It was great actually. Live info said it wasnt busy. On a Saturday afternoon? Ok lets go see... We arrive and the parking was a bit small but seemed ok. Go in and ther are plenty of washers/dryers some looked old yet run anx wash great. It was clean enough for what I needed. Bathrooms were a bit dirty so I give 4 stars. Other than that worth 5 stars for feeling welcome there from the lady that owns it. She was great and really nice. Will come back again.

First time in here and the only BLACK person and was treated horrible. I put money into they’re raggedy coin machine it didn’t spit out change. I walked around and asked others if there was another machine to use within the store and I was told no but to knock on office door and ask for help. As I did, assuming he was the owner came out and helped me. 30 mins later the owner approached me and says he checked cameras and I lied and stole a dollar from him. I have no reason to lie. The way I was treated was absolutely horrible and do not recommend this place at all. Will definitely be filing a complaint With the better business bureau

The owner informed me that there is a time limit 25 min for washer and the dry and get out, because people come in lots of people, and that I only spent like 3 dollars so I had to leave immediately after I finished drying. She berated me for using a table thats for eating to sit and fold my laundry when I informed her that I had Ms and a disability she stayed she doesnt have handicapped accessibility and that she doesnt have to. Very rude and anti+transgender and one that believes a human being should be treated like a human being should boycott or sit in this establishment.

Love the lady that works here she is great and is on top of customers that meed something and cleaning wiping she is on the go go go.

I love this laundromat it’s always the same two people running it I’m not sure if they’re married or not either way they’re very nice and welcoming all the time One time the guy even stayed open 30 minutes later just to let my clothes dry❤️

An its always s great thing when a beautiful smile like yours can make me smile. This is besides Daisy the best laundry mat in town. You can buy almost anything here for convenience. Also everything is always cleaned and checked after customers use machines. I havent met one person that leaves unsatisfied. Thank uou for everything kyou do your a community leader for the efforts u put behind you laundry mat. The cleanliness and your charm. Have one a customer as long as you are there or if u have any other business. I would spend my money there because I know Ill get treated with care and respect by a wonderful and 5 star owner. Nice lady who tends the laundromat. Good prices and considerate ppl. The pops and snack machines there are a lil bonus when Ive a while to wait...

This place is nasty they will not let you wash your hands no paper towl...and they aloow homless people too sit around with no mask on, but they tequire me as a customer too have a mask on at all times...please dont go here, be safe and take your laundry elsewhere...FOR YOU AND THE SAFTY OF YOUR FAMILY...

Terrible experience here . Had my clothes not spin out and were still soaking wet . I asked the attendant for a rewash or free drying because of the malfunction. I understand washers and dryers don’t always do what they’re supposed to do but the attendant told me o well sorry that’s not my Problem and turned away

Theres no air conditioning and no wifi, but plenty of washers and dryers.

Restroom could look neater, just need a coat or two of white paint, I guess because its in a bad area, it has to represent!!!

The lady has been doing my clothes for the past 6 months I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING JOB! And thank you for always taking great care of my clothes. I WILL continue to come here and you have definitely earn my business for a lifetime

They aren’t lying when they say “don’t leave your clothes unattended” learned the hard way and got all my things stolen. Loved coming here until now :( super bummed!

Im here doing laundry with my dad and his gf and step brother.....it was pretty packed here in Aurora. But al least we got all our clothes washed and clean towels and blankets..

GREAT customer service. The gal I initially spoke with over the phone was very helpful. When we arrived to wash our clothes she didnt hesitate to help and show me around. I came back to do a couple more loads a few days later and still the same helpful gal. THUMBS UP TO YOU ALL WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!😊😊😊😊

This place is absolutely amazing the lady was so helpful the machines run great dont listen to the negative comments just go. You will be so thankful in the end that you did I know I sure am it was cheap and works the best combination.

Decent place, great selection of washers and dryers. Good layout as well.Only downside is the washers dont get cleaned much. Im allergic to most detergent and softeners so I unfortunately couldnt use the facility.

I love this place we wash here once a week. Its a family owned place. The woman owner can be very rude and nasty to you depending on her mood. The mam owner is super friendly nice all times.

Its clean and family oriented and a lot of spaces to roam around they have Chang machine for costumer thats washer and dryer there. and they has all kind of laundry supplies to sale to the costumer at reasonable price. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great place friendly ownership not 5 stars only because of air conditioning issue but everything else is great.

My dryer broke and I had a load of laundry that I had to dry. When I arrived at this laundromat the lady who either works there or owns the place approached us and told us we had to leave because we were unable to dry our clothes. We had already loaded the dryer and she made us unload it. Very unethical business practice and unprofessional way to treat customers. I will never return to this joint nor will I refer anyone to use this business.You may have signs inside your establishment but how are we supposed to know from outside. I still believe this is a poor business practice.

Not only did I not have to spend a lot of money, but the owners were there to show me which ones to use, how they worked and how much would dry my laundry. Clean, friendly and my clothes came out fresh... Very impressed!

Fluff and fold service was great. Took in 5 full trash bags of laundry as we are waiting for ours in our new home. Took 2 hours to be washed, dried and folded. Even our socks were bundled with their matchers. The guy working was friendly in store and over the phone when I called to check on the laundry.

Thats the only laundromat Ill go and wash my clothes the owners are very friendly

People that arent handicap park in that spot.📢 Before youre even done folding and drying shes trying to push you out of their establishment. 😵 Theres a place down the street cheaper, better & newer equipment.

Absolutely Disgusting! Machines dont even wash twice,the laundry is extremely unsanitary, Dryers dont even get hot, Owner is extremely rude, and dont get me started with the bathroom! If you want to wash your clothes dont come here, otherwise youll just be throwing your hard earned money away.

Forget the hateful comments! I really believe that this place is probably the most family friendly business out there. Theres just a circumstance of ignorance within some of the complainees. If you treat people with respect theyll treat you with the same amount of it. Thats final.

Unfriendly atmosphere. Rudely approached by owner. Also, in response to the owners claim below, i was not drunk. He connivingly changed his response from a vicious rant several months ago to a false claim of drunkeness in an effort to dismiss my displeasure with his business. His intentions are from greed and malice. Take your business elsewhere folks.

Busy, dirty, and the less expensive machines are often in use. Also, the pot holes in the parking lot are so deep that you (or your car) are so deep that you could fall in and need a rescue party to get out.
