This Dollar Tree is in dire need of better management---I have been to DTs all over Denver, Littleton and elsewhere--and this store lacks management who truly cares about presentation. This store was filthy, from the entrance rug to almost every aisle--clutter, clutter everywhere. Empty shelves as well...I asked about an item on one of those empty shelves, an associate told me they had it back in stock, but, thats not my job--I dont stock... As with other reviews for this store--the customer line had exactly 18 people waiting to buy. One cashier, but two others hanging around talking on their cell phones. Again--poor management. I will drive a bit out of my way to a Dollar Tree that values its customer base. There obviously is no sense of pride or work ethic here.

I went here to grab a few things I needed for tomorrow. I arrived at the door at 8:36 pm and was met by 2 male employees, a short black guy and a tall white guy with periwinkle colored hair. They told me they were closed. I checked the time and the store sign that says they’re open 12 pm to 9 pm and stated but it’s not 9 pm yet. They said they’re doing inventory. I said okay and left. When I got in the car I turned around and saw the tall guy come outside to lock the door.I understand the process of doing inventory and have done it with and without customers around however, if they were planning on closing for that reason they should lock the doors and have a sign up at the bare minimum. My only guess as to why they don’t is because they aren’t supposed to be closing early to do it and don’t want to take extra time after closing.Either way, it inconvenienced me. I still would have been inconvenienced with the sign posted but the sign would’ve been a more direct and professional way to do it vs the way they did it where it seems sneaky.

Really good bread selection. Their nail polish and makeup section is good too. One of my favorite dollar tree stores to go to. It looks small on the outside, but the selection of products is very good.They need to bring Velveeta cheese sauce packs back!! Those are the best for making Mac and cheese at home.Edit: since I made this review the Velveeta cheese sauce packs are back!!!

They have a sign on the store that says they don’t open until 12 what kind of lazy store does not open until noon. Wow

Juan is the lazyest and worst employee Ive met at this location. He literally told me he wasnt gonna open another lane after I waited 20 min in line with a line down the isle. They just need to shut down this location its nasty, dirty and minority of the employees are rude and act like they dont even want to be here. They also close whenever they want, I went there three times in one week and couldnt even go in because the open late and close early. I will be driving 3 miles down the street to a better one.

Had very little stock. I walked the store several times thinking I must be missing aisles. Had a drunk guy behind me in line, singing (not DT’s fault). Yes, I could smell the booze. This whole plaza is sketchy. Since I can drive, I’ll drive further to another DT.

I love the deals, the store was busy but the staff is good about attending to customers quickly. It could be a little neater but, its understandable because they dont seem to have a big staff. Overall, this is the place to go for snacks and toiletries !! Cant beat the prices!

This location isnt one of the locations I normally go to. There were a bunch of empty spots on shelves and needed a 2nd checker a majority of the time I was in the store. I left with half of the items I was looking for. Maybe I hit the store at an off time. Id go back to this location.

Awesome store, always have a variety of things, even tho they are always shorthanded your cashiers always smile and are kind they dont let their stress show, and i know they have got to get stressed, kerp up the great work i give yoy 5 stars

Only one person at cash till. Manager and other people just sit in the office. No one to help customers and if you call the manager for help she will show you attitude and point out towards the racks and say to find out by yourself. If i could find it by myself why would i ask for help. Mangers name acording to her is leisley.Worst customer service ever.

The store was basically empty and the shelves were not restocked.

Had just what I wanted, but the line was crazy long.

Messy not so clean,was not stocked well,had issues with guy cashier who seems to have not thawts about ever packing a bag???? LOL he put breakable stuff under the heavy items:( but all in all was good:) lines short,(I STOPED IN TO PIC UP A FEW THINGS:1/17- AND IT CLOSES ONE HOUR EARLY ON SUNDAYS!?!? SO I HAVE TO RIDE A BUS THAT RUNS ONCE PER HOUR ON WKENDS:(!! No ma’am. The company built public restrooms for customers and they decided they are only for employees. They also don’t have carts to shop with at night. Lines backed up around corners. This store is a desiccated trash pile. Ghetto ghetto ghetto.

I like it,because everything is a dollar and many times there are balances from other Stores

Rebecca watched as her employees struggled with long lines down aisles, made a RUDE scarcastict announcement over the intercom thanking customers for waiting in a single line and being called to the register. Told the customer in front of me she had to GO. She walked in the back grabbed her belongings and left. No apology no customer service COURTESY and no manager etiquette at all! She sets a great example for her workers and this company.

Worst Dollar tree in Aurora! Line going all the way back to the end of store and only a single register open. Then on top of that, the employees are super rude!

I am staying with my son, for a brief while. The items in question at his home were very nice, then when asked were he got them he said at theDollorTree.They have a quality and look as if he had went to department store. Nice!!!☺ Reason for 3 stars just wish they had an ability for handicap people to shop more Electric Carts wider iIes for chairs. But other than that great store.

This is the worst dollar tree i have ever shopped in. The employees are very rude. This must be the store corporate forgot. Lines long. Manager just standing around.

This place has never been nice, but it’s usually been tolerable. The broken window outside is a nice touch. The cashier claiming she’s got no control over her conveyor belt was, too. (Past employee; I call BS). Oh, and sending one of our items off with the previous customer—awesome job.

They were out of some items that I needed. Looked like they were restocking the shelves. Asked the associate for assistance and she was quite pleasant and friendly. Willing to help me locate the items that were in stock.

The place was so messy. The freezer section was picked clean and what was left was broken product. Only one employee was working. I suggest going to another dollar store.

There are 2 people just hanging out and laughing while one cashier is handling a line of 10+ people. Try another store. King Soopers is right next door and just as cheap.

Everything is clean and organized, and great selections. My mom was visiting from out of state and she even commented on how nice this store was compared to ones she had back home.

Give 1 star only because they refuse blow other balloons not their own. Why ?? If I pay full price why I cant blow which print I like ? Well, seems like they dont want make more money

They welcome you as soon as you walk in. They have great items and great people.

The store is vety cluttered and unorganized. Horrible customer service and extremely long waits as store inadaqutely staffed. We waited in line for 10 mins plus before being told the entire stor was cash only because the card reader was not working on any of the machine. The employees and manager did not apologize for the wait or bad experience rather they quietly and very slowly continued to try to get the ridiculously long line down .

Love the dishes here. You wouldnt think to find them here. Great prices on dishes, bowls, glasses etc.

This place has okay selection but its almost always. Out of a lot of basic things.

I was looking for a thing I used to buy from them for couple years, but didnt find it. I am not sure if that was a store owner change or stuff doesnt exist anymore, but I was upset.

It is wonderful to be in dollar tree store.You will find the most things you want in the store.customer service is excellent.After all I am happy.

Store Manager (Kenneth) seemed lazy. Was just walking around the store. Lines were backed up. A cashier called for assistance and he didn’t come up. I stood in line for about 20 min until he decided to show up.
