Very willing to help me get thru self serve type copying. Every employee there was warm, friendly, & very helpful, even when I explained that I dont know much about specific items. All the employees a had contact with made me feel Welcomed, that Id be welcomed back & that they had all the time I needed to get something done or to help me understand a product better. No one ever hurried me or expressed any frustration even as the place got busier. And, none of us as costumers had to wait more than 1-2 minutes before being helped. Very impressive. I will go back.

Eli & Pam were no help and I wasted $7 trying to figure out how to make announcements. They provided very poor customer service and refused to help me. Shame on this location and would not recommend anyone to go here to make custom prints. Go to Towne Center location. Poor service

Staff at this location was adequate, however my time sensitive package was quoted to be delivered 3 days sooner than it was. For the high premium price that FedEx has, I would expect faster service for only shipping an envelope.

I dont think I will be coming to this place anymore. Dayana needs to work on her customer service, knowledge, and attentiveness.Our first negative experience was when my wife and I went to get our sonogram laminated. She helped us out and our sonogram ended up being blacked out. It saddened us that it happened. She should educate herself on what can be laminated.My second negative experience was when I went to print some stuff out. I went to get her help and asked her why it was charging a lot. She raised her voice and told me, I TOLD YOU THAT IT WOULD BE MORE OF IT WAS GOING TO BE IN COLOR AND VARIOUS PAGES!. She came and helped me and printed the 4 pages I needed. Her customer service offended me and made me not want to go there anymore.My last negative visit there was to get a couple of big boxes mailed from McDonalds, where my wife works. I didnt know what I needed to do to get them mailed out. There was labels inside the boxes and the outside of the boxes stuck on the side. She told me that I needed the proper labels.After getting off the phone with my wife, she told me to check with another tender. After getting with the other worker, she checked the labels and told me that it was all I needed and took care of the rest. Dayana needs to pay more attention to our needs. Customers are not knowledged in stuff like that and thats why we come to places like you guys for help and assistance. Were not tech savvy and technology is always changing. Were going to need help on a lot of things. I almost wasted a trip there.Im pretty sure her name is Dayana. Shes Latina, it seems like, with black curly hair, wears glasses, and always has eyeliner, I think its called.

Paid extra for an overnight delivery. Was delivered 2 days late. Customer service said “we’re sorry” and no compensation at all. Well I’m not sorry I am done using fed ex. That type of customer service loses customers. See ya

If the package is important don’t use FedEx I got a message that there was an attempt to deliver but no one showed up I know because I was standing outside my place an hour till I got the message. From now I will never do business with any company using FedUp.

Finally found a great FedEx location. I went to two different locations yesterday as was disappointed with the quality of the prints I had made. Today I worked with a nice lady named Sherrie & she did amazing work for me. She was really patient & my prints came out perfect. The quality was better than both locations previously. Truly thankful for her help.

55 cents for something to get email is horrible. How dose it cost more to email then copy something? I understand you need to make money but this dont make sense and is a rip off for sure

This location is absolutely terrible. They’re always rude. I goto a lot of fed ex locations around town for work dropping off items, and I always dread coming into this location.

Man this place is expensive, but that is pretty much my only complaint. The staff was really great and helpful, knew what they were talking about. The store was very clean, and everything was really easy to use. Took no time at all to get all of my things done. Great location for what you need.

So today 02/16/19 at 5:50pm I went here to FedEx to shipp few packages (door was open) and the guy said rudely we are close I told him you guys close at 6 not a 5:50pm...I understand if they have costumers waiting, but there were nobody, they also have on their door that they close at 6 as well lol... *Fedex should change their schedule on google maps where says that they close 10min early* so you dont waste your time!..

I had to return an item back to its manufacturer for repairs, I came here and they had everything I needed to get it done. I was helped by Tommy and a young woman who were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer experience.

Will not mail my cards with my package. Not very friendly. UPS will mail your package and anything else. Dont waste your time here.

This location has employees who will STEAL from you.I cannot give them a lower score.On April 9th, I stopped by to ship a package.The tracker showed that it was shipped on April 10th.When I received my package on April 13th; the package had been opened and taped back together before it was placed in the shipping envelope and all the contents were missing.Over $200 worth of products were stolen from me.I attempted to call the location manager multiple times but every single time they told me that the manager was on vacation.I got a hold of the district managers phone number and every time it went to voicemail and still have not gotten a call back.Do not go to this location.

Will not accept a package as a return. We brought it back in original packaging(original packaging was done BY FedEx)... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They sent us to another shipping Location that was still FedEx. Going to put a complaint into both manager and corporate about this location.

Great help over the phone! This location accepts Express packages until 6 p.m. For later drop off in the Denver area, Im told theres a location at the airport (for drop off only, no supplies) until 7 p.m.

Worse. I went there to print a few pages of paper out, then I found Ive been charged for $11 for only 3 pages. Later on I figured out they start charging you in the first minute you use their computers.
