The absolute worst shipping experience of all time!! The kayak was dropped off, and before I could turn around to cut open the package, the driver was gone. No signed paperwork. Not even 10 seconds to inspect. It was dropped off and the driver took off within 90 seconds. The kayak has extreme damaged due to the shipping process. The online retailer has agreed to process my refund once this is picked up from CEVA logistics. Highly unethical process. I would rate a 0 star if possible. If you’re about to ship with CEVA…. You’re out of your mind!!
0 stars! Wish I had read the reviews before wasting 2k dollars! I cant believe Costco uses this delivery company. We sat around all day ON MY BIRTHDAY waiting for our furniture that never arrived. There was a four hour window and we gave up after 8 hours. We cant get in touch with anyone and they dont respond. Have to reschedule for another 4 hour window because the threshold delivery requires a signature. I have little faith that the next appointment will have a different result. This company needs to close and are a complete joke.
No show for delivery appointment today...not answering phone, no answering machine, did not call or leave a message for me. Poor at best service...avoid them if you can.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Just like everyone else said, they have missed two delivery dates now with no communication whatsoever. You cant call them because they dont answer and theres no voicemail. The corporate number has extremely long wait times and they refer you to calling the local branch that doesnt answer. I now have a $2,000 purchase sitting with them that I cant get into my home because no one will talk to me. This is beyond frustrating.

At one point they said a truck broke down and would have to sit overnight on the side of the road. Who knows the value of merchandise they let sit unattended overnight in the back of a truck.If we ever get our order it will be a miracle. 0/5 stars.**If youre a business, please read these reviews before picking what must be the cheapest option. Theyre the worst. I waited during my 4-hour window on Tuesday, 4/20/21, and they no-showed. They called to reschedule to Thursday. I waited during my 4-hour window on Thursday and they no-showed. They called and rescheduled to Friday. I waited during my 4-hour window delivery on Friday and they no-showed. No call to reschedule this time. Assuming they ever call to reschedule, how many days do we keep adjusting our lives to be home for them to not show up?
Ordered some Kayaks from Backcountry.com, they in turn contracted with this joke of a company. Unfortunately for me my original order was broken up per kayak so I had to deal with this company multiple times. What was interesting and very telling is that their service was awful each and every time I felt with them. They only had two total deliveries to make for my entire order and they missed 7 of the scheduled days and times for delivery. I waited over 3 weeks trying to get this worthless company to deliver my orders, had to escalate to backcountry who tried to get a response, no change in behavior. Completely not customer oriented, rude, incompetent, perpetually late, and truly unhelpful. I was unable to use the kayaks over Memorial Day (ordered for a trip that weekend originally), missed a trip schedule for my son’s birthday, my birthday, and Father’s Day. Just can’t explain how unhelpful and useless this company is, including everyone I have spoken too in their customer service group (very hard to get in touch with). Avoid ANY interactions with this company and hold the shipping companies using this awful group accountable. This is not a good service. Avoid!!
As others have written, we had problems with communication and delivery time. How is this company still in business?? Delivery was supposed to be between 12 and 3. They showed up at 8:25am, no text/call to alert that theyd be early. Hubby was at work and I was trying to get my kid out the door (the driver did ring the doorbell but we were in another room and didnt hear it). At 8:30 my son and I walked out to find the delivery, still strapped to a dangerously rickety pallet (nails sticking out, split wood, etc), blocking the driveway. They were supposed to deliver INSIDE the home/entrance, not dump and run. Fortunately I was able to get the 80 lb box in the house and contents appear to be intact. Reported issues to Amazon and am making appointment for tetanus booster now.
They lost my 2k front door, never answered their phones, never responded to emails, never called to even say sorry. Insane to run a company like this.
I would give them 0 stars, if possible. I wrote in the delivery notes to call my fiancés phone # 30 minutes before showing up since I get spotty reception where I work. I even emailed them to confirm that they would call 30 mins before, and a representative emailed back saying that calling 30 minutes before is there standard practice. They called my # still and I didnt see the voicemail until it was too late since I didnt have reception. They just showed and tried calling me once leaving a voicemail saying they would be here for 5 more minutes. I tried calling the driver back 5 times and no answer and no voicemail you could leave because it wasnt set up. I tried calling their local phone number and it prompted me straight to an automated message saying the voicemail has not been set up. What freaking company this size doesnt have a voicemail setup. No one in customer service has been able to help us so far they just keep redirecting me to someone else. Worst delivery service ever! 🤬
Have had multiple orders come through CEVA from Amazon, I set up the delivery and never receive the item or hear from company again. I end up returning and getting refunds for everything I order that goes to CEVA. With a BS and MBA in Logistics as well as decades of experience, my only theory on how they are still in business is by getting these subcontracts through Amazon as the absolute lowest bidder.
Texted me twice to remind me of the delivery. Showed up on time and put the item in the garage right where I wanted it. Great service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a joke. I was given a 4 hour delivery window- it’s now been 6.5 hours and still no delivery. I’ve spent over an hour and a half on hold trying to get answers and their management doesn’t even have the decency to get on the phone when a customer asks to speak to a supervisor. On my 4th call to them now and once again sitting on hold. Not only do they NOT offer a 30 min heads up that they are headed your way- they don’t call you when running HOURS late. Complete disrespect for paying customers time, and money. Will never purchase from a company that uses Ceva Logistics for delivery again.
COSTCO, AMAZON, OVERSTOCK all use this unreliable company for deliveries. BEWARE! Lucky you, if you ever receive your item from this unprofessional business. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere!!! The headache that comes from Ceva Logistics is not worth it!!! One star? What a joke!!!
Im not sure how to warn folks to not order from companies who use CEVA (mine was a couch from Inside Weather), but these folks are so good at logistics that they somehow lost a couch and didnt realize it until I rescheduled the delivery twice...anybody want to start a competitor?
Its where I work, so you know it has to be decent. These people had the audacity to check my background from when I was 17 years old. That was an illegal act when it comes to hiring. Im good though. CEVA doesnt want to pay their employees a decent wage anyways. They will work you to the bone, just dont ask them to throw you a bone. They only want temp employees.
Delivery attempt #5. No different than most on this site. You cant even call the office, they wont answer the phone. I dont blame them, I wouldnt want to talk me right now either.
1st time set to deliver and no-call no-show. 2nd time to deliver with white glove service and Im told by the delivery team that they only deliver threshold. Why Costco would even consider this poorly run company to do their deliveries and uphold their, (Costcos) tradition of excellence is beyond me. Told the drivers to load it up and get off my property.

I’ll join the chorus: The tracking number given by the merchant never gave a status on CEVA’s webiste. I was eventually able to setup a 4 hour delivery window which had no confirmation email/text/call or any other type of communication from them. They missed that delivery window but I called and was told they were running behind and would be there 3 hours late and be given a 30 minute courtesy call. That window has also lapsed by two hours with still no communication.I was just on hold with them for the 3rd time today (probably 2hrs total today) before being disconnected. I took a day off of work to wait around for absolutely nothing.I feel kind of bad complaining as my experience is no where near as bad as many of the other reviews; which is really sad.It is mind blowing this company is still in business. Please, at least, rename your company to “CEVA Illogistics”.
Package was supposed to be delivered on the 18th. Received no package so I called in on Friday the 19th and was told the package was too big to be put on the truck and we be delivered the next day which would be the 20th. It is now the 22nd and still have not received my package. Called in and spoke with somebody in the office and they told me that it wasnt even scheduled to go out today and they had no delivery drivers. If it were possible to give a company zero Stars thats what I would give them. Their customer service is subpar. I would not recommend this company to any family or friends. Do not ship Freight with this company if you want your customer to receive it on time
Very disappointing. The system requires I select one star or more but dont let this fool you. I still dont have my package as I type. So far it is ten days since they took custody for a 13 hour trip from shipper in Arizona to my residence in Colorado. On the day of 1st scheduled delivery, They called 2/3 into the delivery window to ask if I had been contacted regarding a reschedule. I had not and they rescheduled my delivery for two days later. The website showed my package went from the shipper to Los Angeles, CA, to Fontana, CA and then four days later from Fontana, CA back to Los Angeles, CA and then to Denver, CO one day later. On the day of delivery, they missed the morning window, prompting me to contact the local Denver facility. I was told loads were heavy and drivers were missing their windows but that the driver would contact me 30 minutes from arrival. About an hour later I was recontacted by the same CEVA representative and advised the driver had been contacted and my package was not on his truck. They promised they would try to find another truck for same day delivery but due to it being mid-day it was dubious. No further contact with the company. The next day was a Saturday and the local office is closed. Messages were left the night of the scheduled delivery as well as the next day. The website still shows delivery as the day that was missed for the second time. I have gone on their website and rescheduled delivery for first thing Monday morning. Standing by.......Very disappointing.
Long 3 months of dealing with this company and we ended up having to get a refund and return the item after 3 failed attempts to deliver. They called the wrong number to confirm a delivery when no one was home, the second time we confirmed a 12-4 delivery time and they showed up at 6:15, and the third time there was no call or communication to confirm. trying both customer service as well as their warehouse number just results in a minimum 20 minute hold period without a guarantee youll get a real person.
I ordered an item through Costco. Ceva provided delivery and was 💯 dissatisfied. I never received notice that I had to schedule the delivery for the last mile. If they did call, I had no voicemails or messages nor did I receive an email. I had to investigate myself to find out why since they were several weeks past the delivery date. Once the item arrived, the drivers dropped it twice which is where I believe the mirror was broken. They were in a rush and didnt wait for me to verify its condition. Of course it was broken and I notified Costco and complained about their service. I also emailed ceva to complain and received a turse response. If I had the choice, Id never use them and hope you dont either.
Zero stars! Same as everyone else. I donk know how this company is still in business. No show 3 times in a row before I was told that my product didnt fit on their cargo van and that they would have to out source my delivery. I was told on 3 occasions that my product was out for delivery only to find it was still on their dock over 100 miles away. I had paid help on hold all 3 times with my delivery window time to come and go with no contact, as my product requires assembly and installation. 3 days of no show...no call...doesnt answer phone and had to contact the company I purchased my product from before anyone reached out to me. Beyond disgraceful!! Still no product and still no call for reschedule 6 more days later!!

Absolutely the worst Ive dealt with. 4 hrs late with the delivery and no contact from the driver or office with an explanation. I left 12 messages with the office and not one call back. The only way to talk to anyone is to call the main customer service number and have them transfer you. They had no explanation and couldnt get a hold of the driver. When they finally did show up not even an apology of any kind or even an excuse as to why he was late. They basically dropped the item got in the truck and drove off. Absolutely no customer service at all.I would give no stars if I could

It took two days to update the delivery address through the retailer and CEVA. Everything was taken care of and we were given a time between 12-3pm, we were also told that the delivery drivers would call when they we’re 30 minutes out. They completely missed the time window, never called and then showed up at the wrong address (my main office) where I was seeing patients and interrupted a treatment. My husband had taken the day off to make sure he was at my other office to receive the shipment. The drivers kept repeating that I had to work with the retailer and them to change the address, even though I explained I already did. They refused to take it to the correct address and just dropped a $1300 treatment table in front of my building. Oh and this was the second delivery attempt because they damaged the first and it had to be sent back. Terrible company.
World class supply chain solutions is doublespeak for lost shipments, items left on loading docks, and frequent delays beyond the estimated time of arrival. Very little logistic advantage here if any.
No complaints here! Ordered an elliptical machine through Costco for threshold delivery. It was simple to schedule my delivery appointment. I called the day before my delivery to make sure all was good to go. On delivery day they called to tell me they were about 10-15 minutes out until they were at my place. They delivered arou d 10:30am and my delivery window time was 0900-1300. Worked out perfect and delivered perfectly as well!

Worst delivery company ever. The delivery schedule arranged on begin of the week to be delivery on Friday. On Friday, they called claim that the truck is full and can not delivery on the schedule day.

Worst delivery company I have had to deal with. I didnt get a call until we called the company and they said the driver changed routes. We were suppose to get our delivery between 9-1 pm and it finally was dumped off in my driveway at 7:07 pm. Went out to see what was happening when they finally showed up and they jumped in there truck and took off. I would give them -5 stars if I could!

This company is the worst. They were two hours late after the three hour window. Showed up to the wrong address after we had it changed from a business to a home address. Drivers refused to deliver to the correct address. Hour long wait times for customer service is inexcusable. I hope you go out of business soon.
Driver hit my house and ripped some electrical wires outside of it. Called company trying to get it fixed and squashed so i wont need to take them to small claims court. Company decided to dodge my calls and not return my emails. Driver who hit my house also threw packages into my neighbors house and sped off without telling me the damage he caused to my home

Worst experience. Not sure why Amazon would ever use this company. It reflects very poorly on them. I waited almost 4 weeks for my item to be delivered. It was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, September 17th between 9AM-12PM. The Monday before the delivery date, I got an Amazon to check the status. It shows it as Cancelled. I immediately called Amazon, and Ceva said I had refused delivery. That was not accurate. Amazon called Ceva, and the said the accidentally scanned the items in wrong, and we were still on scheduled for delivery Thursday the 17th. Thursday at 1PM, I called Amazon again since I had not received a call. They then called Ceva, who said all trucks had gone out on their deliveries, and mine was left off. Angela, with the Denver location, was beyond unprofessional. She told me she would call me back after 15 minutes and we would re-schedule the delivery. She never called me again. I called Amazon on Monday, the 21st, and someone at Ceva told Amazon that I requested the items to be returned. That is a complete lie. I spoke with Ceva once trying to get my things delivered, and was treated horribly. If anyone has a choice of ANY other company, I would recommend going with that option. It would be hard to find anyone worse.

I wish Costco would find another shipping company so that I can assume that if I order something, it will actually arrive. Today, I was supposed to get a shipment...after they called to let me know on the previous date that it wasnt going to happen. This time, they didnt call but I called them just to find out that, big surprise, its not happening today either. Im just having Costco cancel the whole thing and give me a refund.
Terrible service. Never showed up with product on 1/9/2020 Showed up unannounced on 1/10/2020 only to find they didnt have the product to drop off. Called them 4 times on 1/11/2020 to get clarification to where the product is and no one is answering the telephone. Will be filing complaint with state of Colorado.

Still haven’t received my order, it’s late, lost, who knows. Tracking isn’t updated. You try to track your package on the website and it says that it’s not found. You try to call and you just wait on hold until it’s been so long that you hang up. Horrible! Took the day off work to be there and it never showed up. I was not contacted and still have not received a call to reschedule so I can take another day off. Called amazon who contacted ceva and supposedly the delivery person couldnt find my package which is a triple bunkbed. How can you not find that?
Count on Ceva being late, holding shipments on their dock for weeks on end and not answering the phone. Delivery by horse drawn stagecoach is a better option in every case.

Corporate office laughed it off saying its a systemic known issue, and they have no resolution besides calling non-stop. Corporate office actually recommended showing up to the warehouse with a truck to pick up my delivery myself. Would be hilarious, if she were kidding .....Costco customer service tried their best, but they need to just stop paying this useless (more like fraudulent) company.UPDATE: 2 MONTHS LATER: CEVA referred the contract to another delivery company, but missed forwarding all the pieces of furniture. So 2+ months later, no one is able to make any progress or get a response CEVA, and Costco promptly issued a refund. Long story short, CEVA literally did nothing, except delay the delivery by MONTHS, and give me a few migraines.
Absolutely awful experience. I’m not one to write bad reviews but this has been a nightmare. You can call this company in the middle of the day and have to leave a voicemail that won’t be returned. We’ve scheduled 5 different pickups for the same item and this company either no call/no shows or says they can’t pick up the item we called about because it’s not on their list. Had no choice but to use them as it’s through Costco but if you have the choice, DON’T!
I just received my hot tub. Its a a miracle. I scheduled 1 week in advance for Friday before Fathers Day. I waited 5 hours, then called. They didnt have an big enough truck to deliver out spa. Nice huh? No call to tell us that either. I also had movers here to get the spa in the backyard since they deliver curbside. Hey! Happy Fathers Day! So then I scheduled the next delivery for Tuesday from 12-4. They called me to tell me they were 5 minutes away at 11 am. So these deliverys are just stuff but wouldnt it certainly be nice if they could do what they said what they were going to do in the 1st place OR a quick phone call.. Arent we all responsible in this world for doing that? PS- I knew this was going to happen based on the other reviews so I was prepared for it to happen and it certainly did.Yup!
Very disappointed with this place. The new manager is too small for those big shoes!!!! I suggest the owner to step in before he loses his best employees and his business. It only takes that 1 person to f--k it all up!! Manager must be a friend or a relative. That is definitely a huge big no.. no.. in the business world!! Much luck to the owner!

I ordered a 82 inch TV from MDG it was was to delivered on 12/17/19. Called Ceva in Denver told 4 different stories. Now today told .TV arrived in Dallas on 12/13/19 and never left Dallas.. Now they say no one knows we’re it really is. How do you loose track of a 82 inch TV.. Dustin. Please let me know we’re my Christmas Present is???? Should not be too difficult.

Zero communication leading up to the delivery. When they called to try and reschedule I was met with apathy and a DIFFERENT excuse as to why my delivery didn’t happen. Beware if you buy anything that is being delivered by this company... I will never order anything again that requires this company to deliver it.

Clint went above and beyond to make this happen showing rare customer care by delivering my item in his own truck because they had some issues. Who does that?! I’ve had issues with CEVA in the past but hopefully guys like Clint can stay and turn it around. Wow!

Fantastic experience. I was so worried about my purchase being delivered by this company, I tried to cancel my order. Thank goodness I was not able to! My experience was great. I booked a time for my tv to be delivered and I received emails and calls the day of my delivery stating the current location of the drivers. I could not be happier. My tv arrived in perfect condition and the delivery man was polite and wonderful. I can’t speak to all the negative comments on here, but I can say that my experience was nothing less than perfect. Thank you 😊
Another no-call, no-show. I called them at the end of the day today and was told they dont have a driver that services my area and theyd have to forward it to another 3rd party carrier. Apparently Ill have to wait until next week to schedule a new delivery date, which means my delivery will be profoundly late. We were relying on our item arriving prior to this weekend.
The shipment was put on separate trucks (their fault) so then they couldnt deliver the day that was scheduled. When working childcare and work schedules around for the 4 hr delivery window, its incredibly incovienient when they call and say they cant come and dont know where the other pieces are. Delivery is rescheduled for 3 days later. Automated system doesnt help because they werent ready to deliver in the first place.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I never leave reviews for anything, but people need to know just how terrible this company is. I had to call these stupid people over 30 times and get managers involved just for them to finally tell me the truth that they were avoiding. They lost my brand new 70 inch TV. Everyone I talked to not only lied to me, but they promised to track down my package and give me a call back. I never received any calls back from them, even from their so called manager. It took them 3 weeks to finally tell me that they lost it. It took me getting incredibly upset and getting a third party involved to make it happen. Not to mention all of the people that work here were extremely rude during the whole process. There is a reason why this company is rated so low, its a pathetic joke of a logistics company. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I hope they go out of business soon so they can quit providing a disservice to the nation. If you use this company for anything I can PROMISE you YOU WILL REGRET IT. One of the front desk girls even told me that they had 11 open orders on TVs and that they only had 3 that were scanned in and accounted for. These people are a sick joke. We ordered couches from Amazon and CEVA delivered & set everything up. They were awesome! I’m not sure why the other review were bad because they did everything right for us.
They had my merchandise in their facility for over 10 days. NO phone call no delivery. I would appreciate if companies selling their products would STOP using this company. I PAY for them to ship it to my house and they dont bother to get it here? Unbelievable. They dont answer the phone or respond to ANY emails. At this point I guess I need to just get my money back.

Ordered the TV from Costco on 11/23. Received an email from Ceva to schedule my delivery. I was given the date of 12/3 with 2 time blocks. I picked the 9am-1pm block. I checked out the status and saw that it had been in Denver since 11/26 which was odd. Today was the delivery date so I made sure I was at home for the delivery time. Well, 1pm came and went and still no delivery. I finally contacted Costco at 2pm and Ceva called me 5 minutes later to say they would be at my house in 15 minutes. They did show up 15 minutes later. The person delivering the tv was very friendly and helped me carry the tv inside. Aside from the delivery not coming when they said, Im happy with the service. I work from home so it wasnt a huge inconvenience but I can see it being a problem for people that have jobs they have to go in for.
Our delivery arrived on time in pristine condition. The delivery men were courteous and kind. Overall we had a great experience.
Good luck getting anybody with any logistics knowledge on the phone at this company. I think someone at Amazon lost a bet an signed these guys on. As a shipper for Amazon the word challenging is way to nice for this outfit! Wish I could post with no stars! Garbage company.
I purchased bedroom furniture from Overstock with white glove delivery and it has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences Ive ever had. I got a call from CEVA to reschedule due to snow storm - no worries, Mother Nature does her thing. I rescheduled for the following Monday and no call, no show. I called the Denver office 5 times over 3 days and left multiple voicemails asking for a return phone call but never received one. I tried corporate who did exactly nothing. I kept calling the Denver office and finally got someone on the phone. She seemed annoyed to be dealing with me, had no reason why the delivery wasnt made during the scheduled time, no reason why my voicemails were not returned, and made zero apologies. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told he was away from his desk but I would get a return phone call. I never received one. It was like this company hijacked furniture that I paid for and there is a total lack of responsibility and customer service. Drivers finally showed up on the 3rd scheduled day and were nice enough. But the furniture was quite damaged so I had to refuse delivery. They also put a dent in my wall. Here I am out 3 days of work, with a dented wall, and still no furniture. Avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice.
Horrible service. Was hoping my delivery would go better than all the reviews Ive seen considering I live up the street. Had an 8-12 app scheduled so I had my wife stay home to take the delivery. 1 oclock comes by and my wife calls me to see if Ive heard anything which I hadent. I call them and see whats going on. They put me on hold while they try and get a hold of the driver since there shouldnt of been any delays since I live less then a mile away up the street I should of been the first stop. Lady comes back to tell me she couldnt get a hold of the driver but theyd call me as soon as they do. Never received a call. 5:30 comes around and at this point I already gave up. Get a call from the driver telling me he was here which I was supposed to get a 30 minutes call ahead but I say whatever and go outside to meet him. Door opens and I see my TV laying on the floor boards of his box truck. Big no no. I was furious and told him I wasnt signing till I check it turns on. He got lucky it did but this whole delivery fiasco was a nightmare. Would never recommend.
Ridiculous! After having to reschedule my delivery since they didnt receive it on time, i waited all day on the new scheduled day. The delivery time came and went with no call from them. When I called, the company said that the original truck had broken down and that they had to put it on a different truck. I waited longer, and longer, and longer. After another 2 hours, I called again. They swore it would be coming. It finally showed up 3 hours late and an entire day wasted waiting.I dont know why Amazon uses this company! They are awful!! I cannot understand how you can screw up So badly! The only reason i gave them 2 stars was because the delivery guys were nice. I would have given them a 1 otherwise
So Fat I have been very disappointed with this purchase. Like others it was a TV from COSTCO and as of not my delivery date was yesterday... they did not reach out to me, I had to reach out to them. The reply was Oh sorry, we cant get on base.... so we have to transfer to another shipper that can.... oh and they will not be able to deliver for 3 more days... Also I see on COSTCOs website the threshold delivery and I quote into members home(upwards to 2 external flights of stairs) I was told they dump it at the door.. We shall see.
Worst company ever. I ordered through Costco. Rude, basically refuse to contact you or deliver items that you paid for! I can see where it is on the tracking. I have made now 6 calls to Costco and this company. Absolutely the worst. They have a messaging system so no way to even speak with someone at the company. Costco managed to get me an agent in Houston-who promptly sent an email (lol) because the agent of the same company cannot reach this branch by telephone. I have also notice that my item is being billed at 183 pounds. Its 30 pounds. Customer service is dead.
No Major Issues. I freaked out when I had to call this company to change shipping addresses and read the negative reviews, but I found them relatively easy to contact and the delivery was actually pretty seamless. They gave me a 4 hour window and the delivery drive even called (per my specific instructions) when they were ~20 minutes away. My experience was pretty decent so i felt obligated to share given all of the negative reviews...
AWFUL company. If I could give zero stars I would. It amazes me Costco partners with them. Scheduled delivery of a large TV today, they called me during the delivery window to say the TV was still in LA, despite confirming Id be home to sign for it less than 12 hours earlier. They said their computer showed the TV was on the truck, but then somehow it wasnt. Then said it would be shipped on another truck arriving the same day and they could have someone load it into a van and personally deliver it to me. But alas, their union dockworkers leave at 2p.m., so my TV will sit there until someone else can unload it tomorrow. I took the day off, had to cancel the installer, and CEVAs attitude was that they donw know what happened, but cannot reimburse me for time wasted.As follow-up, Clint did reach out to me to make things right. Its clear to me he has a dedication to repairing the reputation of this organization. Sadly though, its not enough respective to Angela and Adreas horrible service and attitudes, which Im not the only one to comment about. I actually cancelled the order through Costco and their membership representative told me I wasnt the only person to complain about CEVA.
The absolute worst possible customer service. They had my delivery for over three days and then when they were supposed to deliver between 11-3 they never showed up or called. I called and waited on hold for an hour before they sent me to the local location. They proceeded to tell me that the driver was at the warehouse and would load it up at 4:30pm and someone should have called me! How do companies like this that just dont care about people survive! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go bankrupt!
Theyre great if you dont want to receive your package and if you want to do all the work looking for it.
I hate that Costco uses these people...left a $900 grill on porch... NO scheduled delivery...NO door bell ring....Product sat in warehouse 3 days and no call....
Not only did they miss two delivery attempts but the guys that finally delivered the item charged $40 to bring it to our side yard instead of dumping it in the alley behind our house. Then they broke our irrigation system by forcing a pallet jack over the soft pipes. Terrible service and company!
1 start is generous, but it is the lowest you can give. I had a package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. The supposed CEVA tracking number on the Amazon website does not register as anything on the CEVA website. The 1-800 customer service number for CEVA has been disconnected, so I went out on a hunch and found the phone number for the nearest distribution center (Denver) in the yellow pages. They were at least able to find my package--it just so happened to be sitting on their loading dock when I called--and apparently had been sitting there for a while. After talking to the lady at the local distribution center, she assured me she would schedule it to go out later that day. I have not heard anything back, and when I called back again now they have no record of the package ever arriving at their location. Amazing. How does this place stay in business? Amazon (and all other online retailers) needs to stop using them!
New slogan: CEVA Logistics- Where it takes an hour and a half to watch 60 MinutesGiven a 5 hr delivery window and still managed to be 2 1/2 hours late. Comcast had a better record than that which Id saying something.
The call from the delivery-scheduler lady was very courteous and professional.... A+...Delivery window was 9-1 They were here before 10-no problems at all!
If only zero stars were an option. As others have indicated, a terrible experience all around. For starters their local office number just rings and rings so I always have to call the main headquarters to talk to anyone. Its as if this company just makes stuff up. The schedule days, then show up on a different day. They tell me its out for delivery, then they tell me no its not out for delivery - you have to reschedule. Its a hot tub so its not like I can just carry it in my garage. Youd think theyd realize that a delivery of an item this large needs to be planned. CEVA, youre a bunch of ass hats. Find another business because you utterly fail at logistics and delivery.
I have never experienced a more uncoordinated, disorganized, non-responsive and uncommunicable shipping firm in my life. Their tracking systems are delayed or inaccurate, their scheduling procedures are rife with errors, and real time updates are dependent upon calls from customers which are then relayed to calls to the driver who may or may not be able to actually update the correct status. The entire operation has a fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants mentality. There are no standard operating procedures; everything is done by exception. Not only have they lost my business, but I will no longer schedule any shipments with clients or suppliers who utilize their service. I have no problem paying a little more for guaranteed results. I would recommend others follow suit.
Worst company . I ordered a TV from Costco, and god knows why they sent the TV through this company. I scheduled delivery between 9AM-1PM window, and I had to be at work by 1PM. But they didnt show up even until 2PM. I couldnt afford to stay any longer and called them to reschedule. They rescheduled it for 4PM-6PM today, and now it is almost 8PM, I havent heard from them. And the customer support is the worst. I wonder how this company is even in existence.
Worst logistics company ever. Ceva has confirmed delivery dates and times on 3 different dates and have no showed for all of them. CostCo better get smart and ditch this 3PL, if they continue to be last mile carrier I will never order from them again!
So far, I cant get in touch with the person who left me a voice mail, there isnt a direct line to actually speak with someone who is coordinating a residential delivery. There is no way to communicate a time and date to accept the package online, so this company shouldnt be used for residential customers if they dont want to actually talk to you.
They never pickup the phone. Sony uses these guys to product. As a custom dealer, I have to track my product down each time we place an order. Sony is aware of the bad business ethics from this company. Always 2-3 day late.
I LEAVE NO STARS BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I WAITED AT HOME ALL MORNING FOR DELIVERY. I CALLED THIS MORNING AS I WAS ADVISED BY COSTCO AFTER READING ALL THE NO SHOW REVIEWS TO BE SURE IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY AND I WAS ASSURED BY CEVA IT WAS ON ITS WAY. I AM VERY UPSET - THIS COST ME INCOME TO WAIT FOR THIS!!!!
Ive had to deal with this awful company twice now. First through World Market for furniture delivery. They were late. And then, because I live on a one way street, they dumped all the pieces (2 sofas, coffee table, dining table, two benches, two chairs) curbside and rushed me to sign as they were blocking street. One of the sofas was missing. Took forever to get rectified. And today they are scheduled from 10am-2pm and are late again. Tried calling to see how late they would be (I have to be at work). The phone rang and rang, no answer. I need this item as I have installers coming on Monday and will be charged if I need to cancel. These guys blow.
