Our basement had a major water event due to backup sewer with a heavy rain. We got put in contact with Spectrum at 8:30 am and they arrive and started pumping out the water within one hour. Amazing crew, professional and totally trustworthy. Highly recommend them!

My pipes froze and burst while I was out of town, so for several days, water poured into my townhouse. When I got home, I walked into a disaster area. I didnt even know what to do first. I called my insurance agent who said to call Spectrum. They responded quickly and sent a professional to assess the damage. Spectrum was at my residence every day, working long hours to sort out the damage, tear up floors, tear down walls and counters, haul away all the property I lost, handle mold treatment and whatever else needed to be done--all for a fair and reasonable price. While I dealt with the trauma of the disaster that hit my home and the sadness of losing so many personal things, the team was there to walk me through every step of the way. Jason, my project manager, managed the entire project, thoroughly and efficiently, all while keeping me informed and reassured. When I found a waterlogged book that had belonged to my father, he even took it back to Spectrums office and dried it out so I wouldnt lose it. Spectrum takes pride in doing excellent work and makes caring for the customer a top priority.

I have had to use Spectrum twice...first was a Sump Pump failure that involved removal of carpet in our finished basement and second was a toilet overflowing from upstairs through to downstairs. Water is a tricky thing and you want to be sure you get it handled right to avoid mold. Speed is the key and Spectrum responded quickly both times!

I dont have anything negative to say. I had a water pipe leak which in turn soaked the carpet in my bedroom. Derrick was the first one out and took time to assess the situation and explain it to me. He was happy to answer any questions and very personable. He brought out other workers and they set up the area with dehumidifiers and fans. They surrounded the perimeter to make sure to keep the area confined. Unfortunately it took several days to dry the area, however I am very pleased that I didnt feel like they were trying to take any shortcuts. They made sure it was thoroughly dried. They maintained contact and came out daily to assess. All staff were easy to work with. Derrick has even followed up with me weeks following the completion to be of any help he can be! Gave me a lot of useful information. I can say that should I ever need water restoration in the future I will not hesitate to call spectrum! Thanks again for your kind service!

Unfortunately, I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of us. Had them come out to give a quote. They wanted $4000-5000 for a small bit of water coming in due to the extreme weather. What would we get for this outrageous price? A couple of high speed fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days - and of course a report.Used another, highly rated company and the cost was $500. They are also using high speed fans and dehumidifiers. No report just the readings and facts.After posting my initial review I did receive a call from the owner. Based on that call I did adjust this rating and added the comments below to reflect our conversation.During our conversation, the owner was polite. At no time did he ask or try to persuade me to make any changes to the review. To one of his points, we did not use this company based on the initial estimate so the rating does not reflect the quality of their work. It reflects our experience and willingness to use or recommend them based on an estimate we were given for work that we told him we felt was excessive.On the positive side - when I called they came out right away, and arrived they said they would. The owner told me he re-arranged their schedules to accommodate us. The initial visit and estimate is free - which is another bonus.

Spectrum cleaned after a wine spill on our light tan colored carpet. They did a phenomenal job! The techs were friendly and efficient. They got the stain out completely and the rest of our carpets, and our furniture, look fantastic! I would highly recommend Spectrum!

Spectrum Restoration brought my wood floors back to life! There were several high-traffic areas where I thought the surface coating had worn off but was surprised to see it was actually that dirty! On a Friday evening, we discovered that a water line on the top floor had burst in a house that we were ready to sell, and all three floors of the house were flooded. We were distraught after doing so much work to prepare the house. Cory Hanson, President of Spectrum, came that evening to begin to dry out the house. Over the next 10 days, his crew dehumidified and baked the house, removed what was destroyed, and made every effort to salvage the vintage details (house was built in 1927). They did a fabulous job, not only in tending to the house, but also in helping us cope with the situation. I highly recommend Spectrum Restoration Services.

Used Spectrum to help when my basement flooded. Happy to give them the VERY highest recommendation: they were here SO quickly, first class people, an amazing array of equipment, incredibly helpful, considerate of my belongings, beautiful results. Seemingly small things matter: it was several hours before I went upstairs and saw all of their equipment in my driveway. More importantly, they realized that their hoses and other equipment had to come through my foyer, around a very large, antique cabinet. They had wrapped the whole front of it so that none of their hoses or equipment came anywhere near my furniture! I hope you never need their Restoration services, but if you do, I cant imagine calling anyone else. First Class work from First Class people!

Poor experience - My basement flooded and I used this company to do restoration. My insurance company went over the charges and was able to reduce charges that the restoration company made in error. Spectrum removed drywall that was not wet and I had to pay to have it replaced. They did not clean up after themselves and left a lot of debris on the floor. Not impressed!

With 2 dogs, a clumsy eater, and years of neglecting our carpets, we knew wed need a miracle to get our rugs looking great again. Thankfully, we found that miracle with Spectrum! Of course, the people that work there are polite, respectful, and professional, but even more importantly, our carpets look GREAT!
