This place needs better upkeep not enough water in the machines dryer sound like rocks grinding on them no one speaks English. They have two televisions both in Spanish HELLO!!! ENGLISH 🥺

Honestly this place is great. It’s close to my house, and they have a ton of washers and dryers, so you don’t have to talk to anyone really. There’s a change machine since they take quarters. They also have nice vending machines, laundry bags, and detergent that has reasonable pricing. The lady that owns the place is always cleaning too!

Place is usually clean, cheaper than others, and I can go wash my clothes in peace as long as its not busy. I try to avoid its peak hours.

Over all the laundromat looks to be well kept except for the hanging flower pots. The only draw back is no bathroom although it might be behind the front desk for staff.

Evening attendant very rude- rushing me to load and use drier- washing for family of 5, 3 children 2 adults, Im sorry I want to sort things into the 4 driers I was using but really, not the first time this attendant has been rude to me in the past couple years of being a paying customer, Time to find a new laundromat 😔... Made the mistake of coming back out of convenience. Really spent $30+ and getting rushed to use driers- my clothing not dry after 30mins, Ill drive farther and pay more not to be harassed while washing my families clothing

A simple place to wash, and dry your laundry. Staff is friendly but the TVs are very loud.

I have been coming here for almost 4 years and so far this place has been great. It is huge and has alot of washers and driers as well as different sizes and prices. It has tv to watch and Its a pretty clean place and the 2 ladies that work there are very helpful and both has positive attitudes and are very nice. The prices are decent and the washers and driers do a great job. I have ran into the owner a few times and he is a real nice guy and always says hi and even asks about how my family is doing, which is really awesome because usually most people dont care. So if you live close by then this is the laundromat for you.

If there was a zero Id give it that. I come here all the time as it is close to where I live. Every time I come here this Mexican lady is hateful to me. She always has something hateful to say to me. Well today I had enough of her hateful mouth. There is no phone number to call to complain about her. This place wont get another quarter from me.

Cannot wait to leave. Been hassled since the moment I walked in. Woman yelling at everyone and even removes my clothes from the dryer while I went to smoke although she told me to put them in that dryer. It’s weird that there are sooo many complaints on here about her and they haven’t fired her. She’s probably the owner people are saying doesn’t care.

To be honest this is my first time been here,,i usually go to buckley, i come here cause i need to get something from pacific ocean market,but the old lady so soooo rude,, im scare to ask her how to use the machine cause she so scary and super Rude,, she not belong here,,, and she took the cart away from me,i actually need that cart for my dryer, i wil never ever come back here again. This place is the worst laundry place available. I came to do my laundry at 9pm and the doors were locked while it shows that it closes at 10pm. The old Mexican lady who works there refused to let me in and do my laundry. She obviously doenst care about the business. Can’t believe the owners would hire some one like her. Sure they will loose business.

I havent Been in this place but to be honest my cousing told me was the worst experience ever and the old Lady says the owner he doent care about customers she said he told if they dont like door is too big and I I dont Need them so I Will never Go this place

The best laundromat Id been to super clean and good employed.

I use this place for washing large blankets, comforters and such. I like that I can use a debt card and the machines are clean and large. They jave good carts to move everything from washer to dryer and the free WiFi is fastunof to stream Netflix while waiting. Over all a good place to do these things.

Horrible Laundromat. The old Mexican lady is extremely Rude! It’s like every time I come here she Harrasses me. I’ll walk in with my earbuds on minding my own. I’ll set my laundry next to a machine I’ll use (Out of the way) and I’ll go and get change and she’ll move my laundry to the other side of the room so she can mop with straight Bleach. Like can you Not touch my Personal Things please? Today she came up to me as I was checking on my clothes to see if they were fully dry and she Told me very rudely I might add “You can’t put The clothes in a lot porque the top is dry the middle is wet.” This is what she told me word for word in a nasty tone. I don’t think I asked her opinion at all, so I thought that over as I stared her in the face trying to think up a response. I ended up saying “Okay. Thank you. Okay.” And she got Furious and said to me “Next Time you Telling me something I tell you like that tambien okay!!!” When I do laundry here I don’t speak to anyone, I just do laundry and go home, I have never crossed words with her. I don’t know why she barked at me like that And she proceeded to go and Gossip about me to the rest of the customers there. She was saying words like “Malcriado” which translates to “Spoiled” or “Not Raised Right” And that I was a Very rude boy. All I wanted to do was wash my clothes in Peace... and this is what I have to deal with? I am Never Coming Here Again. You guys have lost a customer to Rude, Unprofessional Staff. This was my preferred laundromat, But Not ANYMORE.

An old lady worst attendant ever don’t waste time here

The older Mexican woman who looks like she has one foot in the grave is incredibly rude. I see her speak condescendingly to at least one customer every time I visit. I suppose you cant expect much from a walking skeleton.

First time washing here and last . Asked a older lady washing there if the 60lb washer only have her 12 min also . Turned out to be the worker there and very very very rude. Told her it was my first time washing there and while I was telling her she was and still is on the phone. This is all taking place this very moment

Theres an old lady always complaining about everything. Do not waste your time here in 10 years doing laundry on public places.Here the environment is very heavy a lady and a lady of the third age in charge only they pass you by following you and telling you what to do. To do as they do it as you should wash your clothes they do not leave you nor finish I do not recommend this place to anyone I have been washing for 10 years in public places and this is the only place where they treat you so they do not waste your money and the only thing they say is that the owner says tell them that if they do not like it, they will leave it matters whether or not customers go

I come on Sunday mornings and everything is always fine and the manager is very kind and very attentive.
