Had a good experience with doctor. Wished he spent more time with me but seemed good over all. I would like to say his assistant Olivia was incredible. I hate needles and needed to have a mole removed and i did not feel one but of pain, she knew exactly how to do it. Very friendly also, she was great!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Raab throughout the years for various skin issues. He was the only doctor who solved my itching I had around my neck for years!! He is beyond excellent as a dermatologist!!My wife wanted to get her spider veins treated for the past 10 years and kept putting it off for various reasons. She asked Dr. Raab and he performed sclerotherapy (a 15 minute procedure, almost painless) and her legs are starting to look amazing!!!If you are looking for an excellent doctor for all your dermatological needs who doesn’t waste time, you will be in good hands with Dr. Raab!!!

This office can stand to use some training on appropriate and decent customer service. Melissa at the front desk was not appropriate in resolving any issues and refused to take responsibility for any lack of communication. A female was in the background making comments such as what does that matter? Well maybe it matters when your office and your lack of Appropriate and decent customer service gets reported. It also matters when you hang up on patients. We will not be returning to this provider.

I did not appreciate my first visit and will never go back. I have waited 40 minutes with only a sheet on me, and only got to spend 6 minutes with the doctor. He seemed not to care at all about my concerns and questions. He was late and I totally could feel it.Needed a skin check as I have many moles I like to have checked once a year, and he barely looked at me. I had 2 other issues that he didnt care to look at either. Did not feel good at all, and ended up without any answers. Bad experience!

Dr Raab is fantastic. I have gone to him for over 15 years and never have been disappointed. He doesnt try to do too much with Botox and fillers to make it cost more but what he does is amazing. I go in feeling old and come out glowing! He is knowledgeable. The staff is great. Very happy.

To my wonderful pleasant surprise, the inside office is covered with awards and achievements from prestigious universities and establishments. I felt at ease to see al that. About a year ago I went in search of a doctor that could remove a small growth on my face. No one seemed to notice it but me. Dr Raab’s staff got me in right away and it was removed the same day. Dr Raab is a no nonsense doctor. I have been back to him two more times since my first visit, and all three procedures have been for different issues. I am now in the planning stages of a couple of procedures that will hopefully turn back the hands of time. 😊 He has approached each issue with confidence and ease and I have complete confidence in his ability to perform my future procedures. I had two moles removed.I got a phone call from the very unprofessional lady that one was a wart. I asked if it was cancerous and the lady said no its a wart! She said I needed to come back to have the rest of it burned off????? I had out of town company and could not make an Appt. Since then I have had 4 phone calls, and e-mail, and today a Certified Letter, that I had to pick-up at the Post Office and SIGN for. Whats next? Im not going back I would think after 4 months they would give up. I have NEVER had an experience like this with a Dr. Office.

The staff is courteous and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reed is very knowledgable and was immediately able to tell what the problem was and gave me such good advice about life in general. Great Doctor!

This is my 4th visit to Dr. Raab for basal cell cancer. Each time he has been very thorough in his examinations, and after surgery, the scarring has been mininal. I trust Dr. Raab and his staff, whom I find very professional. I have highly recommended him to my friends as a dermatologist.

I have been to 7 different dermatologists for discoloration and acne and Dr. Benjamin Raab is the ONE doctor who has been able to create the best regimen for my face, and it worked FAST! I finally feel confident in my skin and owe it all to his practice!

Dr.Raab is friendly and time efficient.I have been going to him for years. I have always been happy with the results from every cosmetic procedure performed by Dr.Raab.The results have been amazing and I can tell he is happy at what he does. Dr.Raab gets almost excited as I do when he sees the results. I call his office my fountain of youth. He is a wonderful doctor and very calming during procedures.

He doesnt make you feel comfortable hes really short with the patient then for my next appointment I owed them $9 told them Id pay cash at my following appointment & they wouldnt schedule it unless I paid with a credit card which I dont have one. Would never go back or recommend.

I recently saw Dr. Raab for a minor irritation on my hands. He resolved the problem in one visit with an inexpensive but effective prescription creme. He and his staff were friendly and efficient. He took the time to listen to me and resolve the problem with confidence. I recommend him to anyone needing a good, experienced dermatologist.

Do not waste your time. He couldnt see the cracking skin by my ear. He prescribed an ointment for my hands that didnt work. He rushed through skin tag removal (paid in full out of pocket) and missed several. Waited forty minutes at follow up appointment...first of the day, and he wasnt even in the building. There are many other options for dermatology...select one of them.

Dr. Raab and his staff are phenomenal. Everyone is so pleasant and have a great personality. I called in on Monday morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Raab was awesome, he understood the pain I was in with the cyst on my back and made time on his schedule to get me in the following day to have it removed. Totally satisfied with the services I received. I recommend hes office to anyone that is looking for professional service with excellence.

Update: Im moving this to a 3.0 because my second appointment was a bit better. I did have to wait a half hour in the room. I took a nap in the meanwhile so I didnt really mind it. He was spot on with my prognosis and treatment.First Review: As of the moment, I am giving him no stars for treatment as I had my first appointment yesterday. I am praying the medication he recommended works. So at the moment it is a 2.5.Bedside manner is almost non-existent. I felt as my questions were keeping him from another appointment. I dont think I was in with him more than five minutes. I think when your giving medications some explanation on how to apply, when, and how much is a given.

I have been coming to Dr Raab for 4 years. I absolutely trust him and feel he is very knowledgable. He takes his time to explain procedures and his staff is great.

I went to Dr. Raab for a minor skin issue.. He was kind & took time to talk to me. The staff was warm and friendly as well..

Rule No. 1: NEVER YELL AT YOUR PATIENTS. Dr. Raab suggested a cream that he stores with him at his office. I simply told him that I would rather have this medication picked up at my pharmacy because my insurance would pay for it. The minute he heard that, he started yelling that he will not waste his time in prior authorization if the pharmacy requests one. Note to Dr. Raab: Please bear in mind that we pay thousands of dollars to be insured, specially in cases like this. It is your job to provide prior authorization if you are requested one. I am not going to pay my insurance and you at the same time for a single prescription. I am overall saddened by the way Dr. Raab behaved. This is simply not the way to talk to patients. Such a disappointment. I will never visit him again!

I had the best experience with Dr. Raab & his entire office. They were warm & welcoming. Dr. Raab spent so much time with me during our appointment. I already booked my next appointment with him.

Dont waste your time or money. He was in the room for less than 5 min, then prescribed me meds that didnt work and had me schedule a follow up only tell me theres nothing else that I can do. What a joke! His staff is completely rude too!

At first I was pleased by the results I was experiencing for my acne. However the staff here is rude!! From my first appointment until my last phone call the staff members had an attitude and were combative. Which is weird because Dr. Raab is very attentive to his patients.I stopped treating with him not because the treatment didnt work but because his staff is terrible at consumer service.

Never experienced such a non informative visit to a doctor in my life. Scheduled with another dermatologist and got all the answers to every question I could ask. Its almost as if he is bothered by you taking up his precious time.

This man has absolutely the worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced. This is not the first time I had been to see him. I thought maybe the first time he may have just been having a bad day, so I gave him a break. The last time I was there I waited in the examining room with a paper cover on for 45 minutes. When I finally decided I had had enough he came walking in with an attitude and no apology for making me wait so long. When I expressed my concern for my hair loss and a funny looking mole, he briefly looked me over and didnt say a word! I finally said, WELL?!. He shrugged with this stupid expression and said, I dont know, maturity maybe., and was out the door.He either has problems with depression or actually doesnt give a darn about people at all. I dont know, but I dont care enough to give him any more chances.

Staff were great Dr.Raab was too quick and did not allow me to ask more than 3 questions at a time he needs to learn to interact in a more understanding and patient manner

Dr. Raab is a professional that does not make you waste time. For years I had been misdiagnosed by other dermatologist and Dr. Raab took the proper steps to review my situation. The best dermatologist in my opinion.

Had my first visit with Dr. Raab last week upon recommendations of many of neighbors. I was very impressed with Dr. Raab he was professional, friendly, answered questions of concern. Extremely satisfied with my visits but most of all with Dr. Raab so glad I took the recommendation from my neighbors.

Ive seen Dr Raab for over 5 years and had excellent care. Hes removed several skin cancers including a melanoma. One of the skin cancers on my noise, a squamous cell required some minor surgery that Dr Raab performed. He did a terrific job. In fact the scar is not detectable.

I found Dr. Raab and his staff to be extremely professional and proficient. The results of my visits have improved my overall physical appearance.

Staff was great.Dr Raab shot down my questions rather aggressively. I asked him if it was normal to have shedding on propecia after being on it 1 year. He said it doesnt matter this is the only treatment, might as well keep going with it. There are in fact other treatments for mpb and he wouldnt discuss any of them with me. I also have an issue with the skin on my thumb and he said I cant even see it. I dont know what it is. Dont worry about it.I would say his bedside manners are poor and he is lacking people skills. I like my doctors to be semi personal and fully knowledgeable, neither of which he seemed to be.All in all I dont feel like I am in good hands when I am there.

I went to see Dr. Raab to discuss my situation. I brought my fiance with me. After Dr. Raab explained the realistic options to treat my condition, he happened to notice a cancerous spot on my fiances face. He did a biopsy right then and there. My fiances surgery was done a week later. Thanks to Dr. Raab, my fiance is fine. I also appreciate his direct style. I came in asking for a cosmetic procedure. He talked me out of it, explaining that a different procedure, which was less invasive and expensive, was more effective.It sounds like there are a few people on this site who take his direct style as rude. Personally, I would much rather get direct and honest information than just hear what I want to hear.

Dr. Raab and hios staff are extremely professional and prompt. I have been coming here for 10 years and every visit is a pure joy. I have never had one bad expeience or diagnosis in 10 years. They are also great about billing and getting you in on the times you need.

Women that work for him are extremely rude and abrasive. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my skin, clearly dismissing the dark spots that the ingrown hairs were leaving on my face.

Was in town on business and developed a rash so was forced to visit Dr.Raab. Fixed me up with a round of meds. Felt he was very knowledgeable and to the point.

The doctor doesn’t seem very knowledgeable and basically discounts any suggestion the patient makes.
