Worst delivery experience I have ever had. They have no idea what they are doing. Was told our Samsung Refrigerator from Sams Club would be here between 9:30 am and 1 30 Pm and they would call 1/2 hour before they arrive. They called me at 8 am and said they were at my house and nobody was there. They told me they would have to reschedule. They office called me back at 8:45 and told me they would be there at 9:30 so I rushed home and unloaded my entire refrigerator. With everything melting a 9:45 I called the driver and he said he would be here at 3:30 Pm. I called the office back and there only answer was sorry I dont know what happened. So I reload the entire refrigerator and wait till 320 pm and unload it again. At 3:40 the driver calls to tell me they are 30-40 minutes away. It is now 4:51 and nobody at the office or the driver will answer their phones. Horrible service all the way around.
I had some home gym equipment delivered and installed by XPO. Beginning to end the process was painless and clearly communicated.Within hours of my delivery arriving at their warehouse I got an automated call informing me delivery/install would be four days later, day before I received a time window in the afternoon, and the day of they let me know they could arrive early.The installers were in/out within 30 minutes, were super friendly, and cleaned up all packaging.I couldnt have asked for a smoother experience.
Zero stars. Im honestly tired of this delivery company. I havent even received my package yet. I ordered a pool table in March, scheduled the delivery for April 13th and never received it. They rescheduled me for the 17th and then the 18th two hours after scheduling me for the 17th. I called corporate as well as the Aurora location to make sure we would receive our package on the 18th and they said no, it will be there the week of the 18th at some point. Then I got a call saying it would be here the 20th so I called the 19th to make sure I was still on track to receive my package. They said no we are only scheduled for local jobs this week so now they have rescheduled me for the week of the 25th. I dont know how they expect people to work their lives around the delivery when they are constantly rescheduling. Im not the only customer having this problem and I wont be buying from another company that uses XPO. Stick to the schedule you make or you will end up out of business. Update: as of April 29th, 2021, these people are still incompetent. I still have not received my package. I spoke with a lady that said they had never received my package but this was an obvious lie since I have been in contact with XPO and they said it was on the truck and would be here today between 9 and 12. My Amazon tracker said there was an attempted delivery but I have been in front of my windows all day and nobody ever showed up. I was informed that was because my package was not loaded onto the truck. Another update: As of May 15, 2021, my package has arrived.
One of the worst experiences I have had with a company in a very long time. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and poor customer service. My large shipment was rescheduled no less than 8 times. The first few I was patient. Then I started calling to get a status and I would get different answers each time. At times they would say the package was there and sometimes it wasnt. Then I started asking for a manager. They would not allow me to speak with a manager, would not connect me to the warehouse, or provide additional resources to resolve our issue. After several weeks I still have not gotten a call back. A very large waste of my time and extremely frustrating experience.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! We have dealt with XPO 3 times, 2 of which are with this actual branch each time we had either items missing or delivery dates changed multiply times for every reason under the sun!!!This time we are waiting on furniture that were originally scheduled to be delivered May 31st it is now June 17th and our scheduled delivery was changed again because they didn’t have room on their trucks. This morning when we called we spoke to 4 different people the first 2 told us that they would schedule our delivery when they actually had our items, the 3rd told us they had already tried to deliver them at 6:59am and the 4th person told us “oh no they are still on our dock...” when we spoke to the manager she told us it has been rescheduled and confirmed, but she wouldn’t guarantee it would even come next week. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES XPO IT IS ALWAYS A DISASTER!!! Not only that but it you check them out in BBB they are an “F Rating” any company that uses them for their shipping obviously doesn’t care if they have happy customers. And this branch is horrible I am not surprised at all that they have no positive reviews if I could leave negative stars I would.
Disgraceful customer service. Theyre satisfied to schedule deliveries without actually speaking to or informing the customer, and when the customer tries to be proactive to call in and schedule a delivery thats set for Week of, they cant be reached or bothered to communicate.Ive heard about 8 different things from as many customer service representatives at the call center about why my delivery is being moved (again and again) without my knowledge or involvement, but the common denominator seems to be that the local hub is unavailable and unable to provide customer service.
Just wish there were negative stars (or middle fingers). This location in Aurora has had our Simmons Beautyrest mattress since 7 December and still cannot manage to get a truck 100 miles to Pueblo. Blame: the system is wrong, the call enter doesnt know about actual scheduling, its the distance, were going to get it to you on Dec. 15 - no Dec. 21 - no Dec. 28 - no its not going on the 28th - we can send it on Jan. 12th - no were trying to send it the week of Dec. 30. XPO Logistics was a bunch of f^^^ups when they were Conway Freight and they are still a bunch of f***ups. The mattress is standing on its side in a warehouse all of this time, maybe warping - who knows? Promise after promise but still no mattress . . . how hard can this be?
Worst delivery service. Grumpy on the calls. They couldnt find my order. After a month, I gave up and cancelled my order which was through Costco for a washer and dryer. Abysmal is a word that comes to mind.
Should be zero stars. If youre reviewing this company, Im sure you had no choice as to whether or not you had to use them. Sears warned us that we would have problems and we did. We were told to call Sears the night before by 8:30 PM to make sure theyd come on their expected date. I called the night before delivery at 6:40 PM and was told it was too soon. We called the next morning and they said they were not coming and that we had to call Sears to schedule another date and go through this whole process again! We complained enough so they came the next day. New dent on the fridge, scratched on the way in, refused to install the dishwasher, said the washing machine was ready but we turned on the water to the house when they left and the pipes leaked all the way down to the basement!
We have had a long standing relationship with XPO as a carrier. They set expectations for delivery and we have, 100% of the time, come through.Today, I felt what it was like to be on the other side as a customer. This was my first and last experience. They are horrible to the end user. This little last mile terminal has single handedly ruined a long time relationship.I will never do business with XPO again, in any form.
This would be no stars if I could. Took 5 EXTRA days to deliver a full set of kitchen cabinets.Bottom line. If you ever have the choice (which you likely wont), do not choose XPO. XPO should NOT be dealing with consumers directly. They treat consumers horribly. Businesses may have some leverage but end customers do not, and they take advantage of it to cut corners.Friday before we were called with a Wednesday delivery date; on Tuesday the Wednesday delivery date was confirmed, between 9-1. There was no delivery and no contact from XPO. I spent a couple of hours on the phone over a couple of days explaining to them they have a week of delivery, and it better be there by the end of the week. It was not. Turns out they subcontract to a 1 person, 1 truck company to deliver, and they dont make it right if that contractor has an issue.So, I end up believing a confirmed delivery date, and have to pay the people I scheduled to install the cabinets, even though they were delayed. Thanks XPO!
Driver refused to help bring heavy product in without extra payment. I was forced to struggle by myself to get it inside of my store while driver stood there watching. Would not recommend.
Unprofessional, unorganized. It does not surprise me theyve received all 1 stars - and lets be honest here, they recd 1 star because it is impossible to leave a review without at least 1 star. I make sure future purchases will NOT be shipped by this company. If the business does use XPO, I tell them Ill go elsewhere and I tell them exactly WHY.
If this is the company that delivers for Casper mattresses, they suck. Two months wait time? Forget it.
