I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Crystal House! I assisted in planning my 25 year high school class reunion that took place this past weekend. Long story short, we had a supplier that dropped the ball on our class gifts. I googled around and found Crystal House! Eli was so nice and accommodating! We had very little time and Eli was able to produce engraved, glass mugs for all of our reunion attendees in just 2 days! When I picked up our order, everything was neatly wrapped and bagged. The service and work at Crystal House is excellent. I am still amazed. I am now a forever customer.

This place is the best place to get wedding and anniversary gifts, or Aurora souvenirs. They engrave crystal and glass on site. Repair crystal. They deal Waterford and other known brands. There is ample street and lot parking right there. Owners are true artists; very friendly.

Order was finished in a timely manner. Excellent work. Very happy. Highly recommend!
