Good selection, plenty of dog snacks and they carry most high end food brands. Pet friendly obviously, my dog had a blast picking out treats.

This is the first time in 8 years that I have something negative to say. I am very disappointed in the service that we received. My Maltese mix did not do well after the his last grooming visit. Something got into his eyes and he couldnt open them for at least 24 hours. We called back shortly after we brought him home to see what happened and if they could suggest something to help and they told us to send pictures and the manager would call us the next morning. Needless to say. She did not. My husband call after work to talk to her and someone told us she was on maternity leave and has been for a while. He then asked to speak to someone in charge and there was no one available. They told us someone would call. Its been over a week and no one bothered to contact us.WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. THEY HAVE LOST US AS CUSTOMERS!

I have been taking my dog her for a while and they always do a great job! I took my other puppy for his first appointment here and he did get a razor burn unfortunately :( but that was only one not so great experience out of Many years of going here, so it’s overall pretty good! I definitely recommend Tina, she is very patient and always leaves my dog looking very nice! Their prices are also not too bad considering the size and length of fur :)

The people here are so friendly. Our dog is always so happy after he comes out of grooming and he doesnt even normally like people but loves the staff.

This place is the best!! They’re always super helpful when you call in. We have 2 dogs (a senior and a 7month old pup). I’ve taken the older dog there to use their wash station which is great and such a great price. Both dogs have a specific diet and when I asked about a certain food for the pup, they started carrying it for me. The older dog requires some CBD and joint supplements since she has arthritis and they always have what we need. We love to support local too so we really only go there for our supply needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Was rather disappointed last month when I called to verify walk in nail cutting hours and 15 minutes later when I got there, a “no grooming today” sign was being put up. The time before that when I went to get my dogs nails cut, we came in 30 minutes after grooming had opened and the groomer wasn’t ready and told us to wait 15 mins for the nail grinder to charge. We used to love coming here, but the last 2 times have not been a good experience.

Worst grooming experience ever. Why doesn’t this store just get rid of this service. Reading the reviews they have always had issues with their grooming. They humiliated my 11 yr old dog and shaved off all his hair and when picked up all laughed at him. Noticed the old papa bear restaurant got demolished right next door to this location. You might want to call the bulldozer back to your location healthy pet..

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the help you have provided us in properly feeding out dog. She has poor functioning kidneys and the vet suggested a prescription food. When I called you to ask if you offered the item you suggested a raw and natural food diet. While our dog will never be cured, the changes in her are dynamically different. She also gets so excited when she sees any of us preparing her meals now. She would most likely write a thank you card if she could. Plus the automatic orders and local delivery is a blessing! Having a toddler and remote learner at home doesnt allow me the opportunity to go to store much these day. So thank you for the awesome service you provide our community.

I went into Healthy Pet yesterday looking for a new food for my two special needs pups. Their vet advised that they lose some weight which would make it easier for them to get around. Megan is a paraplegic, Popcorn is a puppy mill survivor with a deformity to his front legs. I spoke to Nicole and she was wonderful! She didnt suggest the most expensive foods in the store and in fact, I came home with one that was a third of what I thought Id be spending. She also gave me a bunch of samples and a safer alternative to one of the supplements my vet prescribed for them. Being disabled, my pups do need a variety of supplements and I think Nicole knows more than my vet does in that regard so well be going back for more soon. Switching my dogs from a canned food to a dry kibble, I was concerned they wouldnt eat it. They wolfed their new food down! I couldnt be happier. Thanks, Nicole!

Took my puppy there around 1 picked him up just a few minutes ago, and you should see him so cute and adorable. hes nice and clean now. they trimmed off some areas I was unable to do and trimmed his nails as well as clean his ears all for $30.00. prices vary depending on the size of your dog and or type, overall nice friendly staff good experience. #cute and friendly ❤

Had my dogs Hank and Tilly dropped off for grooming. Hank came back with a bloody and missing front dew claw! I requested his hind end b shaved so I can clean him up if necessary (hes a great pyrenees so very long hair). Pour guy had razor burns all over his back legs and the groomer must have hurt his hips because he cant walk. If I Hank doesnt get better Ill b seeing u people in person. I dont know why I cant post this without giving 1 star, deserve 0!

I have taken my dog here for 6 years and was always satisfied until my last visit. They have a new employee named Atlas that is rude, abrasive, and argumentative in his demeanor. He also did a horrible job on my dog. He viciously yanked and pulled and yelled when he was handling the dog. He then lectured me on formal training that I have to do if I wanted to continue to bring my dog in. Note that not one employee ever had a problem with my dog, a yellow lab, until he did.To compound the problem Nicole, the manager, refused to take or return my calls to discuss the matter.Dog owners be careful if this maverick employee is assigned your pet!I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Weve had a lot of healthy and natural pet stores open in this area recently, but I always come back to Healthy Pet. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have helped me with many of my pups most challenging issues including calming and allergies.My latest senior pup Chaz says go! Its his favorite store. 😁

OMG! I wish I had read John Morales review, before this morning! I had the same experience with Atlas. I’ve been bringing our dog to Healthy Pet for over 5 years now and have always been happy with both groomers we’ve had. Atlas was rude and abrasive and I was getting flash back to a groomer we dealt with Petco 6 or so years back in Naperville. Wondering if it is the same person? He claimed 15 years of grooming experience but didn’t know the first thing about customer service or being respectful. Unlike John, just the initial exchange put me off to the point that I no longer felt comfortable getting my dog groomed by him. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EITHER.

We LOVE coming to Healthy Pet! When I ask my puppy if she wants to go shopping she knows were in for a good time. The staff is so friendly and they have a birthday program you can sign your pets up for. They have a huge selection of treats, toys and anything else you could need for your furry or feathered friends. Some of the toys can be a bit pricey, but they have tons of options. While we havent used it yet, they do also offer grooming services here.

Wide selection of treats and foods. Was able to finally find a treat one of my cats will eat she is so picky, the other less picky. Better scratching box prices then normal stores. And found two new collars out of their extra small dog collection that my cats liked. They choose their own collars after i got them home and woofed down on the treats. And have enjoyed them almost every day since.

What a wonderful pet store. They have food here that is super healthy and cannot be found at other regular chains. They also had puppies that were for adoption and adult dogs too. They had three precious kitties for adoption and wish I could have taken them. All in all this is a great pet store.

First time being here. Was a little nervous to get my new dog his first haircut. Went to Groomer Giselle because she was recommended by a friend. She did such an amazing job with my dog and I’m super impressed. I’m happy and my dog is happy :) definitely come here they clean your dog, cut hair and nails and brush teeth for very cheap!!!

I love buying my dogs good stuff, and I find all that I want here. I change my dogs food every bag we get, and I do not buy highly farmed animal like beef, chicken, Turkey, pork. I generally get lamb, wild fowl, bison, venison, etc. I find great products and good prices. I also find the real gross stuff that I absolutely love treating my dogs with. I do not buy hard treats that you cant indent with your fingernail, so sometimes a variety is hard to find. My go to treats are skin, organs, and general animal parts. My last trip I picked up 26lbs of Instinct or ND venison, 2 duck heads, 3 beef uteruses, a pack of lamb tripe, freeze dried lamb patties 2lb, ostrich jerky, and 5 Fromm cans of wet food as they were buy 4 get 1 free. My total was $120! That is a good price as all that nasty that I buy gets expensive. The store knows I buy that gross stuff and will periodically put some aside for me as I go in about every other month and a half. LOVE IT.

Great place to buy top tier dog food. They also offer grooming services in the back of the store. They also have a loyalty program for the dog food purchases, which gives discount coupons. We also like that they support area rescues with adoption events. If you are looking for a cat, they usually have a few in the store to give the rescue a better opportunity to place it in a home. They do not sell pets, they just support home based rescues by sharing their great space. This store is just North of the outlet mall.

Great place for healthy dog food none of the additives and preservatives needed

Store was large and seemed like they had many options for food. We went in for toys and other miscelanious items and it seemed they only kept one or two of anything in stock as lots of the spaces by the toys were empty. Not a bad store for something quick but have been going to Pet People or Krisers instead for the customer service as Im a first time puppy owner.

After my friend recommended that I start feeding my dog a specific brand of food (American Natural Premium), I found out that this was one of the few places in the area that offered it. Good selection of food, chews, and toys for dogs (I have a heavy chewer, so antlers are one of the few safe options, and they offer a buy by weight option). I havent tried out their grooming, but I hear its good.

Let’s just say... this pet store is AMAZINGI take a 10 mile drive past many pet store in my area to Healthy Natural Pet because...Staff is always wonderful.Prices are way better than their competitors.AND the selection well, better then any store out there!I hope they do well and stay around for a very long time.

When first walking in, it is a little overwhelming just how many unfamiliar products there are to choose from. The staff here is super helpful though and you can tell truly are animal people. Much like myself. The range and quality of the products that line the shelves here is actually quite impressive once you get over the unfamiliarity of not being in a big box store. I must also mention prices - WAY less than I expected. Competitive even! This place is definitely worth checking out with youre a pet parent that wants the best products for them.

I did some research on holistic pet stores and found the store a while ago. It offers a huge selection of good pet food and supplies. I have a cat with idiopathic cystitis that has to have wet food and also takes holistic urinary drops. I use a calming diffuser to help keep him calm which reduces the flare up of his urinary issues. I have a dog with allergies which causes ear infections and skin irritation. Then I have another dog that is a picky eater. So long story short this pet store carries everything I need. The foods they offer are good and they have good snacks and supplements. The staff is always so nice, helpful and informative on most of the items they sell. Overall, i love that this store is in my area to help provi the items I need for my pets.

The people here are super friendly, helpful, and honest. I was once charged double for an item, and they called me the next day to let me know and it credit my account. To be honest, I doubt I would have noticed, but I really appreciated their how honest they were and how quick they were to rectify the situation. Aside from that, there is a great selection of healthy pet food and toys.

Great selection of pet products and services (grooming) in a convenient location. Healthy pet may be more expensive than big box stores for your pets needs, but the products they carry are high-end in comparison and their customer service is incomparable. Also, their groomers have always done a great job on our dogs, weve taken 4 different dogs there over the last 6 years.

Helpful staff, great information, lots of choices. Anytime my dog or cat have an issue, they work with me and my vets recommendations to find a solution that works for my family. I love checking out new stuff, and finding items that arent available everywhere.

They do a wonderful job of keeping their product lines fresh. Very knowledgeable of all things they carry, from food to treats, and nutritionals to toys! My furr babies and I have never been disappointed in any product weve purchased over the years.

It looks like the store is struggling, which is sad. I dont think it helps that they prominently display a chew toy depicting a US President at the checkout line. It didnt rub ME the wrong way, but the way the country is right now, and with a business that looks like its only a few months away from biting the dust, thats probably not the brightest move on managements part.

Called us when a product arrived wed been searching for and held it until we could get to the store which was several days later. If I could give a zero I would . Was not greeted when I came in. Both girls were behind the register on their cell phones. When I was walking up to the register the girl with the glasses on was filing her nails . When I asked her a question she didnt even answer me the other girl on her cell phone did. They never asked me if I needed any help!!!!! Worst customer service ever. I was in their last night

From the time I dropped off Lucy to when they called to say she was done was only an hour and a half! They really cleaned her up and got rid off any mats she had. Definitely going back to Kayla for her next grooming.

Tina always does a wonderful job with my cat and gets her looking so nice. She is a squirmy cat and doesnt like being groomed so know that it is not an easy task. The other guy that rated with a one star states that the customer is always right is actually wrong. Sometimes customers can be miserable, demanding and unreasonable and given that he is the only person that rated this place with one star, speaks for itself. Someone coming in with this attitude and stating that The customer is always right, is typically a problem.If you come in repeatedly and get the same results and you dont like it, go somewhere else.Groomers do not make much money and typically do this job because they love animals so tip them well, they deserve it! They have to deal with various animals temperaments often getting bit, as well as human counterparts mirroring same personalities.

Always great customer service....I generally walk in and show them a photo of what my wife sent me to get. They help me find it courteously and make no mention of my memory fails...
