I know exactly why you put that note in the system. I have NEVER had communication issues with you its always been vise versa. Your whole demeanor changed towards me once my background check came in and you conveniently dont have work for me.Thats ok though, at least I can say Ive been there, done that, and dont want to work for a place who allows or promotes unprofessional discrimination.
