Nearly half of their dryers are out of service. Dryer number seven the door doesnt close all the way so Im doubtful that my stuff is even going to be dry. Not to mention the attendant decides to come hassle me at 8:45 telling me how shes waiting for me to go so that she can go. I had my own washer and dryer or if there was another place closer to my my apartment I definitely would never come here again!

Usually like this place today i used a dryer with no heat.... Could have put a sign up. But the lady is always nice and apologized

The drop-off service is wonderful and well-priced! Sorted, washed, folded - LOVE it!

Wish the clothes didnt come out so wet from the washer, took more money to dry. Maybe just an off day but would like washers to spin the excess moisture from clothes as to dry quicker for less money.

Arrived at 7:45 pm with just one load. Sign on the door said last wash at 8. Employee said they were closed already and one load would take too long and she couldn’t stay so long. Maybe change your sign to last load @ 7 closed by 7:45.

Very clean warm and friendly atmosphere I got my clothes done very quickly it wasnt crowded at all and everybody was very very nice to me

There is a new owner and she is so attentive. Much better than the previous owner that rarely did anything. Its come a long way.

Good customer service they are trying to keep it up I have been going here for years but my close don’t smell clean after using certain machines so I am not taking that gable any more

Good laundry

It is a bit pricier than the one closest to my home, but it is always clean, and I can always go in and do my laundry in peace in the morning.

Lots of washers and dryers that steal your money. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! No attendant. You have to call a number if something is wrong and when he arrives he is RUDE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. MACHINES TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT GIVE IT BACK!! WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR

The open sign in window is on. Sign on door says opens at 730 am on Sunday. Well its Sunday and almost 8am and still closed. Must not like money.

The place was sort of clean. The bathroom is horrible...the toilet seat is too small for the whole toilet which is nasty since there was piss all over it. The laundry attendant, who cant multitask, is not diligent or efficient to his duties. The washer I used didnt spin so he said I should move the clothes to a different washer and he would pay for it to rewash. Fine. I asked him for a fabric softener. He asked me if I was gonna pay for it...uh no. So he gave me a fabric softener. Now the guys were here to replace the window so he was distracted, but damn. It took almost 20min for him to get off the phone, quit talking to everybody and actually start the washer. So now Im pissed because Im gonna be late for what I have to do. In addition to all that, the broken glass from the busted window remained on the floor, unswept, and my grandbaby picked some up. Never coming here again!
