We used Anatom because of the great reviews online and we loved them! They were efficient, responsive, and put our extreme worries to ease. They worked directly with our insurance. We worked with Nate, Jason and Reggie as our primary technicians and they were all professional, and helpful. Reggie even identified other work, Unrelated to our sewage back up and was able to bring these matters to our attention quickly so we could repair those as well.

Highly recommend. They came out very quickly after we called (beat the plumber by a few hours). They were transparent about the entire process and did a great job securing the equipment away from my toddlers and pets which kept us from needing a hotel. It’s really stressful dealing with a leak in your home and losing access to an area while it dries and gets repaired. However, getting great service like we got with Anatom (and Tom) really helps with getting through the process.

When I had a sudden kitchen drain back-up on a Friday, one of my biggest concerns was how long the floors would remain wet, with the upcoming weekend. While some water restoration companies I contacted were only able or willing to deal with brown water jobs over the weekend, Anatom was able to send a crew out to assess the job within 2 hours of contacting them. It was a relief just to have someone on the case, but the prompt attention and good communication continued; from the owner, Nathan, who called me right back after missing my initial call, even as I was still leaving a voicemail; to Nate, Wayne, and Reggie, who were professional, friendly, and on time at every check in. They quickly began the process of drying out my floors, immediately easing my mind about the possibility of additional mold growth. Nathan and his partner (I didnt get his name) were punctual (they were able to schedule an appointment on the same day that we called, which we greatly appreciated), knowledgeable, and helpful to us, in that they explained the situation, giving us options. They didnt try to dramatize the situation or sell an expensive service. They told us exactly what was happening and how to handle the moisture control in reasonable methods. Hopefully (knocking on wood), we wont need any mitigation in the future, but if we do, well definitely be calling Anatom again.

I had some water damage in my condo that was caused by my upstairs neighbor. I called Anatom and they were here within an hour of my call. I dealt with 5 different people in total, and they were all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. They came to my place 3 times and everytime they were here when they told me they would be. They cleaned everything up very nicely as well. I had to use another mitigation service last year(a national chain) and there is no comparison to the service I received from the 2 companies. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Anatom were excellent in helping us dry out our house properly after a pipe burst in our attic. Water had dripped throughout all three stories of the house and caused damage to the ceilings and walls. Anatom walked us through the entire process and got equipment over to our house ASAP to dry everything out and ensure no mold or further damage was done.Would recommend them to anyone needing quick water damage mitigation!

Had a water line burst and flood my basement. Theses guys rearranged their schedule and showed up the next morning. They got everything dried and even secured a dumpster to get rid of the damage for far less than I could find on my own. Even after the job I had issues getting the payment from my insurance. Rather than have me pay penalties or fees, they worked with me and waited patiently until things worked out. I honestly felt like for once I mattered as a customer.

Excellent service by Nate and team. Called them to look into the impact to flooring as a result of small water leakage in the dishwasher. From the first conversation Nate was very honest and provided great guidance on what to check. He came in the next day to perform a visual inspection and assisted with preventive measures to save the floor from getting damaged further. Highly recommend Anatom Restoration.

My wife noticed water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen. It was coming through a receded light. My kids had overfilled the tub upstairs and the backup drain wasn’t aligned properly so it leaked behind the tub into the wall. These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! I called and they were at my house in 45 min. They inspected and felt that the damage wasn’t too bad. They just recommended opening up windows for a few days. They charged me zero. For them to come on a Sunday night within one hour and not charge is just rare these days. I would 100% recommend them!

Nathan and Reggie came to help us out after our dishwasher leaked through our hardwood floor into our gym. They were extremely prompt and professional. Within 3 days our damage was taken care of and the walls and floor were dry. We were so grateful to have our home taken care of so quickly and will use Anatom again in the future if we need to.

Tom came out within 30 minutes and gave me an honest assessment of my water damage. Thankfully it was not as bad as I thought and He told me what I needed to do to make it right. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had any water issues!

We had a water pipe from our baseboard heating system burst. Anatom was on site within a couple hours. Which is a big deal since they had been working all day and were willing to start work at 8pm! Tom and his team at Anatom were extremely quick to respond when I had standing water in my basement early in the morning. They took care of all the standing water and had fans and dehumidifiers in place within a few hours. With regular check-ins on the progress of the drying they had my places dry in just a few days. Great guys and overall top-tier service, especially for someone like me in a situation like I had for the first time.

Had some water damage late at night and Anatom was out helping within an hour. Upfront on the pricing and scope of work, and they followed up daily measuring the damage and what the mitigation did to keep the house from being in worse shape. Great to work with, and I was very impressed.

We had a pipe leak in our master bath and soak through the ceiling in our downstairs basement. After going back and forth about whether we really needed mitigation, we decided to call Anatom and are so glad we did! They removed the ceiling tiles and found some (before unknown) insulation that was completely saturated and would have been a nidus for mold. Now 2 days later, everything is removed and dry, with all the photos and documentation we need if we decide to file a claim with insurance. Tom was responsive, upfront about pricing, and communicative throughout the process.

Anatom was a huge help with some minor water damage due to a leaky pipe. They were able to stop by for an evaluation ASAP after initially contacting them and worked with me to mitigate the damage with minor demolition needing to be done.
