This place is really clean and nice. I like that it has a card system so I dont have too touch dirty coins. Nice owners.

Place is decent clean wise my problem is the system of how you pay to wash clothes..you have to purchase a card and it doesnt give change it also does not tell you it doesnt give change. The lady that works there seems friendly. Also, I noticed they sell dollar tree detergent for 5.00 and fabric softener 3.00.. the small yellow tide sample bottles at dollar tree they sell for 3.50..they are reselling things from dollar tree at a high price. The dryers are .35 cents for 10 mins but I got less time..I hope my clothes dry. Also there is a fee for the card🙄

The owners are SO kind! They’re cleaning every couple hours and are always helping customers. It was my first time there yesterday, and I’ve never felt so welcomed in a laundromat. Plenty of machines for everyone and any detergent you might need.

Weve been using this laundromat for a few years now. Its well maintained, clean and the staff is always friendly. Theres also enough machines to choose from. I cant remember ever having to wait for an own machine 👍

The experience wasnt bad at all. The on-site attendant happened to be the owner and he walked me through the entire process.As someone else mentioned, the facility was clean and well maintained, the machines were all working the day I went there and for those of you with munchies there are plenty of snacks located in machines.The best part is: there are machines for those larger (read: comforter) loads and, if you detest doing laundry, there is a laundry service that will not only wash but fold your clothes and have them ready for you to pick up at a later time.Cant go wrong with that.

It was my very first time at this laundromat and my experience was wonderful!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The machines were in excellent condition and immaculate! They have a couple arcade games if you bring kids and a vending machine! I highly recommend anyone in the area or new to the area to come here for your laundry needs

This was my fourth time I’ve used this facility. All four times the place was clean and all but but one machine was not working. It was one I didn’t extend to use anyway. The owner was a good humored guy willing to help his customers. Good place to do your laundry!

Clean facility👏, all the machines work, there is an attendant on site👀. They have clean restrooms 🚻. They sell big bottles of laundry soap as well as small ones. They also sell ice cream🍦and have a vending machine. They provide free WiFi and there are TVs. They have 2 to 5 load machines. This is my second visit and consistently the same results. I have been to several facilities in the area and around Denver that are very disappointing. If you are a rat 🐀🐁 please do not come to this facility and mess it up. 👖👕

This is a clean place, with friendly staff. As I normally do laundry Sunday mornings there is very rarely a crowd of people. The machines are paid through onsite cash cards which are easy to obtain and refill. I am in and out in 90 minutes to 2 hrs, including fold time. The only draw back is no restroom for customers.

Ive never had my clothes get any cleaner than at this laundromat with the couple that owns it are continuously always cleaning up always taking care each time washers being used to dryers being used all the time still cleaning it up to clean I would say the best laundromat Ive ever been to ... And its a good area lite up real good I feel safe and comfortable. Thanks

It was a clean place and the machines worked just fine, the only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that they didnt have a working bathroom which ment I had to go up the street and leave my property unattended. I dont understand how you can have business that charges almost $7 per load and not have a working bathroom i may or may not go back

Wasnt expecting to buy a washcard for 50 cents plus whatever amount you load onto the card ($20 = $19.50) however, as its a brand new place with machines which appeared newer if not new, I went ahead and did so. A sign by the entrance says cleanliness and service are their top priorities and as far as the former goes they get a 5 but because of the card and the restroom being out of order I bumped them down to 4 on the latter. Well see how the place looks 6 months or a year later. BTW...the cards arent reloadable and you have to insert them in the dryer for each cycle. This means its very important to know how much youll need to spend before hand or risk having an amount left on the card that youll have to try to use next time around.

Came here to have two small alterations made. Owner was not friendly. This business is NOT ran with customer service in mind. Will happily take my business elsewhere.Scam? No sir, I attempted to pay for the $20 alterations with a $55 gift card I purchased at your business during a special you ran( buy a prepaid card & get a $10 gift card free). Which you told me was only valid towards washing machines not other services. I suggested this was obviously a miscommunication by YOUR employee who sold me the card when I picked up a previous item I had tailored. I explained I have a washer/dryer & purchased the card for future tailoring & alterations.Your “message delivery” needs work, AGAIN unprofessional. You could have apologized for the miscommunication & I would have understood. *accusing me of fraud is a defamation of character.

I went there for the second time this month to get some laundry done. The first time I got a candy bar from the vending machine and it was old. I had trouble getting my refund back but finally did. The second and the last time I went to do my laundry I left to grab a few things from my car while my clothes were in the dryer. I come back there no where to be found and the guy working there stated it was not his problem and did not want to look through the cameras to pin point who it was. He seemed careless and I will never go there again. If you decide to do your laundry there watch it like a hawk or it will get stolen.

Wasnt open on time and while they state cash-only, they dont take coins. So after arriving, leaving because they werent open despite posted hours and then coming back, I had to go to a bank to exchange coin for dollar bills. Do love their mega load machines

You have to buy a laundry card. The process to buy a laundry card literally took a 1/2 an hour because their machines dont work like theyre supposed to and then they werent even quality enough machines to dry and clean effectively for the same cost of nearby laundromats. Effectively, I spent more money here and more time here for lesser quality laundry services.

I come here to wash queen and king size blankets and other large items I cant fit into my washing machine and dryer home.Things to know: You need to get a laundry card to use the equipment and then you can load cash onto your card. It is non-refundable, so whatever you put on your card stays on the card. This appears to really irritate some other reviewers but I personally dont mind because then Im not having to show up with a ton of singles and loose change. Other people have commented that this laundromat is expensive, but the cost to use the washers and dryers seems to be more or less in line with other laundromats Ive used as far price goes.Pros: This laundromat is clean and well lit. Thats a huge plus for me. Every time Ive been here all the equipment is in working order and the machines are clean. They do offer drinks, snacks, and detergents/cleaners, but they are pricey. I always bring my own. They have washing machines in all different sizes so you can do small loads or huge loads, your choice.Cons: Products are expensive if you need to buy detergent here. They are not open late.

Never use this place for laundry service!!$1 per pound, brought in 5lbs of whites. They have a minimum of $10.No bleach used. Whites dingy. No effort to even fold clothes correctly.Big stain on shirt. I dont if it came in with the stain or not. No attempt to try and remove the stain. Even worse, they put the shirt through the drier with the stain. If you know ANYTHING about doing laundry, you know putting it in the drier will set the stain.Went in. Asked them to do something about the stain. Reminded them I paid double. No attempt to make any corrections. Instead asked to come back when the guy who washed my clothes would be in.Not making another trip for a measly $10. For just $10 they did earn this dingy review.No customer service. Little knowledge of how to treat laundry. Bad business practices.

I really loved it, lively and upbeat. The owners are quiet and helpful. TV for sports games etc. And clean. Safe, well lighted, a bit snug, but everyone is polite!They have a good selection of very large loaders all sizes. They clean well and are well maintained! The large dryers actually dry, so you are in and out. Not wasting money or time! I will return....

Researched a laundromat by reviews, came here, did not disappoint. The owner is here, cleaning, took time to help me get my money card for my laundry. Talked to some of the people, very friendly, most are regular customers or became regular customers due to, service and cleanliness. 5 Stars!!! Other service provided...alterations, plus he will also do your laundry...prices are on the desk.

Clean, easy to use, ample hours, room & parking. Employees seems civil. My ONLY issue for me is, if the hours state 7:30a to 9:30p, probably shouldn’t have customers waiting (30 minutes +) for facilities to open. When you want to get started 1st thing in the am. Perhaps change your signage to show true hours??? Time is valuable...

I have been coming to this location for three months. Today I came in a apologized to the woman on duty because the ladt time I was here I threw up several times because I had taken pain medsfo rmy knees and had nothing to eat.My wife was with me and took the trashbag out to trash to make sure she didnt have to.Today, the male manager said I got sickLast week and I had to explain why and then told me to put a mask on. I told him I just walked in. I asked h I m where his mask was and he said he was leaving. Very NICE place! Lots of machines with various load sizes/options. Very bright and always clean and neat! A nice place to do laundry if you do not have your own machines, this is a great alternative! And a good place for oversize items that do not fit in your machine at home. The card system is also convenient versus plunking coins into machines - makes it super easy! :) This is the first laundromat Ive walked into in many years and Ive been pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience!

I had been here once before years ago when it was under different management. I had a pleasant experience then and I had a pleasant experience now. Everything was nice and clean and the man attending the desk was very nice and helpful. He had a great attitude. I brought in an oversized queen size comforter and some sheets from my bed that wont fit in the washers at my apartment. He directed me to the largest machine. I think I could have used the machine size lower and maybe saved a buck or two but I guess it didnt matter I felt like my clothes were cleaned thoroughly and they dried in under 40 minutes. I used the largest dryer also and I took the gentlemans advice when he said take out the comforter and turn the wet part outside so itll dry every 10 minutes or so. Even the restroom in the facility was clean. And its right off of major bus line which is convenient for myself. I will be back here again in the future.

I was very pleased to come across this laundromat! Every machine was in working order and the place was very clean. There were a fair number of machines for each wash load size, including two giant washers. There was absolutely no waiting for a machine to open up on this Friday around noon. The gentleman working was very helpful and showed me how to load a laundry card to use to activate the machines. Pricing was very fair, and with all the machines being run electronically, the load programming was nicely streamlined without having to handle any coins. I plan to return every time I need to wash my items that are too large to clean at home.

Machines work well, everything is kept clean. Prices are pretty fair. Ill never use my apartment laundromat again. The people who work there are nice and helpful. One thing to know is to bring cash, youll use it to load onto cards that youll use in the machines.

I was happy with this place until I went one day and discovered that after putting $20 in the owners machine to get a wash card, it charged me a .75 fee to get a card. This is ridiculous. The whole wash card system should not be necessary to wash your clothes. If you have cash, you should be able to simply use your cash like youd be able to at any other laundromat. Why should I have to pay an extra fee to wash my things? What about the one time customers who will never be back & will never have a need to use the card again? The owner made the choice to have a card system so he should pay for the cards; not me. Also, when I told the worker that I was sure Id be able to find one of my old cards & to simply give me the .75 back, he refused. This is the last time Ill step foot in this place. I will go to another laundromat that doesnt charge me a FEE to wash my things. Also, if you have a balance on your card that you havent used......guess what? They will not issue you a refund. Even if you are planning on never returning, they wont give you the balance on your card. Hows that for customer service?

Very good Laundromat, best one I have ever been too in all honesty. The staff member here was very friendly and showed me how to get a laundry card and also showed me the different machines that they have (Single, triple, or giant loads). The place is clean and doesnt have nasty carpeting that is stained like a lot of places do. All the machines were up and working. I was here on a Monday and there were a few people in here, but it was not crowded at all. I would recommend to anyone in the area in need of a laundromat!

The washer and dryer are great to use. All sizes monster loads to small loads. The owner keep it clean and working. Gets pretty busy on weekends during the weekday are slower.

We are visiting from out of town and stopped in to do some laundry at Washway Laundromat. This was a mistake!*Firstly, it is a ripoff. They do not take coins. Instead they force you to buy a laundry card for 50 cents and then feed cash to the machine to load the card. There are NO refunds on the cards, so if you guess wrong, too bad for you!*Secondly, the double load washers are not even as big as my washer at home, so I had to use 3 of them at $2.10 each for what should have only been 2 standard sized loads.*Thirdly, I added my detergent to the dispenser on top as instructed, only to find after the cycles were completed that NONE OF THE DETERGENT WENT INTO THE MACHINES! My clothes are still dirty, and Im out $10 and 2 hours of my life that Ill never get back. When I complained to the staff they were very nice but said the owner wont let them give refunds even though everyone complains. Seriously? I hope Karma is real!

Wash way laundry poor customer service from Owner. When asked to purchase laundry detergent and laundry bags I was told I needed to wait ten minutes because he was too busy which he wasnt. furthermore my 4yr old daughter couldnt use the restroom because the owner didnt want to attend to the restroom needs normally. So he keeps them locked with out of order signs on them........ Your customers needs should be prioritized if were coming to spend our money in your business...

I love the whole card concept. My clothes washed good. The dryers took a little long to dry clothes. But the owner was cleaning all the washer soap dispensers, making sure they werent clogged, and wiping the washers down... thw bathroom was clean! With soap warm water and paper towel! That is always a plus for me. Great laundromat, compared to a lot of dirty grimy ones around Denver.

My dryer broke right in the middle of 3 loads of laundry, so I needed a quick fix, and Washway fit the bill. I had not used public laundry for 20 years, so I had very low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I went on a Thursday morning around 9:30 and practically had the whole place to myself.It was clean, the attendant was helpful and friendly and the ability to use multiple washers and dryers at a time got me out of there very quickly.A note on the cards, I didnt have a challenge with the cards per se (as other reviewers have said), but I put *way* too much money on it. And since I have since purchased a new washer and dryer, I dont know how or when Im going to use the extra $13 that is still on the card. Cards are non refundable, so if you are trying out the place, start with $5, not $20.

NO PRIVACY! Yes this laundromat is very clean.. The cleanest Ive ever seen.. BUT.. the older woman that is here most evenings has no concept of respect or manners. If you dont mind someone way inside your bubble when attempting to fold, remove from dryer, putting clothes in the washer.. And yes.. Even in the bathroom walking in on you instead of knocking to see if someone is in there. She is rude and non apologetic for her behavior. Its like she was absent the day personal space and courtesy and manners were taught.This lady is completely inappropriate.. They have lost my business.. I was spending $20 $30 a week there and now I will spend it somewhere else. I am beyond furious.. Im not a violent or physical person.. But if she walked in on me in the bathroom one more time I would have lit her up! Well.. OK maybe not that.. But she would have got an ear full.

Yeah its true you have to pay one time for a .50 cents to purchase a card to use in the machines. So what this place is one of the best. No loud midgets running around or dirty floors or broken machines. Everything is clean and works. Holla at me if you want to know more. It cost 2.15 to do a load on the double load section so far so good.

Everything is good but one thing: No Refund!

You know every time I go I never have an issue, I completely love the fact that they use cards because its alot easier for me to get cash and put it on a card than it is for me to get coins. Every time I go in there someone is always cleaning so I know its sanitary. The only issue I have is some times the owners have issues with other customers whether that be with giving money back or something is wrong with the machine and the customers like to make scenes and I dont think thats good for business especially for people with kids. But great place the owners have always been friendly towards me.

I found it frustrating. You cannot use quarters like every other place Ive been to. You have to use paper money to buy time on a card. Then insert card into machine. It usually costs me around $5 for a triple load. Here, the hard to understand lady tried to get me to spend $10 for a load. And she was walking around with a garden hose spraying water into the soap receptacles of the machines. Very strange.

I really would like to give this place 5 stars because it really is an awesome laundry matt. The prices are good and the machiens work well. Ive used 10 different machiens and they all washed the clothes properly. The dryers work well but some dry better than others. The place has been spotless every time Ive been there. My only issue is the a.c. doesnt seem to work because its always super hot in there. I have to leave my kids in the car with the a.c. running rather than bring them down and have them complain because of the heat.

I do my laundry here once a week. It’s always clean and I LOVE the monster load washer and large dryers. I get about 5 loads of laundry done in around an hour and a half. Boom!

I have been here several times and will continue coming back. After the washer in my apartment went south I drove around looking for a coin operated laundry that was clean, bright, and had new equipment. That seemed to be a tall order to fill until a I found Washway on Havana; this place met all those requirements. On my last visit one machine quit working and the owner was on site and dealt with it promptly.If you want a great place to get your laundry done, this is your place.

This is not a coin laundromat. You have to use cash only to load money on to a card that you use to pay the machines. There is no refund and no way to retrieve left over money on the card when you are done. They have done the math to make sure there will always be money left over. I dont like doing business with people who have this type of mindset. Companies and people who do business with this shady mindset of trying to squeeze everyone for everything possible completely suck because they can NEVER be trusted to deal fairly, squarely and honestly. I went somewhere else to do my laundry. No one should put up with this and people like this should go out of business.

Used to be OK, but it’s gone downhill in the past year. Management is never there. The machines look nice but do a crap job. The dryers take forever. The vending machines/change machines eat your cash and they refuse to compensate you. I could go on, but there are several better laundromats within a mile. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I live in an apartment building and we have a washer and dryer available to the building and a laundry room in another building. I doubt if Ill use it much though because this place is nice. Its short on seats, but the machines are new and work well. It uses a card system, so if youd prefer cash go some where else. I would also suggest making sure you are putting the credit toward your machine. Although it is obvious to me, a couple ladies kept adding time to my dryer instead of theirs. Its 0.35 per 10 minutes for the regular dryers, and 00.35 for 6 minutes for the over capacity dryers. The regular dryers will fit at least 2 loads, and the washing machine range from 2, 3 or 5 load sizes. I washed a sleeping bag in the 5 load washer and had room for 3 blankets 2 sheets, a few wash clothes. I think I could have put more in too as I hadnt even hit any where near the limit.They also offer some service to clean items for you. I didnt use it so I dont know much about it.The place also has free wifi.As normal, I wouldnt trust free wifi without knowing it was secure, but for non sensitive stuff it works well.The older man on duty was very helpful in getting me setup with the card and showing me how to change the sleeping bag in the dryer to get it more thoroughly dried inside and out. I will be visiting this place again.

Its clean, but the workers are rude and the card system is a rip off. A customer got gypped out of $5 because she started putting money in she had $5 in ones and a whole bag of quarters. Well the card machine doesnt take coins... She waited for 30 min for the guy to come back so she could ask for a dollar, I still didnt see him after that. Im never coming back. I know its a laundry mat but I expect for the employees to be polite to me and all other customers as well.

This place looks okay at first glance, but I was there a month ago, and when I mentioned that I smelled mildew in one of the larger units, the manager got really angry and aggressive. I decided not to mention it, but today my housemate who goes there far more often than I do was asked to cut short his drying time because they were busy.

So rude! If you enter the building 90 minutes or less from when they close you get yelled at... wash only no time... wash only! Also I didnt realize and/or its not posted that the deposit on the card you must use and add money too was not refundable when you returned the card. I put $20 on a card, the machines wouldnt read it.... No one was around to help.... I got another card and put $20 on it.... Same thing. I was frustrated and left thinking Id come back and the cards would work or I would just get my money back well when I did return I told the lady my situation and she basically said too bad.... the machines dont read the cards... theres no balance... you dont get money back.... you dont get deposit back for cards... Bye bye.Also any time I have successfully done laundry there the lady is constantly in my area sweeping nothing lol on the ground. Yay! You look busy but you are making me feel uncomfortable and like Im being monitored... RUDE!

Nice clean laundromat.

This laundromat is clean and very nice compared to other laundromats in the area. I like the card system and the employees. The only reason for that I give it 3 stars is because of the owner. Today when I came in to wash my clothing, I came up to the front desk where he was to cash out $20 from my debit card to deposit into my laundromat card. He did not say anything to me, which to me was rude not to say a simple hello or how may I help you. Instead, he just stood there waiting for me to say something, and so I did. When he gave my my money he did not say thank you or here you go, he just simply walked back into the room behind him. Another previous time that I came in to get money for my card, no one was present at the desk. Also, another man waiting for something else was furious to not be able to start washing. As angry as he was that we have been waiting for 10 minutes, he called the owner to say that the employee that was supposed to be on the job was not doing what he is meant to do. After he called and 5 minutes passed, guess what? It was the owner who did not care a bit in the world about his customers waiting furiously for him to finish doing something. Just because he is the owner, he thinks that he can do whatever he feels like! I come to be treated with respect for the service i am recieving.As for the other employees, they are super kind and generous. Just...Dont come to the laundromat when the owner is here! P.s Im only 13 and yes I as a child am complaining! ;)

This was a very clean and efficient place to do laundry. The WiFi is very strong and free. There are a couple of tvs here too if need be. The bathrooms are clean also.Consider this recommended.

My family had the most uncomfortable laundering while black in america incident at this particular location. Not only was my wife and I stared at like they had just seen our wild wild west wanted posters but the eldery asian couple went a step further and followed my wife all the way across the laundry mat to their restroom (where she went to simply wash some tide off her hands) just to be told the restroom was broken, and to not use it. Not to mention we watched at least 3 non POC walk into the restroom -harrasment free. It was so bad that I felt compelled to sarcastically empty my pockets in front of the elderly asian man, just to show him I had no intention on stealing the cold drinks or mini laundry soaps they had for sale near the front. And to think all this started with my wife simply asking them to turn on a fan.POC STEAR CLEAR!

Thieves!!!Dont go to this laundromat the people that go there are thieves! First off they make you buy a card that management doesnt wanna replace if it gets stolen! The people that go there are loud theres kids running around and babies crying it was a mess when I was there. After explaining to the person in charge what had happened all he said was we dont give out blank cards! You have to be more careful next time and that was it!! After that I took my wet clothes out of the washing machine and went to dry them at a different laundromat. If you wanna avoid things like this youre better off going to a different laundromat. Ive been to many laundry matts, and this one by far is very superior! VERY clean, the machines all work, and they are new. The asian man is South Korean, and works very hard in constantly cleaning everything. I served in the US. Army and even did a tour up on the DMZ, so as soon as I saw the ole man, it was nice to speak a little Korean to him, and saw how his face lit up with pride. Today was my first time there, and he was happy to help me learn on how to use their card system. Its much easier than having to get coins changed out from dollar bills or deal with a dollar machine that doesnt always wants to take your bills. I will for sure continue to go here, as its very comfortable and the onsite owner is always very helpful and friendly. The people that go here also seem very friendly too! Totally my new place to wash clothes!! :)

Very rude service. One of the workers daughters hit me constantly and yelled at me constantly. Machines look nice but do a horrible job and are very confusing. $10 for a wash is just too much. Going to a different place next time.

Great laundry mat

Would have been higher until I found out the .55 cent you pay to get your wash card you cannot use up and get it back, so if your 50 cents from drying your clothes the money you thought went to your clothes actually pays for the unnecessary card they give you, and the dryers dont get as hot as they are supposed to never EVER COMING BACK HERE too many laundry mats around the area that are better to be nickled and dimed, yea its just 50 cents but its my 50 cents

Good place. Not much for service, but you dont need it often anyway.

Always clean and most staff is very friendly.

The staff were rude, they hovered over everyone while doing laundry, and kicked everyone out before all the clothes were dry. So majority of everyone left with wet clothes. I will never go back to that laundry mat again. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Attendant on site. Clean facility. Food places nearby. Auto parts store next door. Sporting store behind laundry.
