I purchased a portable AC online and the customer service representative online refused to price match my purchase to Home Depots price. I went to the customer service counter, and without any hesitation, Sean, the supervisor from Arizona immediately addressed my issue without any hesitations. Sean is a breath of fresh air, a really nice guy and an asset to the company. I would go back to this store again for my future needs and would definitely would recommend this store to my other family members and friends. Thank you so much for taking care of me. And I am very happy with my purchase.
Went in to just look for certain items : light fixtures, cabinets. Good selection but not what I wanted. Clean, organized, fair amount of help. Will go again.

I hate and grinned my teeth when I have to come here. It is always difficult to find someone to help. Lowes now may reach out via Google but thats to late. I hate coming to the Lowes on Buckley and Quincy. The one in Havana is a bit better though
Sean the front end supervisor was A M A Z I N G! Not only did he go out of his way for me finding a product (we all know how big Lowes is), but he also showed me how to use what I was looking for! Next DIY project - Ill be back!!!
This is probably about my 3 red time in this store since Ive lived here. I was comparison shopping for a storm door with the prices at Home Depot. Lowes prices were a little higher but they had a better selection of doors. Id definitely recommend checking them out.
I am a huge advocate and shopper of Lowes but I had the worst experience ever at this store. I went on my lunch hour to place a flooring order. That was great - super helpful and relatively quick. I told the associate I would be back later that evening to pick up my order. He said just to come in they would pull the items and I could pick them up. I arrived at the store at 5:30 and went to the curbside pick up and phoned in. I waited for nearly an HOUR and after calling the curbside pick up line for 5 minutes straight and no one answered I went into the store. I spoke with the Assistant Manager who was helpful in getting me connected with the gentleman working the pick up desk. After waiting and waiting and waiting I finally was told to go to the Pro side pick up. Fine, happy to do so. More waiting, more waiting and more waiting. Finally after nearly 2 hours I was able to load up my vehicle and leave. This was beyond ridiculous. I had two pallets of flooring, some underlayment, glue. It should have been done so much sooner. I only received an explanation from the Assistant Manager but not one single person apologized for the wait/delay nor kept me in the loop on what was happening. I heard that Justin was working on it. Not good enough. This is the closest store to my new home but I will definitely drive farther as I am not returning to this store again.
Staff will help you find whatever you need, multitude of options in each department and for each type of product and it appeared well stocked. It wasnt too busy and self checkout is quick.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!! IF I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased numerous items for install. It is impossible to reach customer service or even a manager. It took 3 months for a simple order. When I have to drive up to this location and get told weve refunded you plenty even though the manager Shawn stated he would take care of us, its absolutely ridiculous. Its not my fault the vendors cant do the job or install things properly.Id rather go to Home Depot or ace or even Best Buy at this point and will take my business there moving forward. I wish I wouldve seen this rating before spending thousands of dollars
Ordered these custom doors in March. The project specialist never got back to me about when they were delivered to the store. I finally went to the store nd the doors were sitting in the back room. Craig Klosterman didnt even know they were there. They had been there for 5 days. I scheduled an install for the 17th of May. On May 17th I was informed the doors were made too large for the door opening,no way to make them smaller because of the covering over the wood frame. 2 1/2 months and pella made the wrong doors. 4 years ago Lowes sent the wrong color cabinets for kitchen. I was told not to rely on pictures or samples in the store for exact colors. Im through with Lowes. Unless its a bag of mulch dont ever go there
We were recently at the Aurora location on Havana St looking at a patio dining set. They had been out of stock but a great guy by the name of Jason Culpepper helped us out. He searched to see when they might be getting another shipment in and said he would keep us updated. He called me the next morning before 9am to let me know 1 had come in over night. He pulled it for me and set it aside so it was ready when I got there. Great guy providing great service. Even though we do not live in Aurora, we will definitely be back to this store. Thanks again Jason and whoever the manager is...give this guy a raise.
Found everything we needed. Staff helpful. Im impressed with their Veterans only parking spaces. Awesome.
Called twice (40 minutes each time) to make sure I can pick up a dishwasher I bought and paid for that my email said should be ready. No answer either time and the line just disconnected. Stood in line for over 30 minutes at the “pickup” counter with no one in front of me (just waiting to be helped) with no customer service. When I was finally helped I was told “there’s no breadcrumb trail and we don’t know where it is.” Only to wait another 20 minutes without getting my item. This store is terrible, this is why I stick with Home Depot. Leave this location to fail and just go to Home Depot where customers are respected.
Pretty limited vegetable garden options at this location. Im late but so is the season. At least 6 other people were there looking for the same. Tomatoes and zucchini and basil is all that didnt look scrawny. Looks like Ill have to go to a real garden center.
I shop here mainly because its the closest... A bit more expensive than home depot Id say, but same thing different brands.
Very busy Lowes store, especially at this time of year. Excellent customer service at this Lowes location. We called this location and spoke with a gentleman named Rocky; helocated the mower and proactively pulled the mower down from the top shelf. When we got to the store he even helped us load it into our vehicle. I am very thankful for kind people like Rocky, made my day... Before calling and going to this store, my wife and I were visiting and calling different locations trying to find a specific lawn mower, and we were not finding much help or success. (I rarely write reviews.)
Walking by the customer service desk there was a tall older man with glasses having a very inappropriate conversation. Loudly I might add. It was very demeaning to women and I’m surprised the women standing with them wasn’t uncomfortable because the ten seconds I heard was enough to be disgusted. Then we walked to the flooring department and it was closed off due to getting pallets from the overhead. So I stood there for about five minutes and after being looked at without any greeting, I finally said, how long will it be before you reopen the area? His reply: It’s going to be awhile we have three more to take down. So I asked for him to call someone. I heard one call over the intercom and no one ever showed, so I left without ever getting any customer service. Guess I will have my flooring replaced elsewhere! Hopefully, management will handle the inappropriate workplace conversations because customers don’t need to hear about “womens privates”

Came over several days to get some glass cut. Customer service paged for help many times but no one came. When I flagged staff down they said they were too busy.Home Depot staff always have time for me.
I will NEVER shop here after today and I have shopped here for years. My last straw was today while trying to buy a security door. It was a terrible experience. Still no door and now I have to wait for a refund. Bought a lawnmower, got home, it was full of grass and missing parts. Came up to buy a de thatcher but inventory on line didn’t match the store and the only person who would help could not find the product. Waste of time and money. Cannot reach corporate to leave my grievances. Guess I’ll order a security door from Amazon because I won’t step foot on there again.

I hate to say it but this place is pretty much like the rest of this shopping area, staff suck, always looks as if everyone hates their jobs. No one seems to smile, paddling lot always a pain. It is close to me so i go,. I hate that theres not another one close by.
Went in early May to order several thousand dollars of lumber to be delivered. Gave my order list to someone who managed to completely screw up the order which I didn’t notice until I got home and went over it. Next day I go back to fix the order and waited over an hour for service at the pro desk while one guy was writing up a trailer sale which, I understand may take some time, but maybe call over some help for your other customers when you know you’ll be indisposed for an hour. Anyway, delivery day arrives and they never show up, late that afternoon I call and they say they’ll get it out to me soon. Truck shows up and there is maybe 20 percent of my order. I talk to the driver and he promises he’ll have the rest to me first thing in the morning. Well, around 9-10, he calls and says he can’t get loaded but will let me know when he’s able to get help and when he’ll be on his way. So I wait. So again evening rolls around and now I’m on the phone with Lowe’s management trying to get things sorted. But as frustrating as everything so far has been, I can deal with delays and mistakes but lies and false promises are going to piss anyone off. I’m talking to Sean(?), the manager and he “apologizes” and offers a rebate for each of the missed deliveries. Meanwhile the truck finally shows up and driver is calling so I end up getting cut off. Next morning I try calling and cannot get through to anyone and caught in automated phone loop from hell that puts you on hold for 15 minutes then goes dead and no person will answer phone all day. Finally get through and I’m able to speak with a different manager who says he’ll look into it and honor the rebate promised. I ask if he needs anything from me, he says no, it’ll all be taken care of. So about a week later I’m looking at my statements and don’t see any rebates and try to call again. Guess what. Another automated phone loop from hell that won’t let you speak with anyone. I don’t have time to deal with that again so F. it, it’s not worth it.
We went to exchange water bottles, they kept charging us 6.99 for the returns. And then when she realized the mistake she proceeded to yell at us. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience with this store . Not every lowes is as unfriendly as this one. On a scal of one to 5 this stoe gets a -1. Staff need customer service training.
Worst retail experience in my entire life. Ordered a dishwasher, it got cancelled, ordered again. Finally delivered, broken. Had it picked up. Never got refunded. Called the store 20 times in one day with no answer. No one to help, got send to voicemails, waiting, calls dropped. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is forcing me to give them one star, I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT go to there.
Charged for a dishwasher that was delivered damaged and unusable. We returned the dishwasher and have still been charged for it even after two months.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called the store and been hung up on by employees and managers when I’ve been put on hold. We’ve spoken to the delivery manager, who assured us this would be resolved. But two weeks on, he has not followed up nor can we get in contact with him.This must be the most mismanaged store for the entire chain.
Waited over an hour in the appliance section at the desk. Paged twice no help walked around asking for help. Still denied.. left Lowe’s... went to the Home Depot, bought a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven/stove. All on the new Home Depot credit card. I bet the manager the manager reading this review is cringing.. ;)
Called for help about five or six times I and another customer. For a screw to install Appliance mounting and no one came me and another customer had to assist ourselves. And if it wasnt for the other customer helping me, I wouldnt have gotten out with the right size of screws.So thank you to the other customer for helping me.No thanks too Lowes you guys have poor service. One of the worst Ive experienced.

Excellent selection, extremely helpful staff. They were kind enough to drop a pallet of space heaters in the off season to the floor so I could purchase one during some unexpected cold spring weather, where other stores had been out or unwilling to help if they had them in stock. Serious kudos to these guys, shoutouts to Michael and Jacob. Aside from this particular hunt I was on, you can find just about whatever other hardware supplies you could possibly want or need for around the house.

Had to return an item that didn’t work for what I needed. Jazmin at the return desk was on the phone so I waited. She waved me up still on the phone. I didn’t have the receipt but I did have the card I bought it with. Not an expensive item. Les then $10. She was rude, didn’t talk with me but gave all attention to person she was on the phone with. She side whispered to me that the return would go back on my card then printed a receipt and walked away. I was the only person in line by the way. She was not busy with customers in line. I’mNot looking for white glove treatment but at the very least not rude.
Great location, usually very clean and well stocked with adequate assistance staff. Can be short on checkout staff at times, so be patient or time your outing during the week.

It was all good to go until I grief to cancel. To cancel you have to enter your cell number for a verification code. Almost immediately I started to get scam calls. 6 within the first hour. Absolutely unexcusable.
It was spacious.. to move around.. I purchased a thermostat from them that required replacing battery CR 2450 they didnt have in stock.. needed wire cut for project couldnt find the right assistance... do to the pandemic it was understood... the lack of.. over all still satisfied.. Even with the OCD,,, over excessive clerk That couldnt stand any money not being faced the same way.. delay AZ she gets everything face right
Albert may be the nicest man I have ever met. I got more plants than I planned on getting originally...and while I was waiting in line at the garden center (scooching my bag of soil up to the register with my feet since my arms were full), he grabbed me a cart and helped me put everything in it. And then when I was in the parking lot he was getting ready to take a bunch of carts inside so I rushed over and added mine to all of them so he didnt have to come back out. After I did that he said thank you to me and was genuinely so nice and so helpful. He seems like an amazing employee and DEFINITELY deserves some recognition.Everyone in the garden department has also ALWAYS been extremely kind and helpful. Super nice employees all around.
The black head cashier guy is the rudest person I’ve experienced in retail. I’m hard of hearing so my voice isn’t very loud and he was yelling at me to “SPEAK UP” and making feel less of a person. I will NEVER come here because of him and I am contacting corporate.
Had an experience at Lowe’s today they were the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking too. Was buying two air conditioners the were under a sign that clearly stated $159 each got up to check out the lady says no they’re $300. I believe she called the manager over he said no way $300 and that’s it. There’s lots of pictures I took showing they we ever clearly marks and sitting under the $159 dollar sign. Went back to check again to customers were loading up carts with a few and I told them the manager says $300 and the said no he would honour it so they were mad and put themBack. He said he isn’t responsible for customers moving the boxes when the loaded them in that spot. The told us and another customer we need to learn to read the label those boxes should have never been put under that number in the 1st place. The manager was condescending and inept and lacked customer skills period. I have picture to show
I must say at the beginning there was a lady at customer service who acted very very rude to me after my purchase of more than 3k purchase. Well at the end I must also say Danny in plumbing made the magic in customer service. He was very polite, apologetic for the other rude customer service lady, and he worked with me from start to end. He was very patient and researched where he needed to do so for all my orders. Danny I want to thank you very much. God Bless you and your heart always for how you treat us. THANK YOU DANNY!!!!!!

Ordered a patio set in early April. They didn’t have the chairs. Pushed back the order several times so they could deliver everything at once which was fine. I understood that there was a shortage. They called me and scheduled an appointment for today to deliver everything.They called me yesterday and told me they don’t have the table now and can’t even order it. The same person who called me multiple times to push back the order said they never had the table despite her telling me when we scheduled the appointment for today that they had everything. She also kept asking me who I talked to before. No one ever identified themselves but it sounded like the same person who I talked to at least three times to push back order.Will not shop at Lowe’s again. Cancelled the order. Work on your customer service. Being dishonest is not appreciated. Tried to talk to a manager and got disconnected.
Don’t go to the Lowe’s on Havana & Mexico in Aurora, Colorado. Aweful, aweful place. Could not get any help from anyone. Everyone walking or standing around looking at their phones but no one willing to help. Ask for manager they never showed up. Ready to buy a washer and dryer - no prices on items - no one to help - just an aweful experience. Waste of time and very frustrating!! Guess I will try Home Depot. Hoping for a better experience!”

Buying baseboard. Their pricing and inventory both wrong. Lovely. Said they had 23, only had 4. I get 1-2 walk out with theft but 19?! Worker was heinously unhelpful — what we have out is what we have. So your systems are off by 19 8’ baseboards?! That’s a big difference. He shrugged and said you’ll have to go to another location. Wow. This reinforces my habit of Home Depot, a random trip to Lowe’s and this is the experience. No thanks.
I’ve lived nearby this store for 2 years now, and this is the worst run hardware store I’ve ever been in. I wish I had closer alternatives. Their inventory management is atrocious. I’m never able to find what I need. The online inventory is always off, and the managers are afraid to talk to customers…such a shame
Let me tell you about my experience ordering a new dishwasher from Lowes. On 6/9/21 I walked into the Lowes on S Havana St to place the order as I already did my research online and knew what I wanted. Found the dishwasher and worked with a sales associate to make the purchase/schedule the install. First it took the sales associate over an hour to get this done. Why? I dont know but by the time it was over I wanted out of there. Anyway, I was told it would be 4-7 days for the dishwasher to get delivered to the store and then a 3rd party delivery company would contact me to get it the delivery scheduled. About 2 weeks later...no call from Lowes, no call from the delivery company. So I called Lowes to get an update on 6/23, after getting placed on hold multiple times, waiting over 30 minutes only to be told I need to speak to Deliveries...which is closed. Great customer service. So I called back on 6/24 and spoke to Deliveries. They stated the store had the dishwasher the entire time! They gave me the number to the delivery company and told me to call them to find out when it was scheduled to be installed...God forbid any Lowes employee lift a finger to do any work for a customer. I called the number and of course nobody answers and just goes to voicemail. Needless to say by this point Im done with Lowes. Im on hold now with the seventh or eighth rep getting this dishwasher cancelled. I should have gone to Home Depot. Dont make the same mistake I did......
Came to pick up a order. Called curbside pick up no one picked up. Wouldn’t be a huge deal but I had knee surgery and limping around. Not the first time it’s happened either.
Went in for an ego trimmer. Inventory showed 5 in stock, they were a being returned as damaged. Rocky who realized my frustration and was able to get one working and with all parts. I left the store with a trimmer and extra filling. Works like a dream.
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Andy, the only store manager at this location today. After a hectic day, he still was friendly and helped me cut some lumber, (twice actually because I messed up my project calculations) half an hour before closing tonight. Thank you again for your help!

Mike back by windows and doors was THE ONLY helpful person. Some kid in electrical wouldn’t help find more light bulbs, the guy in flooring has no clue what he’s talking about, Emily up front assured me the light bulbs I did get (that were open) haven’t been returned. This store is a joke. Home Depot provides way better service!

I came to this store to by grass turf, I asked JAMES that is manager, he called someone for help, I am still waiting for someone to help me Ive been waiting on islde 65 for about40 minutes, JAMES came to meunprofessional and rude saying there is no one that can help me at this time everyone is busy.The store keeps pageing no one is her very UNPROFESSIONAL
Thos store has serious issues with filling orders. Orderd some stair treads and risers and system showed they were on thier way for months. Had to call thier corporate number to get the store manager to look into it. Part of the oder was sitting I the back the whole time. Order was incomplete. Was told to take the partial order and they would call when the rest of the order arrived and would be charged then.Got an email said the order was complete and got charged for the while order. Called several times and the phone would ring and ring. Finally reached someone at the store and I was transfered so I could check to see if missing items are in stock (not my job). Got transfered a couple of times and hung up on. Lady said they will check to see if they are in stock and will call back. My job as a customer is to place orders and pay you. Your job is to fill those orders in a timely manner. Right now I am missing part of a months old order that I have been charged for.

Its a basic Lowes warehouse store. One thing I will say about Lowes, as compared to Home Depot, is that they seem to have a very strong hiring policy for people with some kind of special or different status. They go out of their way to employ veterans, and also seem to prioritize hiring people with disabilities. I appreciate that in such a large employer.
Awfull.No one to help you in lumber. I waited 20 minutes for somebody to and help me load drywall 13 sheets. Next time I came by nobody working in that section knew where to find brackets to attach my wooden fence to metal posts. Waited AGAIN For 10 minutes for someone to help me find brackets. Nobody ever showed up so I just left.
Got some plants there, and the staff in the greenhouse area are so friendly!
Their website said everything was in stock. We got there and the shelves were empty! Never bought anything. Plus the staff sent us from aisle 15 265 looking for the stuff that wasnt there! Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. We moved less than a mile from lowes almost 7 years ago and have been shopping there since. I got a lowes account years ago. I pay with the card to get the discount. Then I have paid off my card with a check while still there. This time 6 of your employees (including 4 managers) had no idea how to do this. Are you guys that hard up from money you are forcing your customers to NOT pay, only to gain interest on their accounts? How hard should it really be for me to pay off my card for a business I am physically in at the time?Why get a card from Lowes if it has no benefits for me? I waited in three lines, while your associates grabbed people after me to help, I wasted more time than the 5% discount I get. Home depot is sure looking good now.
Dec2020 update:Kitchen Cabniet special order can take up to 8 weeks and the process was very time consuming. The lady who no longer works there helped me with the order designed my sink width at 30in which forced me to buy a custom 27in sink not a good experience.After install I went back to the store and explained my order to Brian the Kitchen department manager. He took a closer look at my order and gave me a follow call and agreed to refund me the initial 20% off promo that was not applied.Overall I am a much satisfied customer and I’ll be using Lowe’s for many years for future special order projects because I know they care about customer service recovery. Go Brian!Dec2019 window shades:I purchased Allen + Roth top-down cellular shades for my entire house. Emily V. from decor department spent two hours pass her shift just to finish our orders for me and another customer. I recommend talking with Emily prior to any window treatment purchase. My visit to Lowes this afternoon was just grand. They had loads of plants and flowers all beautiful and ready for homes to be beautified with them.
Helpful staff, products easy to find. Lumber is still limited choices in some products, though.
Ordered a very simple online order of 5 items and a cart total of $48. Its been two days and absolutely no update on when It will be ready. Then I had to create an account so I could log in to cancel it, only to find out two of my items were already canceled and my whole order was still being prepared. I did not receive one call or email about anything. Good thing I waited two whole days for nothing. This Lowes is always so unhelpful. I went inside and no one wanted to help me even though there were no other guests near by. They also told me to come back once i received an email stating it was complete... once again no update even as I was standing in front of them. If I could rate this Lowes a zero I would.
The store was very clean and I bought a beautiful orchid, which was why I was there!!
Awful! They made us wait about an hour to get a key cut on Havana St. Customer service called the associate 3 times, being extremely rude and unsatisfied that we asked them to do it again(i did it already, what can else can I do?). Nobody could help us, telling us they had no idea where the associate is and when he would show up. When at last he appeared coming from the main entrance door and began to work, he said he was unable to cut the keys, because they were not on his database. Regular keys, nothing unusual! We lost one hour of our time and gained horrible experience with this store. It was not the first time, by the way. Every time we need to ask somebody about something, it takes us ages to find an associate in charge. No wonder people buy from Amazon more and more often.
This Lowes employees were very amicable and directed us to exactly where we needed to go and what we were looking for was in stock which was very helpful.

The staff does the absolute best they can and they are trying so hard you can tell they want to help everyone and are struggling due to the multitude of other duties. So they need more people
They have everything you need for home improvement, gardening and flowers. Redo your closet, build a fence, fix plumbing issues ect... Staff is knowledge, helpful and friendly.
This order was supposed to be canceled a long time ago. Someone from the store called asking how a Stella product was and I had no idea what they were talking about. After getting off the phone they said I picked this order up that I did not. Im assuming my card was charged and the employee stole the item I tried calling the store but got hung up on before I got a live person so I called back and just rings forever and no one answers.
Great if you go during their slow times, they unfortunately only have one cashier at any point in time, so expect 40+ mins in the checkout lane if you go on the weekend when the sun is up. The staff are very nice and eager to help, this is just an issue with overwhelming managerial incompetence.
I had this young lady in customer service, she was wonderful went out of a way, and was easy on the eyes too. Nonetheless I went up there to get a Bissell pro heat x2 overpaid for it and then warranty on it was 30 bucks for another 2 years. Walmart has the same vacuum $10 cheaper, and a two-year plan for 18 bucks. They were unable to match the prices. which was the only downfall. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Lowes is the only what ever you need establishment that I will shop at for various reasons. This last week I had to return an item and the receipt blew out of my vehicle. The manager went out of her way to electronically track down the transaction with gradatude !!
Consistently lousy customer service. Go to another store or location. Place was totally dead but I still had to wait 30 minutes and told 3 different employees I would like to buy a roller toolbox before I just left.

I am a novice when it comes to anything at Lowes. Cisco and Justyn were EXTREMELY helpful and kind as we stumbled through mounting a TV. Much better experience here than at other home improvement stores.

Overall this trip was very good but lately Ive been very disappointed with inventory. Many of the stocked items arent in stock. Please do better. Thanks 😊

Purchased a washer and dryer for delivery and instal March 2nd, had to cancel my order completely due no communication on my order. I called for a week straight trying to get a status on my delivery and was unable to speak with anyone that could give me that. Every time I called I would get sent to customer service and said delivery wasn’t there to speak with. I even left my name and number for them to call me and never got a call back.
The employees were very helpful.
Got most of what I needed. I asked for help and I never found the item I needed badly.
This is the hardware store you need. Friendly, helpful staff. Accurate stock information can be found on website before going into store. I go out of my way, and avoid the Home Depot closest to my house, to shop here.
Very unhappy with my recent experience here. The store manager (Jason) was very rude, egocentric, and unprofessional. Feel bad for anyone having to work alongside this guy. Wont be back.
The layout of this Lowes is awful and the associates will send you to random isles to look for stuff.

Bill in appliances help us A LOT today getting a new dishwasher. He was very patient and calm even with other customers being well... not the nicest. So definitely ask for Bill and he will make sure you get taken care of!
Very helpful staff. Items were in stock. Pricing comparable to Home Depot yet Lowes had what I needed in stock. Tubular skylight extensions. Even though if you need the whole kit, you will need to order online.

It has been very disappointing. We totally understand that the pandemic has stressed the supply chain and extended completion dates but Lowes was in total control of the customer service. They failed miserably with communication and failing to follow up. Always blaming others when all it takes is a simple call and maybe championing our interests in helping getting the issues resolved and installation complete. Still struggling with refunds.
