Many delays. Finally guy showed up. Couldn’t fix it at my house and said he had to take it. Couple weeks go by. I reach out and find out that guy no longer worked there but the main guy would look at it. Couple weeks go buy. I have to reach ou again. The main guy says he can’t fix it. I ask if I can have it back. He says sure. Delivers it back to my house a couple days later in pieces. I can understand if the guy can’t figure it out, but, bad communication. And returned in pieces? Bad form. Can’t recommend. To be fair mine is an old snowblower.
