As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly front desk. At first I was very nervous but Cari was hilarious and made the cleaning fun. Dr. Chan was very thorough when explaining what I needed to get done to make my smile a little brighter. Everyone was great!! I look forward to returning for my procedures.

This was my first time in with these folks. Not only were they ready and up to speed with all my patient information but they welcomed me as if I had been a patient there a long time. My hygienist Cari was fabulous. She carefully explained everything she was doing and made me feel at home. Melinda the in house Dr. was super careful to do a better after cleaning examination than I have ever received. Cindy the receptionist was particularly polite and helpful. All the paperwork was handled by them and an appointment for 6 months was set. In short it was an awesome experience and I look forward to being a long term patient there. Thanks again !

I have a few dental problems going at the same time and the staff at the office is wonderful. They arranged an emergency appointment for me and I was tended to by Dr. Chan and Cindy. They are absolutely wonderful and while Im still a coward and get very anxious at the dentists office, Dr. Chan has such a great, soothing technique, I found I was much more at ease than Ive ever been while in that chair. Highly recommend West Aurora Family Dental; they are a great, caring facility.

Who would ever say, “What a treat to go to the dentist”? I would! This office is filled with an awesome staff and very skilled dentists. My husband and I followed our hygienists from a prior practice, (yes, we like them that much) and are thrilled to find we like the new dentists just as much.My husband had a crown replaced with Dr. Chan and was very happy with the results. Dr Jo is very personable and thorough. Cari and Trish are the best and we are looking forward to getting to know the rest of the staff better. So happy to have landed at this practice and they happily take our insurance!! Win, win!

I took my 82 yr old father here yesterday for a tooth ache and let me just say, from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the entire appointment they were awesome. Dr. Chan and her staff were very professional and sooo freaking nice! They had great patience with my father, he is hard of hearing, and made him comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Ill be honest... I dont care for my teeth the way I should; having said that- I always feared going to the dentist. I always had such poor experiences at other practices from my childhood to being an adult. The main problem I always faced was poor repairs, and judgment or rude comments about my overbite. (Eye roll) Recently, I had to go out of necessity. Im very happy I went here. The staff are very caring and polite. Ive never once -in my life- had the doctor call to check in on me to see how I was feeling after my appointment. (I had two extractions, which didnt take long at all, and was pain free) What an awesome guy! They genuinely care here, and Im very happy that my sister referred me to them. Im now able to show a smile without embarrassment, because they fixed me up awesomely. Thank you so much, everyone, at your office, for your excellence! Im looking forward to the future of my health. I will be a regular patient here from now on, no doubt.

I finally made a switch in dentists and its already paid off! For years I had gone to the same dentist and didnt realize that they were doing a sub-par job at cleaning my teeth. Thats when I met Dr. Jo and her staff! I never before have had cleaner teeth. The time alone West Aurora Family Dental took to clean my teeth illustrated the care and effort they put into patients. Highly recommend this office. They were all so sweet and for once I feel like Im in good hands for all things dental.

Kind and patient staff. I called and asked several questions, the receptionists were all gracious and helpful. Took my daughter for her first dentist appt. and the Dental hygienist introduced her to each tool, was patient and so sweet making her feel comfortable. The Dentist was fun and engaging. I’ve had a fear of the dentist for a long time. Dr Samuel has helped me overcome that fear. He’s been very gentle and accommodating to help me get thru each procedure. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Im no longer scared to show up to an appointment thanks to these guys.

I broke my back molar last night. Im visiting my family and I am an expat. My sister goes to this clinic and suggested I should try calling them. I called and what a wonderful experience in total. They worked me in that that day and could not be more considerate and professional . The work done is fantastic and very happy and will promote them when I can.

Its really a great place to go. Everybody there is great make you feel at home. And just great people to be around and help with your teeth.

I made the appointment over 3 weeks ago. When I made the appointment I requested that they run my insurance and call me back with what my out of pocket price would be. I never heard back. I spoke with them last week to get the price and I was assured a call back. I didn’t hear anything. Now, my appointment is in 3 hours and I had to cancel because they can not give me a price on cleaning and xrays. I am not happy with the lack of call back and lack of communication. I don’t want to get stuck with an excessive bill for a dental cleaning.

I am so disappointed with my experience at West Aurora Family Dental. This past July I was getting a cavity filled and the assistant had the Novocaine shot set up wrong so I had to get poked in the mouth several times before they figured out what was wrong with it. When the dentist finally started to drill away at my tooth the drill bit broke off the drill and went down my throat. The dentist left the office for several minutes without even telling me what happened. He just came back and told me I needed to go see my doctor. The dentist’s office made it sound like this type of thing happens all the time and promised to pay my medical bills. Well it’s been 5 months and they still haven’t paid my bill after being contacted several times. To say I am upset is an understatement. How the office handled this situation is extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic dentist. very professional and knowledgeable. Best part is Dr. Bancroft can provide all needed services. Didnt have to go to multiple dentists to get service. Its obvious that they care. Dr. Bancroft even called me later in the day to check on how I was doing.

Always a great experience with Dr Jo and now Dr Ryan. The entire staff is delightful and helpful. Very pleased with all services to date!
