This was the worst laundry mat I have ever been to a grown man took my daughters clothes out of the washer she is 5 and had under clothes in the washer when we werent even a 1 minute late she said oh we had to first that is disgusting! Let a grown man take a minors clothes out of a washer so we finished doing our clothes the dryers didnt even work they didnt dry the clothes she gave us back the money for it not working. She didnt even put a sign up saying it doesnt work! Make sure you take your stuff with you because PEOPLE THERE STEAL multiple people came up and said they were missing there stuff!!

Dolce is a great person always she help me with wash and folding I was there customer since 2018 all the staff are great highly recommend this place

I wash my clothes here all the time. My clothes come out clean and smelling good! Ricardo always takes good care of me and my wife. He helps out as much as he can. He’s always greeting people and always has a smile on his face! I recommend everyone to wash their clothes here!

I do my laundry here every week, this place is always clean the machines always work or someone there can fix them. The staff is quite friendly and helpful, everything about this place is five star.

They have pretty good equipment. during the worse time of the pandemic, the attendants didnt wear mask properly and failed to enforce the safety guidelines. there is people drinking alcoholic beverages right at the entrance of the business and drug dealers in the parking lot.

I like the place, it’s close to where I live and the hospitality from Ricardo is nice and the other workers, you rarely find it busy and they do not touch your clothes unless you tell them too. I pleaded with the this laundry

Been here 3 times and have always had help when needed. I have not had to wait yet for a washer or dryer and I have been here in the morning and afternoon.

Employees dont even wear masks, we had a machine that didnt even drop the soap and we told the lady who wasnt waring a mask and all she said was please accept my apologies and well there went my money and soap, no big deal but she could of given us another machine, she told us when we were drying out clothers if we wanted to put our clothes at another machine.

This laundry is clean and nice, plenty of space and the staff was really nice. Kids loved the ice cream options to purchase and the cute little sitting areas. Well be back.

Wanted to support a local business. Family is high risk, so the visible mask signage brought us in. no credit cards, which is a bummer, but not a deal breaker. Pretty much nobody inside was wearing mask, which i wouldnt badly review for except (they dont control customers) it was also the employees. Despite the laundry mat being completely empty while we were unloading, the woman tending the mat barged into the two feet between me and my roommate twice in a row instead of just going around or asking us to move a few feet. Would have been rude in normal times, super unsafe to boot right now.-I upped my review a star because of the two owners responses. I havent gone back yet, so dont feel comfortable going all the way up, but both replies were responsive to the issue.

Pilar is always nice and friendly. Quick to help out with any problems and a pleasure to be around.

Some bum took my clothes out of dry & put into one that didn’t have any money. 3 dryers. Lady working their was rude about it.
