Luis was great to work with from start to finish! He was quickly able to get me a quote for exterior window cleaning utilizing Google earth to get a count of all my windows. He provided three pricing tiers/options based on amount of services and also sent me his insurance certificate (very professional). I had also asked for a quote for gutter cleaning and he inspected and was honest with me that they didnt have any debris to clean out. He also noticed the cat claw damage to my screen door and was able to replace the door size screen for a very good price and provided high quality work. This work was professional and far less expensive than the other highly advertised companies, who have stood me up in the past.

Luis and his assistant worked diligently for about 3 hours to render all windows, screens, tracks, and doors in the whole house (main floor, basement, garage) sparkling clean! He also helped me replaced the batteries for a motorized shade that was in a hard to reach window above the stairway. They were very professional, well equipped, pleasant and very patient with my increasing request for additional work to be done. Very good work. Windows, screens, and even the window sill where all of the dirt settles in at the bottom of the track were cleaned. I thought a very reasonable price for the work.
